Background
In the manufacturing process of a ship, a ship plate needs to be subjected to cold machining forming by an oil press, and different cutter bits are needed for different machining angles and shapes. The current way is to directly install the integral type cutter in the kneck of hydraulic press, and the integral type cutter comprises knife rest and tool bit, and current integral type cutter has following defect:
1. the cutter is heavy, a crane is needed during replacement, the replacement time is long, and much labor is consumed;
2. the integrated cutter has high manufacturing cost;
3. the occupied area for storing the cutters is large.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a split type machining mold, so as to solve the problems that the conventional integrated tool is difficult to replace, the manufacturing and maintenance costs are high, and the occupied space is large.
Based on the above, the invention provides a split type processing die, which comprises a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame which are detachably connected, wherein the first connecting frame is fixedly connected to an oil press, the second connecting frame is provided with a tool bit and a positioning piece, the positioning piece and the tool bit are respectively positioned at two ends of the second connecting frame, the first connecting frame is provided with a positioning hole, and the positioning piece is arranged in the positioning hole in a penetrating manner.
