the upper surfaces of the top layer hollow sandwich plate and the middle layer hollow sandwich plate are provided with upper rotating shafts which vertically extend downwards and correspond to the lower rotating shafts, the upper rotating shafts are rotatably connected to the hollow sandwich plates, the upper ends of the upper rotating shafts positioned in the hollow sandwich plates are connected with a driving device, the lower ends of the upper rotating shafts are connected with claw-hanging type steel wire claws which extend downwards, the claw-hanging type steel wire claws are formed by enclosing a plurality of arc-shaped outwards-protruding flexible steel wires which are dispersed from the center of the upper rotating shaft to the periphery, dish washing brushes are wound on the flexible steel wires, and the claw-hanging type steel wire claws are matched with petal type steel wire supporting claws of the lower rotating shafts to form upper and lower clamping and washing parts of a bowl or a; three upper limiting rods which extend downwards and are used for preventing bowls or discs from sliding off and limiting the bowls or discs in the circumferential direction are arranged on the same circumference outside the upper rotating shafts of the top layer hollow sandwich plate and the middle layer hollow sandwich plate;
