Detailed Description
In fig. 1, three nuts 413, namely an upper nut 413, a middle nut 413 and a lower nut 413, are sleeved on a vertical screw 601, and the upper end of the vertical screw 601 is connected with a forward and reverse rotation bidirectional mechanical speed reducing motor 101 and is limited by journal support and bottom support. The end of the screw 601 has a polish rod section 613 with a diameter equal to the small diameter (bottom diameter) of the screw thread of the screw 601, and the length of the polish rod section 613 can accommodate the lower nut 413 in an operating state, i.e. in the case that other components are arranged on the periphery and the lower nut 413 is connected with the components, the length of the polish rod section 613 can still allow the lower nut 413 to completely enter and be disengaged from the screw 601. The tail of polished rod segment 613 has a shoulder 614 that prevents lower nut 413 from slipping off polished rod segment 613. The length of the polished rod section is such that the movement of the lower nut is stopped when the lower nut is within the range of the polished rod section. The tail end of the screw rod is provided with a lead-in section engaged with the thread, and the height and the width of the thread are both smaller than those of the normal thread.

In fig. 1, the middle nut 413 and the lower nut 413 are both provided with an assembling groove 414, the assembling groove 414 is an open through groove, and the groove bottom is parallel to the screw hole axis of the nut 413. When the middle nut 413 is driven by the screw rod 601 to rise to a certain height, the lower nut 413 positioned on the light rod section 613 is driven by the pull rope 415 to enter an engagement area with the screw rod 601, the distance of the engagement section of the middle nut 413 and the lower nut 413 on the screw rod 601 is regulated by the total length of the pull rope 415 and the spring 301, the distance + delta is approximately equal to the distance between the armpit and the root of the thigh along the vertical direction, and the lengths of the pull rope 415 and the spring 301 are determined according to the corresponding size of a human body. The pull cord 415 and the spring 301 can be replaced together, and they can be taken out from the attaching/detaching groove 414, which is very convenient to attach/detach. The annular ring 501 may also be modified to be a hook 502. By using the flexibility of the pulling rope 415, when the lower nut 413 enters the light bar section 613, the middle nut 413 can also drive the rubbing head connected with the lower nut 413 to move downwards for a stroke, and the part close to the foot is continuously rubbed. The spring 301 functions to prevent the pull cord 415 from being pulled apart if the lower nut 413 fails to properly enter the engagement.
In fig. 2, the rotating shaft 200 is parallel to the X axis and connected to the bathing head motor 100, the disc-shaped support 400 is mounted on the rotating shaft 200, the left support 400 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 200, and the right support 400 is connected to the rotating shaft 200 in an axial sliding pair manner. The outer ends of the disc-shaped supports 400 support the rope form frame 300.
Through holes allowing the springs 301 to pass through are respectively formed in the two disc-shaped supports 400, the extension springs 301 are respectively connected between the two disc-shaped supports 400, the end portion of one extension spring 301 is connected with a plurality of annular rings 501 connected in series, the end portion of the other extension spring 301 is connected with a hook 502, and the hook 502 is hung on any one of the annular rings 501 to form elastic connection. The distance between two supports 400 from which the hooks 502 are hung on different annular rings 501 is different. The distance between each adjacent support is adjusted according to the size of the trunk of the human body, so that the side surface of the trunk is scrubbed or massaged. The mode of the spring 301 and the hook 502 can be changed into a screw pair, and the right support 400 is pushed by a nut.
The other end of the spring 301 is connected to the disc-shaped support 400 by passing through a hole of the disc-shaped support 400 and connecting to an annular ring 501 on the back of the support 400, and is subjected to the elastic tension of the spring 301.
The bath roller motor 100 is installed on a horizontal bracket 602, the bracket 602 is connected with a nut 413, and the nut 413 and a screw rod 601 form a screw rod-nut pair.
In fig. 3, a bushing 401, which connects the disc support 400 to the disc support 400 through its center hole and hole edge, is fitted around the rotating shaft 200, the bushing 401 is inserted into the axial slot 201 of the rotating shaft 200 through a pin 500, and the disc support 400 can slide along the axial slot 201 of the rotating shaft 200.
The outer circumference and the nearby end surface of the disc support 400 are connected with 4 flexible rubbing strips 304, and the inner side surface of the disc support can be provided with hard bulges, so that the side surfaces of limbs, armpits and the like can be conveniently rubbed and massaged.
The end face of the disc support 400 is provided with 4 radial sliding grooves 402, two ends of each sliding groove 402 are respectively provided with a fixing and clamping groove 403 communicated with the sliding groove 402, two ends of each rope-shaped framework 300 are connected with a metal annular ring (not shown in the figure) which is positioned at the back of the disc support 400 and has a diameter larger than the size of the sliding groove 402 and the fixing and clamping groove 403, the metal annular ring bears the tension of the rope-shaped framework 300, and when the rope-shaped framework 300 is adjusted to be positioned in the fixing and clamping groove close to the rotating shaft, the rope-shaped framework 300 is withdrawn from the operation area; on the contrary, the rope-shaped frame 300 is far away from the fixing and clamping groove of the rotating shaft and is cut into the operation area.
The end face of the disc support 400 is provided with 4 radial sliding grooves 402, the middle part of the sliding grooves 402 is provided with a dismounting groove 415, and the size of the dismounting groove 415 is slightly larger than that of the metal annular ring, so that the rope-shaped framework 300 can be quickly dismounted.
The end face of the disc support 400 has a spring through hole 404 through which a spring passes.
In fig. 4, the rotating shaft 200 is parallel to the Y axis and connected to the bathing head motor 100, the air bag (or flexible roller) 307 with a spiral groove on the outside is sleeved on the rotating shaft 200 through an axial hole, the upper part of the rotating shaft 200 is fixedly connected to the support 400, the lower shaft body of the rotating shaft 200 has a key slot 411, two ends of the air bag 307 are connected to form a concave curved surface approximately fitting the upper body of the human body, the hole part of the lower support 400 is provided with a key 412 matched with the key slot 411 to form a sliding pair connection along the axial direction, the lower end of the rotating shaft 200 has a thread 414 matched with the nut 413, a compression spring 301 sleeved on the rotating shaft 200 is arranged between the lower support 400 and the nut 413, the bathing head motor 100 is a reversible bidirectional motor, when the bathing head motor 100 drives the rotating shaft 200 to rotate, if the nut 413 is locked to the rotating shaft 200, the nut 413 will move along the rotating shaft 200 axially, so as to make the, is suitable for the change of human body size and size.
The spiral groove can be internally provided with a chain to increase the massage function.
The bathing roller motor 100 is installed on the horizontal bracket 602 through the motor bracket 102 and is connected by 4 bolts 103 through the connecting groove 104 parallel to the X-axis on the bracket 602, and the bathing roller motor 100, the motor bracket 102 and the air bag (or flexible roller body) 307 can move in the connecting groove 104 along the X-axis direction. In the figure, the upper roller body rubs the neck or the head and the lower part, and the two supports 400 of the upper roller rub the outer sides of the two upper limbs; the middle roller body rubs armpits and the parts below the armpits, the two supports 400 of the middle roller rub the armpits (the upper limbs cross the supports 400 and are positioned at A or B in the figure), the inner sides of the two upper limbs and the two sides of the trunk of the human body; the roller body of the lower roller rubs the root of thighs and the inner sides of two legs (the two legs cross the roller body and are respectively positioned at C, D in the figure), and the two supports 400 of the lower roller rub the front half part or the rear half part of the two legs.
The size of the upper limbs is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the whole roll body of the middle roll can move to compensate the change; similarly, the lower limb size gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the lower roller integrally moves left and right (see the structure in fig. 4) to compensate for the change.
The three rubbing rollers are arranged on the same screw rod through nuts, and can rub all parts of the whole body only by rubbing the front and the back and lifting twice.
In the figure, the upper roller is removed, the arrangement is simplified into a two-roller type arrangement, although the structure is simplified, the bath time is increased, and the middle roller needs to be used for scrubbing the neck part and the part near the neck part instead of the upper roller.

The pull rope 415 is connected between the lower nut 413 and the middle nut 413, the tail end of the screw 601 is provided with a polished rod section 613 with the diameter equal to the small diameter (bottom diameter) of the screw thread of the screw 601, the length of the polished rod section 613 can be accommodated in the lower nut 413 under the working state, the polished rod section 613 can still allow the lower nut 413 to completely enter and be disengaged from the screw 601, and the middle nut 413 and the upper nut 413 can continuously move downwards. When the structure, size, installation direction and installation size of the middle roller and the lower roller are all the same and the supports are adopted to rub and wash the armpits and the roots of the thighs respectively, the total effective length of the pull rope 415 is approximately equal to the height distance between the armpits and the roots of the thighs. When the middle nut 413 rises with the rotation of the lead screw 601, the lower nut 413 and the rubbing roller (shown in the figure) are pulled to be engaged with the lead screw 601 and rise, and the distance of the pulling rope length of the middle nut 413 is kept.
Follow-up racks 615 are arranged on two sides of a middle horizontal bracket 602, and a bath foam spraying device, a shower nozzle, a hair drier and the like which swing along a vertical axis can be arranged on the follow-up racks 615. The spray, spray head, hair dryer, etc. may be mounted on a rocker head mount that rocks along the vertical axis, the rocker head mount being mounted on a follower frame 615.
An upper travel stop block 607 and a lower travel stop block 607 are arranged on the front column surface 604 of the column 603; the vertical frame 600 has a foot plate 608 serving as a base at a lower end thereof and a top frame 609 for attaching various facilities such as a shower head a at an upper end thereof.
The nut 413 and the lead screw 601 are matched by adopting a parameter design with self-locking performance.
The nut 413 and the horizontal bracket 602 may also be integrated, i.e. they are integrally formed.
The vertical scrubbing machine can be used as a horizontal scrubbing machine when turned forwards, and the pedal frame 608 and the top frame 609 are respectively provided with a connecting hole 606 for mounting a bed board of the horizontal scrubbing machine.
Two upright columns 603 in the figure can be simplified into one upright column 603, the screw rod 601 and the nut 413 are moved forwards, and other structures are unchanged, so that the mechanical structure and the mechanical structure are better, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
