1. The poultry egg sorting equipment is characterized by comprising a conveying unit (1), an abnormal egg detecting unit (2), a weighing unit (3), a sorting unit (4) and a control unit (5);
the conveying unit (1) is used for conveying poultry eggs along a preset direction;
the abnormal egg detection unit (2), the weighing unit (3) and the sorting unit (4) are all positioned on the conveying path of the conveying unit (1);
the control unit (5) is respectively connected with the conveying unit (1), the abnormal egg detecting unit (2), the weighing unit (3) and the sorting unit (4), and the control unit (5) is used for starting and stopping the conveying unit (1) and driving the sorting unit (4) to sort according to the detection results of the abnormal egg detecting unit (2) and the weighing unit (3).
2. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the abnormal egg detection unit (2) comprises a first photographing mechanism (21) and a second photographing mechanism (22);
the first shooting mechanism (21) is used for shooting the exposed surface of the poultry egg at a first shooting position and transmitting the shot data to the control unit (5);
the second shooting mechanism (22) is used for shooting the whole poultry egg at a second shooting position and transmitting the shot data to the control unit (5).
3. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first camera (21) comprises a first light sensor, a first camera (211) and a first light body (212);
the first light sensing device is used for detecting whether the poultry egg is conveyed to the first shooting position or not;
the first light sensing device and the first camera device (211) are both connected with the control unit (5), and the control unit (5) opens and closes the first camera device (211) according to the sensing result of the first light sensing device.
4. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a first camera (6); the first light sensing device and the first camera device (211) are arranged in a first dark box (6).
5. An egg sorting device according to claim 4, wherein the inner wall of the first dark box (6) is provided with a first light complementing plate (61).
6. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the second camera (22) comprises a second light sensor, a second camera (221) and a second light body;
the second light sensing device is used for detecting whether the poultry egg is conveyed to the second shooting position or not;
the second light sensing device and the second camera device (221) are both connected with the control unit (5), and the control unit (5) opens and closes the second camera device (221) according to the sensing result of the second light sensing device.
7. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising a second camera (7), the second light sensing device, the second camera (221) and the second light body being mounted within the second camera (7).
8. An egg sorting device according to claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the second dark box (7) is provided with a second light supplementation plate.
9. An egg sorting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the weighing unit (3) comprises a lifting drive mechanism (31), a weighing sensor (32) and a first pick-up mechanism (33) connected in series from top to bottom;
the first picking mechanism (33) is used for picking eggs;
the weighing sensor (32) is used for measuring the weight of the poultry eggs;
the lifting driving mechanism (31) is used for driving the weighing sensor (32) and the first picking mechanism (33) to move up and down.

An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 9, wherein when the second light sensing device, the second imaging device (221) and the second light body are mounted in the second dark box (7), the weighing unit (3) is also mounted in the second dark box (7) so that the weighing unit (3) can capture the lower surface of an egg after the egg is picked up by the weighing unit (221).
11. An egg sorting apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the number of second camera devices (221) is at least two, the two second camera devices (221) being located on respective sides of the weighing unit (3) in the conveying direction of the conveyor unit (1).
12. An egg sorting apparatus according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the sorting unit (4) comprises a first guide mechanism (41), a second guide mechanism (42) and a second pick-up mechanism (43);
the second guide mechanism (42) is mounted on the first guide mechanism (41) and can reciprocate on the first guide mechanism (41) along the conveying direction of the conveying unit (1);
the second picking mechanism (43) is used for picking eggs and can reciprocate on the second guide mechanism (42) along the direction vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying unit (1).
13. An egg sorting apparatus according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the conveyor unit (1) comprises a belt conveyor (11) and a conveyor tray (12) disposed on the belt conveyor (11); the conveying tray (12) is provided with a plurality of bearing holes for placing eggs.
