In the live overhaul process of the power transmission line, the adoption of a rope ladder method to enter a strong electric field for equipotential operation is the most common method in China at present, and when equipotential operators enter the electric field through an insulating rope ladder method, the following problems exist:
1. When the insulating rope ladder head is hoisted to a working phase guide line, an operator is required to use an insulating operating rod to pick and hang a traditional tipping bucket pulley to the guide line, three to four sections of operating rods are required in the process, such as when the tipping bucket pulley is picked and hung on a 110kV line and a 220kV line, the length of the operating rod is 4.5-6m, the arm strength requirement on the operator is higher, and an insulating rope is connected to a pulley below the tipping bucket pulley, so that the operation difficulty is higher and the time consumption is longer;
2. when the traditional skip block is taken out, an operator is also required to operate by using an insulating operating rod, the time consumption of the skip block installation and taking-out process is long, and the operation is complex;
3. The traditional tipping bucket pulley door sealing mechanism is defective in design, and in the actual use and maintenance process, the door sealing spring is directly arranged on the door sealing plate and is easy to damage.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a multi-loop equipotential operation skip block capable of providing operation efficiency and reducing operation risks.

A fine insulating rope is also threaded in the hanging ring above the skip pulley, after the work is finished, when the matched lock catch is installed on the fine insulating rope to be transmitted to the insulating pulley, the lock catch is buckled on the skip pulley hanging ring, and when the insulating rope is continuously pulled, the skip pulley is driven to turn upside down by the lock catch and is separated from the guide/ground wire, so that ground potential operators on the tower are not required to take out the skip pulley;
3. the tipping bucket pulley is used for connecting the door sealing device spring with the pulley, so that the tipping bucket pulley is better adapted to the operation requirement, and the spring is prevented from being excessively stretched for a long time.

The lifting ring 3 can be also lifted by corresponding lifting equipment (such as an unmanned aerial vehicle and the like), when the wire reaches the opening 10 and contacts with the long edge 13 of the hook body 11, the hook body 11 is stressed and overturned under the action of upward tension force of the lifting equipment, at the moment, the wire automatically slides out of the opening 10, and after the wire is separated from the hook body 11 and the guide plate 8, the pressure spring 18 drives the sealing door to be closed again.
