carrying out format conversion on metadata of an electronic file to be archived, decoding the file after format conversion, acquiring file information of the metadata of the electronic file to be archived, storing the file information into a format file specific node of the electronic file to be archived, and generating a format file for archiving;
and storing the format file for archiving into a database, and returning archiving success information.
Optionally, the file information of the electronic file to be archived includes: title, draft simulating unit, draft simulating person, draft simulating date, security level, security period, number of copies, issued character number, checked character date, printing date, issuer, issuing time and official document attachment.
