Abstract
The invention relates to high water absorption medium and trace element mixing agents and application thereof, wherein the medium and trace element mixing agents comprise 50-95% of sulfur, 0.5-20% of dispersing agent and 0.1-45% of medium and trace elements except sulfur, and the preparation method comprises the steps of adding the medium and trace elements and the dispersing agent into liquid sulfur and uniformly mixing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel fertilizers, in particular to high-water-absorptivity medium-trace element mixing agents and application thereof.
Background
Chinese agriculture has been rapidly developed for many years, and the achievement of drawing attention is achieved. At the same time, the extensive growth patterns bring about a number of problems: rapid consumption of resources, severe environmental pollution, degradation of land resource functions, and the like. The utilization rate of the high-nutrient quick-acting fertilizer is extremely low, and the agricultural non-point source pollution caused by fertilizer loss is very serious. With the reform and improvement of modern agricultural technology and agricultural production structure in China, the environment-friendly fertilizer which is suitable for agricultural production requirements in China will become the main body of the fertilizer in China, and the development of the fertilizer industry will also develop towards the direction of high efficiency of fertilizer nutrients, simple and convenient application of the fertilizer, economical cost of the fertilizer, ecological influence on the environment, balanced crop nutrients and the like. Balanced fertilization is the key for realizing high-quality development of agriculture, nutrients required by crops comprise elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, medium and trace elements, organic fertilizers and the like, and the medium and trace elements have great influence on the products and the quality of the crops.
In order to solve the problem that trace elements are fixed, chelated trace element fertilizers appear in the market, the utilization rate of the fertilizers can be greatly improved, but the fertilizer utilization rate is greatly influenced due to high cost and promotion.
Granulation of the granulated sulfur fertilizer and coating with molten sulfur are also limited by the problem of dispersion of the added medium trace elements in the molten sulfur.
The medium and trace nutrient elements have irreplaceable important effects on the growth and development of crops, so that the method for simply, quickly, efficiently and safely adding the medium and trace elements has very important significance. On the basis of the conventional fertilizer, the value and the use efficiency of medium and trace nutrient elements are maximized so as to achieve the synergy and the balance of the medium and trace elements and macroelements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art, and provides medium-trace element mixing agents and application thereof, the invention can rapidly upgrade the conventional fertilizer into a novel fertilizer containing or more medium-trace elements or prepare medium-trace element granular fertilizer, the invention rapidly and flexibly adds the medium-trace elements, solves the problem that pure medium-trace element granules are difficult to uniformly disperse in soil to cause crop poisoning, accelerates the dispersion problem of medium-trace elements in molten sulfur by adding a dispersing agent, solves the problem that massive sulfur has too large grain size and is difficult to be absorbed by crops, and the medium-trace element film formed by the method is firmly combined with fertilizer granules and is difficult to fall off.
The surface of the coated fertilizer prepared by the scheme is layers of trace element films with sulfur as carriers, and the chemical inertia of the sulfur ensures that the coated fertilizer is not easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate, so that the use of a fertilizer anti-caking agent can be reduced or even avoided, and the production cost of the fertilizer is reduced.

The inorganic-organic modified water-absorbing material is kaolin-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin, montmorillonite-polyacrylamide super absorbent composite resin, mica-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin or sepiolite-polyacrylic acid super absorbent composite resin.
The inorganic water-absorbing material is kaolin, montmorillonite, mica and/or sepiolite.
The inorganic modified water absorbing material is inorganic modified kaolin, inorganic modified montmorillonite, inorganic modified mica, inorganic modified sepiolite or super magnesium carbonate.

The granular fertilizer is calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer, urea, granular potassium sulfate, granular potassium chloride, calcium superphosphate, triple superphosphate, ammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate or calcium ammonium nitrate.
The constant temperature means that the granulated fertilizer needs to be preheated to 70-100 ℃ in a roller, a disc or a fluidized bed device.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. the medium-trace element mixture is uniform and stable, and is convenient to convey; 2. can be customized according to the requirements of customers; 3. can quickly and flexibly add medium and trace elements. 4. The microelement mixture in the granules and the coated fertilizer have good disintegration.

Example
(1) Preparing a high-water-absorption medium-trace element mixing agent, wherein the mixing agent comprises the following components: 95 percent of sulfur, 0.1 percent of zinc oxide and 4.9 percent of kaolin-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin. Heating the sulfur to a liquid state, adding the zinc oxide and the kaolin-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin into the liquid sulfur, and uniformly mixing to prepare the medium and trace element mixing agent.
(2) Adding diammonium phosphate (MAP: 10-50-0) into a coating roller, preheating to 100 ℃, coating 100kg of medium and trace element mixture by 1 ton of ammonium phosphate, cooling the coated granulated fertilizer, and packaging.
(3) The finally prepared novel medium trace element fertilizer comprises the following nutrients:

The coated fertilizer coated with the medium-trace element mixture has the anti-caking, moisture-proof and whitening-proof effects without additionally adding an anti-caking agent, a moisture-proof agent and a whitening-proof agent, and the coating layer does not influence the normal release of nutrients of the coated fertilizer.
Example two
(1) Preparing a high-water-absorption medium-trace element mixing agent, wherein the mixing agent comprises the following components: 50% of sulfur, 45% of magnesium oxide and 5% of montmorillonite. Heating the sulfur to liquid state, adding magnesium oxide and montmorillonite into the liquid sulfur, and mixing to obtain the medium-trace element mixture.
(2) Preparing a mixed agent of trace elements in the granules, and granulating the mixed agent of the trace elements in the granules by a steel belt granulator to prepare the mixed agent of the trace elements in the granules.

EXAMPLE III
(1) Preparing the medium trace element mixing agent with high water absorption. The mixture consists of the following components: 70 percent of sulfur, 10 percent of ferric oxide, 15 percent of inorganic modified mica and 5 percent of inorganic modified sepiolite. Heating the sulfur to a liquid state, adding ferric oxide, inorganic modified mica and inorganic modified sepiolite into the liquid sulfur, and uniformly mixing to prepare the medium-trace element mixing agent.
(2) Preparing the novel fertilizer wrapping the medium trace elements. Adding granular calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer into a wrapping roller, and preheating to 80 ℃. The adding proportion of the medium-trace element mixture is as follows: 100kg of medium-trace element mixture is wrapped in 1 ton of granulated calcium-magnesia phosphate fertilizer, and the wrapped granulated fertilizer is cooled and then packaged.

Example four
(1) Preparing the medium trace element mixing agent with high water absorption. The mixture consists of the following components: 80% sulphur, 19.5% magnesium hydroxide and 0.5% super magnesium carbonate. Heating sulfur to liquid state, adding magnesium hydroxide and super magnesium carbonate into the liquid sulfur, and mixing to obtain medium and trace element mixture.
(2) Preparing the novel fertilizer wrapping the medium trace elements. Adding compound fertilizer (15-15-15) into the coating roller, and preheating to 70 ℃. The adding proportion of the medium-trace element mixture is as follows: 120kg of medium and trace element mixture is wrapped by 1 ton of compound fertilizer, and the wrapped granular fertilizer is cooled and then packaged.
(3) The finally prepared novel medium trace element fertilizer comprises the following nutrients:

Claims (10)
- The kinds of high water absorption medium and trace element mixture consists of medium and trace elements and dispersant, and features that the mixture contains sulfur in 50-95 wt%, dispersant in 0.5-20 wt% and medium and trace elements other than sulfur in 0.1-45 wt%, and the preparation process includes adding medium and trace elements and dispersant into liquid sulfur and mixing homogeneously.
- 2. The mixture of trace elements with high water absorbability as claimed in claim 1, wherein the trace elements are kinds or a mixture of several kinds of simple substances, oxides, hydroxides or compounds containing sulfur, calcium, magnesium, silicon, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron and molybdenum.
- 3. The highly water-absorbing medium trace element mixture according to claim 1, wherein: the dispersant is an inorganic-organic modified water-absorbing material, an inorganic water-absorbing material or an inorganic modified water-absorbing material.
- 4. The mixture of trace elements with high water absorbability as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the inorganic-organic modified water-absorbing material is kaolin-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin, montmorillonite-polyacrylamide super absorbent composite resin, mica-sodium polyacrylate super absorbent composite resin or sepiolite-polyacrylic acid super absorbent composite resin.
- 5. The mixture of trace elements with high water absorbability as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the inorganic water-absorbing material is kaolin, montmorillonite, mica or sepiolite.
- 6. The mixture of trace elements with high water absorbability as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the inorganic modified water absorbing material is inorganic modified kaolin, inorganic modified montmorillonite, inorganic modified mica, inorganic modified sepiolite and/or super magnesium carbonate.
- 7. The use of kinds of high water absorbability medium and trace element mixture according to claim 1, wherein the high water absorbability medium and trace element mixture is granulated in a steel belt granulator or a high tower granulator to obtain the medium and trace element mixture in the form of granules.
- 8. The use of kinds of high water absorbability medium and trace element mixed agents as claimed in of claims 1-6, wherein the high water absorbability medium and trace element mixed agent is used for the preparation of coated fertilizer, the conventional granulated fertilizer is placed in a coating roller, a disc or a fluidized bed device with a heating function, the medium and trace element mixed agent accounting for 5-12% of the weight of the granulated fertilizer is sprayed on the surface of the granulated fertilizer heated to constant temperature, and after cooling and solidification, layers of medium and trace element films are formed on the surface of the fertilizer.
- 9. The use of the mixtures of super absorbent middle and trace elements, as claimed in claim 8, wherein the granulated fertilizer is selected from the group consisting of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer, urea, granulated potassium sulfate, granulated potassium chloride, calcium superphosphate, triple superphosphate, ammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, and calcium ammonium nitrate.
- 10. The use of kinds of mixture of high water absorbability middle and trace elements as claimed in claim 8, wherein the predetermined temperature of means that the granulated fertilizer should be preheated to 70-100 ℃ in a drum, a disc or a fluidized bed apparatus.
