When the garbage can is used, a power supply is connected to the garbage can cleaning device, then the operating parameters of the th sensor 12, the second sensor 13 and the motor 11 are set through the touch display screen 24, the device is operated to enter an automatic operation mode through the touch display screen 24, then when a person approaches the device, the th sensor 12 uploads a sensing signal to the controller 22 when sensing that the person throws garbage in the front, the controller 22 controls the motor 11 to operate to open the cover plate 4, namely, garbage can be thrown into the garbage can 8 through the through groove 6, when the person leaves, the th sensor 12 does not sense a person signal, the controller 22 controls the motor 11 to operate to close the cover plate 4, when the stacking height of medical garbage in the garbage can 8 reaches two thirds of the height of the garbage can 8, the second sensor 13 senses a signal and uploads the sensing signal to the controller 22, the controller 22 controls the touch display screen 24 to display that the garbage can 8 is full of words required to be cleaned, meanwhile, the loudspeaker 21 is controlled to send out a warning sound for reminding the person to clean the garbage can 8, when the garbage can be cleaned, the alarm 16 is opened, the garbage can be matched with the garbage can be taken in the garbage can be taken out of the garbage can 8, and the special garbage can be used when the alarm 16 is matched with the garbage can be taken out of the garbage can 2, and the garbage can be used again, and the garbage can be used when the garbage can.
