Wherein the interference texture pattern may be moire, for example, the th texture layer 2 may be patterned in the same manner as the second texture layer 3, and the second texture layer 3 may be patterned at an angle with respect to the th texture layer 2 such that the th texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 interfere in superposition to form a moire pattern.
The pattern of the th texture layer 2 and the pattern of the second texture layer 3 can be selected in many ways as long as the patterns can interfere to form moire patterns, for example, the pattern of the th texture layer 2 and the pattern of the second texture layer 3 can be both grid-shaped textures, or as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the th texture layer 2 includes a plurality of th linear stripes 21 arranged in parallel and at intervals, the second texture layer 3 includes a plurality of second linear stripes 31 arranged in parallel and at intervals, as shown in fig. 5, the projection of the th linear stripe 21 on the second surface forms an angle α of 10 degrees with the second linear stripes 31, thus, when the th texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 are superimposed, moire patterns similar to the moire patterns shown in fig. 4 can be seen, the moire patterns can increase the layering, depth, permeability and decorative effect of glass products (such as glass cover plates of mobile phones), and the moire patterns can form different moire angles α which are different from the overlapping angles of th linear stripe 21 and the second linear stripes.
The thickness h of the th linear stripe 21 along the direction perpendicular to the th surface can be selected from 2um to 20um, the width d of the th linear stripe 21 along the direction parallel to the th surface is 20-200um, the distance w between two adjacent th linear stripes 21 can be 20um to 250um, and the parameters of the second linear stripe 31 are the same as those of the th linear stripe 21.
As shown in fig. 6, the outer surface 211 of the th linear stripe 21 may be a circular arc surface, and the outer surface of the th linear stripe 21 may be a flat surface, which is not limited herein.
The protective film body 1 can be a PET film, which is named as a high-temperature resistant polyester film, has excellent physical properties, chemical properties, dimensional stability, transparency and recyclability, and the texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 can be respectively formed on the front side and the back side of the PET film through a shadowless (UV) glue imprinting process.

The embodiment of the present application further provides terminals, as shown in fig. 7, comprising a glass cover plate 6, wherein a texture protection film 100 as described in any embodiment above is attached to the inner surface of the glass cover plate 6.
The terminal that this application embodiment provided, because the internal surface at the glass apron has attached texture protection film 100, and set up texture layer 2 and second texture layer 3 on protection film body 1's two relative surfaces and the second surface respectively, texture layer 2 can superpose with second texture layer 3 and form and interfere the texture pattern.
As shown in fig. 9, the terminal includes a middle frame main housing 7, a display module (not shown in the figure) is disposed in the middle frame main housing 7, a front glass cover plate 61 is disposed on a front light-emitting side of the middle frame main housing 7, a back glass cover plate 62 is disposed on a back surface of the middle frame main housing 7, the texture protection film is attached to an inner surface of the front glass cover plate 61 or the texture protection film is attached to an inner surface of the back glass cover plate 62, and the texture protection films may be attached to both the inner surface of the front glass cover plate 61 and the inner surface of the back glass cover plate 62.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the texture protection film is attached, the optical film 4 of the texture protection film may be bonded to the glass cover plate through the optical adhesive 8, the side of the second optical film 5, which is away from the second texture layer 3, may be provided with an ink layer 9 for blocking light, thereby preventing light leakage of the mobile phone, it should be noted that the ink layer 9 may be , two or more layers, which is not limited herein, and in addition, if the texture protection film is attached to the front glass cover plate 61, the ink layer 9 may be disposed to avoid a display area of the mobile phone.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that other configurations of the terminal and the like according to embodiments of the present invention are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides a manufacturing method of texture protection films, which comprises the following steps:
manufacturing a texture layer 2 on the th surface of the protective film body 1;

When the embossing process is performed, the th texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 can be selected in various ways, as long as the patterns can interfere with each other to form moire patterns, for example, the th texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 can be pressure-equalized to form a grid-like texture, or as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the th texture layer 2 comprises a plurality of th linear stripes 21 which are arranged in parallel and at intervals, the second texture layer 3 comprises a plurality of second linear stripes 31 which are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the projection of the th linear stripes 21 on the second surface forms an included angle of 10 degrees with the second linear stripes 31, therefore, the moire patterns similar to those shown in fig. 4 can be seen after the th texture layer 2 and the second texture layer 3 are superposed.
The thickness h of the th linear stripe 21 along the direction perpendicular to the th surface can be selected to be between 2um and 20um, the width d of the th linear stripe 21 along the direction parallel to the th surface is 20-200um, the distance w between every two adjacent th linear stripes 21 can be between 20um and 250um, and each parameter of the second linear stripe 31 is the same as each parameter of the th linear stripe 21.
In the description herein, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any of or more embodiments or examples.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
