The auxiliary assembly 4b comprises a fixed plate 4b1, a first auxiliary cylinder 4b2, a second auxiliary cylinder 4b3, a material pushing cylinder 4b4, an auxiliary plate 4b5 and an auxiliary rod 4b6, the fixed plate 4b1 is vertically arranged, one end of the fixed plate 4b1 is mounted at the bottom of the first bridging plate 1a, the first auxiliary cylinder 4b2 is vertically arranged downwards, the output end of the first auxiliary cylinder 4b2 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary plate 4b5, the auxiliary rod 4b6 is positioned below the first auxiliary cylinder 4b2 and is fixedly connected with the auxiliary plate 4b5, a heating wire is arranged in the auxiliary rod 4b6, the second auxiliary cylinder 4b3 is positioned at the fixed plate 4b1 and is connected with the fixed plate 4b1, an abutting block 4b7 is arranged at the output end of the second auxiliary cylinder 4b3, a rear end of the abutting block 4b7 is provided with a mounting plate 4b8, and a cross section of the mounting plate 4b8 is shaped, the pushing cylinder 4b4 is mounted on the mounting plate 4b8 through a bolt, an output end of the pushing cylinder 4b4 penetrates through the mounting plate 4b8 and is provided with a pushing plate 4b9 at an end thereof, the fixing plate 4b1 is used for fixing the first auxiliary cylinder 4b2 and the second auxiliary cylinder 4b3, the first auxiliary cylinder 4b2 drives the auxiliary plate 4b5 to move downwards, the auxiliary plate 4b5 drives the auxiliary rod 4b6 to move downwards to press the workpiece on the positioning shaft 4a7 and soften the auxiliary positioning shaft 4a7 and the pressing block 4c3 through the heating wire to process the workpiece, the second auxiliary cylinder 4b3 drives the abutting block 4b7 to move downwards to press the workpiece, then the pushing cylinder 4b4 moves the pushing plate 4b9 towards the workpiece, and the pushing plate 4b9 performs abutting operation on the workpiece.
Receiving device 5 includes acceptor 5a and collection box 5b, collection box 5b is located workstation 1 side and collection box 5 b's top and has seted up one openly, acceptor 5a includes support 5a1 and material way 5a2, the bottom and second faying plate 1b fixed connection of support 5a1 vertical setting and support 5a1, the top of support 5a1 and the bottom fixed connection of material way 5a2, the slope of material way 5a2 sets up and the one end of material way 5a2 extends to the below of location axle 4a7, and the other end of material way 5a2 extends to collection box 5 b's top, and propelling movement cylinder 4d1 drives push rod 4d2 and propelling movement ring 4d3 and transfers the work piece after processing to collection box 5b in through material way 5a2, and collection box 5b is used for collecting the work piece that the processing is good.
