The cleaning device for the grease dirt of the aircraft kitchen oven according to the claim 5 is characterized in that a waste liquid tank (6) and a waste liquid discharging pipe (7) are further arranged below the working platform, a filter screen (11) is arranged between the movable trolley (2) and the vertical surface (1b), the lower end of the filter screen (11) is communicated with the waste liquid discharging pipe (7), and the other end of the waste liquid discharging pipe (7) is communicated with the inside of the waste liquid tank (6).
7. The cleaning device for the grease dirt of the airplane kitchen oven according to the claim 6 is characterized in that water outlets (1c) are further formed in the working platform surface (1a), and the water outlets (1c) are communicated with a sewer.

The cleaning device for the grease dirt of the aircraft kitchen oven according to the claim 1 is characterized in that a plurality of moving trolleys (2) and a same number of cleaning panels (3) are arranged on the working platform surface (1a), and each moving trolley (2) and the corresponding cleaning panel (3) form groups.
9, A method for cleaning oven grease by using the cleaning device of any of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the steps of,
s1, detaching an plate of an oven (10), and fixing the oven (10) on a sliding table (2b) of a movable trolley (2);
s2, the oven (10) moves along with the sliding table (2b) to enable the oven (10) to be in sealing fit with the cleaning panel (3);
s3, spraying a mixture of atomized cleaning liquid and water into the oven (10) through a cleaning nozzle group, enabling the mixture to be attached to each wall surface in the oven (10), carrying out an emulsification reaction on the mixture and oil dirt in the oven (10) within a set time of a system, and collecting waste liquid at the bottom of the oven (10) after the emulsification reaction is finished;
s4, the oven (10) moves backwards along with the sliding table (2b), so that the oven (10) is separated from the cleaning panel (3), the telescopic cylinder (2e) jacks up the movable trolley (2) from the lower part, the movable trolley (2) is turned over around the central line of the rotating shaft (2d) to be in an inclined state, and waste liquid in the oven (10) flows out of the interior of the oven (10);
s5, the telescopic cylinder (2e) retracts to enable the movable trolley (2) to recover the horizontal state, and the oven (10) moves forwards along with the sliding table (2b) to enable the oven (10) to be attached to the cleaning panel (3) in a sealing mode again;
s6, spraying water into the oven (10) through the cleaning spray nozzle group, and carrying out circulating water washing according to the time set by the system;
s7, after the water washing is finished, the oven (10) moves backwards along with the sliding table (2b), so that the oven (10) is separated from the washing panel (3), the telescopic cylinder (2e) jacks up the movable trolley (2) from the lower part again, the movable trolley (2) is turned to be in an inclined state around the central line of the rotating shaft, and waste liquid in the oven (10) flows out;
s8, the telescopic cylinder (2e) retracts to enable the movable trolley (2) to recover the horizontal state, and the cleaning is completed.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the oven grease cleaning step comprises: in the step S4 and the step S7, the movable trolley (2) is turned over to be in an inclined state that the surface of the sliding table (2b) and the horizontal plane form an angle of 28-46 degrees.
