Abstract
本发明提供一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,包括底部设有支架的搅拌桶,搅拌桶顶部设有加料口,底部设有出料口,出料口上设有阀门,所述搅拌桶顶部设有搅拌电机,搅拌电机的输出端与搅拌轴连接,搅拌桶内设有隔板将搅拌桶隔离为上下两个腔体,隔板上设有漏料孔,隔板上方设有研磨盘,研磨盘与搅拌轴同轴连接,研磨盘上设有落料孔,研磨盘下侧设有若干上研磨棒,隔板上侧设有若干下研磨棒,搅拌轴延伸至搅拌桶内并穿过隔板,搅拌轴设置在下腔体的部分设有横向搅拌叶片,研磨盘上方设有加水管。该装置能够提高腻子建筑施工的搅拌均匀度以及搅拌效率。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑工程技术领域,具体涉及一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置。
背景技术
腻子粉是建筑装饰材料的一种,主要成分是滑石粉和胶水。在实际施工中一般采用腻子粉兑水搅拌后对墙面进行修补和装饰。目前,在建筑施工腻子时,都是现场施工人员对原料进行人工搅拌,但由于腻子粉遇水具有一定的粘性,粘性液体将腻子粉包覆容易形成颗粒状,不容易搅拌均匀,造成施工效果较差;而且人工搅拌,会影响施工环境,并且效率较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,提高腻子建筑施工的搅拌均匀度以及搅拌效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,包括底部设有支架的搅拌桶,搅拌桶顶部设有加料口,底部设有出料口,出料口上设有阀门,所述搅拌桶顶部设有搅拌电机,搅拌电机的输出端与搅拌轴连接,搅拌桶内设有隔板将搅拌桶隔离为上下两个腔体,隔板上设有漏料孔,隔板上方设有研磨盘,研磨盘与搅拌轴同轴连接,研磨盘上设有落料孔,研磨盘下侧设有若干上研磨棒,隔板上侧设有若干下研磨棒,搅拌轴延伸至搅拌桶内并穿过隔板,搅拌轴设置在下腔体的部分设有横向搅拌叶片,研磨盘上方设有加水管。
优选的方案中,所述搅拌桶底部为锥形,搅拌轴下端设有与搅拌桶底壁贴合的斜向搅拌叶片。
优选的方案中,所述上研磨棒和下研磨棒上均设有磨料凸起。
优选的方案中,所述隔板下方设有装置盒,搅拌轴穿过装置盒,装置盒内的搅拌轴上套装主动锥齿轮,主动锥齿轮与从动锥齿轮啮合,从动锥齿轮套装在横向转轴上,横向转轴通过轴承与装置盒以及搅拌桶侧壁连接,横向转轴上设有竖向搅拌叶片。
优选的方案中,所述横向搅拌叶片的端部设有刮板,刮板与搅拌桶内壁接触。
本发明提供的一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,通过搅拌轴带动研磨盘转动,上研磨棒和下研磨棒之间发生相对移动,对颗粒状或块状的湿态腻子粉进行研磨、破碎,减少腻子搅拌的结块率,从漏料孔落下的腻子在搅拌桶的下腔体内进行再次搅拌、匀化,通过两次搅拌提高腻子的搅拌均匀度以及效率。优选的,设置的横向转轴以及竖向搅拌叶片,对腻子进行上下搅动,防止腻子产生分层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,包括底部设有支架的搅拌桶1,搅拌桶1顶部设有加料口101,底部设有出料口102,出料口102上设有阀门2,所述搅拌桶1顶部设有搅拌电机3,所述搅拌电机3为减速电机,搅拌电机3的输出端与搅拌轴4连接,搅拌桶1内设有隔板5将搅拌桶1隔离为上下两个腔体,隔板5上设有漏料孔501,隔板5上方设有研磨盘6,研磨盘6与搅拌轴4同轴连接,研磨盘6上设有落料孔601,研磨盘6下侧设有若干上研磨棒7,隔板5上侧设有若干下研磨棒8,搅拌轴4延伸至搅拌桶1内并穿过隔板5,搅拌轴4设置在下腔体的部分设有横向搅拌叶片9,研磨盘6上方设有加水管10,加水管10下侧设有加水孔。通过加水管10进行加水。
加料口101加入的腻子粉从落料孔601落入隔板5上侧,通过加水管10向研磨盘6上方洒水,通过搅拌轴4带动研磨盘6转动,上研磨棒8和下研磨棒7之间发生相对移动,对颗粒状或块状的湿态腻子粉进行研磨、破碎,减少腻子搅拌的结块率,从漏料孔501落入的腻子在搅拌桶1的下腔体内进行再次搅拌、匀化,提高搅拌效率和效果。
所述搅拌桶1底部为锥形,搅拌轴4下端设有与搅拌桶1底壁贴合的斜向搅拌叶片11。
搅拌桶1底部设置为锥形,有助于搅拌完成的腻子从出料口102排出,设置的斜向搅拌叶片11一方面对搅拌桶1底部的腻子进行搅拌,减少搅拌死角,另一方面防止腻子黏连在搅拌桶1底部,有助于腻子排出干净。
所述上研磨棒7和下研磨棒8上均设有磨料凸起12。设置的磨料凸起12,提高腻子与上研磨棒7和下研磨棒8之间的摩擦力,提高搅拌效率。
所述隔板5下方设有装置盒13,装置盒13的前后两侧固定在搅拌桶1的内壁上,搅拌轴4穿过装置盒13并通过轴承与装置盒13转动连接,装置盒13内的搅拌轴4上套装主动锥齿轮14,主动锥齿轮14与从动锥齿轮15啮合,从动锥齿轮15套装在横向转轴16上,横向转轴16通过轴承与装置盒13以及搅拌桶1侧壁连接,横向转轴16上设有竖向搅拌叶片17。设置的从动锥齿轮15和横向转轴16对称设置在搅拌轴4的两侧。
通过搅拌轴4的转动带动横向转轴16转动,竖向搅拌叶片17对腻子进行上下搅拌,防止腻子分层。
所述横向搅拌叶片9的端部设有刮板18,刮板18与搅拌桶1内壁接触。刮板18对搅拌桶1内壁的腻子进行刮除,减少搅拌桶1内壁的物料粘附,减少物料浪费,提高装置的使用寿命。

1.一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,包括底部设有支架的搅拌桶(1),搅拌桶(1)顶部设有加料口(101),底部设有出料口(102),出料口(102)上设有阀门(2),其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)顶部设有搅拌电机(3),搅拌电机(3)的输出端与搅拌轴(4)连接,搅拌桶(1)内设有隔板(5)将搅拌桶(1)隔离为上下两个腔体,隔板(5)上设有漏料孔(501),隔板(5)上方设有研磨盘(6),研磨盘(6)与搅拌轴(4)同轴连接,研磨盘(6)上设有落料孔(601),研磨盘(6)下侧设有若干上研磨棒(7),隔板(5)上侧设有若干下研磨棒(8),搅拌轴(4)延伸至搅拌桶(1)内并穿过隔板(5),搅拌轴(4)设置在下腔体的部分设有横向搅拌叶片(9),研磨盘(6)上方设有加水管(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)底部为锥形,搅拌轴(4)下端设有与搅拌桶(1)底壁贴合的斜向搅拌叶片(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述上研磨棒(7)和下研磨棒(8)上均设有磨料凸起(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述隔板(5)下方设有装置盒(13),搅拌轴(4)穿过装置盒(13),装置盒(13)内的搅拌轴(4)上套装主动锥齿轮(14),主动锥齿轮(14)与从动锥齿轮(15)啮合,从动锥齿轮(15)套装在横向转轴(16)上,横向转轴(16)通过轴承与装置盒(13)以及搅拌桶(1)侧壁连接,横向转轴(16)上设有竖向搅拌叶片(17)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用腻子搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述横向搅拌叶片(9)的端部设有刮板(18),刮板(18)与搅拌桶(1)内壁接触。
