An apparatus for processing event-influenced products in a traceability system, comprising a scanning component, a processor, and a memory, wherein the memory stores related information from planting to processing of raw materials into products and circulation, the related information comprises information of planting, harvesting, primary processing, processing and circulation stages, the memory further stores a computer program, and the processor implements a method for processing event-influenced products in the traceability system through the memory and the scanning component when executing the computer program, as follows:
the processor acquires event information and judges whether to acquire an event influence object and information of the event influence object in a corresponding stage in a production stage according to the event information;
if so, acquiring information of the product containing the object from the corresponding stage to the circulation stage through the memory, determining the information of the product as an influence range of the event, wherein the product is an event influence product, and processing the event influence product according to the influence range;
if not, acquiring an event influence product, acquiring information of an event influence object in a corresponding stage according to the product information of the event influence product, acquiring information of a product containing the object from the corresponding stage to a circulation stage through a memory, determining the information of the product as an influence range of the event, wherein the product is the event influence product, and processing the event influence product according to the influence range.
2. The apparatus for handling event-affected products in a traceability system of claim 1, wherein the traceability code comprises a product code and a box code of the product, the product code comprising a production lot of the product at the production stage.
3. The apparatus for processing event-affected products in a traceability system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said obtaining information of the event-affected object in the corresponding stage according to the traceability code comprises:
judging whether the event influence object is in a circulation stage;
if so, acquiring an event influence object of the product in a circulation stage and associated with the box code according to the box code, and taking information of the event influence object as information of the event influence object in the corresponding stage;
if not, acquiring the production batch of the product according to the product code, and tracing back to the event influence object in the corresponding stage according to the production batch, thereby determining the information of the event influence object in the corresponding stage.
4. The apparatus for processing event-influenced products in traceability system of claim 1, wherein the information of the planting stage comprises information of planting base, plot information, information of planting personnel, information of plant material, information of seed seedling, planting plan, land preparation and breeding, information of operation, and information of disease onset.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the information about the harvesting stage comprises a harvesting lot and harvesting information.
6. The apparatus for processing event-influenced products in traceability system of claim 1, wherein the information of the primary processing stage comprises primary processing batch, primary processing raw material, primary processing operation, primary processing inspection information.
7. The apparatus for processing the product affected by the event in the traceability system of claim 1, wherein the information of the processing stage comprises product specification, processing plant, personnel, warehouse, raw material, production lot, production process, inspection information and traceability code information.
8. The apparatus for processing event-influenced products in traceability system of claim 1, wherein the information of the distribution stage comprises distribution record information and distribution box code information.
9. A method for processing event-affected products in a traceability system, the method comprising:
the processor acquires event information and judges whether to acquire an event influence object and information of the event influence object in a corresponding stage in a production stage according to the event information;
if so, acquiring information of the product containing the object from the corresponding stage to the circulation stage through a memory, determining the information of the product as an influence range of the event, wherein the product is an event influence product, and processing the event influence product according to the influence range;
if not, acquiring an event influence product, acquiring information of an event influence object in a corresponding stage according to the product information of the event influence product, acquiring information of a product containing the object from the corresponding stage to a circulation stage through a memory, determining the information of the product as an influence range of the event, wherein the product is the event influence product, and processing the event influence product according to the influence range.
10. A storage device having a storage function, characterized in that the storage device stores program data for implementing the method of handling event impact products as claimed in claim 9.
