The high-speed scanning and detecting device for the bottle caps as claimed in claim 2, wherein the detecting and controlling unit is an industrial control host and an electrical control system, and the industrial control host is in communication connection with the high-speed scanning and detecting unit, the bottle cap identifying, detecting and conveying unit and the defective product removing unit in a wired or wireless mode.

The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the defective product rejection unit is composed of a rejection device, a collection device and a signal control device; the signal control device receives the control unit signal and is connected with the removing device, and the removing device is a pneumatic blowing device controlled by a high-speed electromagnetic valve.

The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device of claim 1, wherein the large box and tray coding system is composed of a large box coding unit, a tray coding unit and a bar code detection unit; the large box code assigning unit is arranged at the input end of the large box stacking conveying line, the tray code assigning unit is arranged at the output end of the large box stacking conveying line, and the bar code detecting unit is arranged at the rear ends of the large box code assigning unit and the tray code assigning unit respectively.

The apparatus for scanning and detecting bottle caps at high speed according to claim 7, wherein the large-box coding unit is composed of a coding device, a coding device and a photoelectric detection device, the coding device and the coding device are respectively arranged at the side of the large-box stacking conveying line, and the photoelectric detection device is arranged at the position of the large-box stacking conveying line for detecting the large boxes.
9. The high-speed scanning and detecting device for bottle caps as claimed in claim 8, wherein the code-endowing device comprises but is not limited to a labeling machine, a laser machine, a TIJ code spraying machine, a CIJ code spraying machine, a UV code spraying machine and a printer.

The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device of claim 7, wherein the tray code-giving unit is composed of a code-generating device, a code-giving device and a photoelectric detection device; the code generating device and the code assigning device are respectively arranged on the side surface of the large box stacking conveying line, and the photoelectric detection device is arranged at the position of the detection tray on the large box stacking conveying line.
11. The apparatus for high speed scanning and detecting of bottle caps as claimed in claim 10, wherein the code-assigning means includes, but is not limited to, real-time printing labeler automatic labeling, printer printing manual labeling, RFID labels, industrial cameras and OCR scanners.

The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device of claim 7, wherein the barcode detection unit comprises a big-box barcode detection unit and a tray barcode detection unit, and the big-box barcode detection unit consists of a big-box coding scanning detection device and a big-box rejection device; the tray bar code detection unit is composed of a tray code-assigning scanning detection device and a tray alarm device.

The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device of claim 1, wherein the three-level bar code association system is composed of a bottle cap high-speed scanning detection unit, a large box bar code scanning unit, a box separation control and verification unit, a tray bar code scanning unit and a three-level association data processing unit; the large box bar code scanning unit, the box separation control and verification unit and the tray bar code scanning unit are respectively connected with the three-stage associated data processing unit through wired or wireless communication; the large box bar code scanning unit is arranged on a large box stacking conveying line, the tray bar code scanning unit is arranged on a tray coding station, and the box separation control and verification unit is arranged at the output end of the high-speed bar code detection system inside and outside the bottle cap.

The high-speed scanning and detecting equipment for the bottle caps as claimed in claim 13, wherein the box separation control and verification unit consists of a blanking device, a photoelectric detection device and a scanning device; the blanking device is arranged at the output end of the high-speed bar code detection system inside and outside the bottle cap, and the photoelectric detection device and the scanning device are respectively arranged at the input end of the large box stacking conveying line.
15. The bottle cap high-speed scanning detection device of claim 13, wherein the large box barcode scanning unit and the tray barcode scanning unit include, but are not limited to, a PDA, a stationary scanner, an RFID collector, an industrial camera, and an OCR scanner.
16. The high-speed scanning and detecting device for bottle caps as claimed in claim 13, wherein the three-level associated data processing unit is an industrial control host and an electrical control system.

The high-speed scanning detection device for the bottle caps as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrical control system is composed of a control circuit board, a power supply, a control power supply, an AC/DC conversion power supply, a signal processing system, a wiring terminal and a control button, and the power supply, the control power supply, the AC/DC conversion power supply, the signal processing system, the wiring terminal and the control button are respectively and electrically connected with the control circuit board.
