the inner edge of the first shoulder (11) is provided with a convex inner steel ring (16) which is used for being firmly matched with the first deblocking stop ring (12), and the inner edge of the second shoulder (14) is provided with a convex inner steel ring (16) which is used for being firmly matched with the second deblocking stop ring (13);
the outer edges of the first deblocking baffle ring (12) and the second deblocking baffle ring (13) are respectively provided with a convex outer steel ring (15).

The multi-stage, deblockable, water-swellable packer of claim 1, wherein: the first baffle ring (3) and the second baffle ring (7) are of isosceles trapezoid structures in cross section, the lower bottom of the first baffle ring (3) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the first section of central tube (9), the lower bottom of the second baffle ring (7) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the second section of central tube (10), and inner cavities of the first baffle ring (3) and the second baffle ring (7) are of hollow structures.

the middle part of the deblocking lining pipe (4) is fixed with a first section of central pipe (9) through a first deblocking shear pin (5), a second section of central pipe (10) is fixed through a second deblocking shear pin (6), a first baffle ring (3) is fixed on the outer wall of the middle part of the first section of central pipe (9), an upper joint (1) is arranged at the outer end of the first section of central pipe (9), a second baffle ring (7) is fixed on the outer wall of the middle part of the second section of central pipe (10), a third baffle ring is arranged on the outer wall of the third section of central pipe (18), and a lower joint (8) is arranged at the outer end of the third section of central pipe (18);
the outer walls of the first section of central tube (9), the second section of central tube (10), the third section of central tube (18), the first group of unsealing devices (a) and the second group of unsealing devices (b) are processed with water-swellable rubber (2);

thirdly, when the well is repaired and is unsealed, the first section of the central pipe (9) is lifted, the first section of the central pipe (9) moves upwards and cuts the first unsealing shear pin, the first section of the central pipe (9) continues to move upwards, when the first unsealing stop ring (12) moves upwards to the first shoulder (11) of the unsealing liner pipe (4), the first section of the central pipe (9) drives the unsealing liner pipe (4) to move upwards, the second unsealing shear pin (6) is cut simultaneously, the unsealing liner pipe (4) continues to move upwards, and when the second shoulder (14) contacts the second unsealing stop ring (13), the unsealing liner pipe (4) stops moving upwards; at the moment, a deblocking distance is kept between the first section of central pipe (9) and the second section of central pipe (10), the water-swelling rubber (2) is pulled apart by the length of the deblocking distance, the thickness of the water-swelling rubber (2) is narrowed, the pressure of bulge (17) is released, the packer is moved upwards, after the packer is continuously lifted upwards, the second section of central pipe (9) drives the third section of central pipe (18) to realize deblocking and lifting, the second section of packer is moved upwards, and finally the overall lifting of the multi-stage deblocking type water-swelling packer is realized.
