本发明涉及车用润滑油领域,特别涉及一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法,具体如下:(1)投料混合:将丁二酰亚胺3.6wt%、水杨酸镁1.5wt%、硫化烷基酚钙1wt%、二戌基二硫代氨甲酸镁2wt%、烷基化二苯胺0.6wt%、光亮油15wt%、基础油74.9wt%投入调和釜;(2)加温混合:将步骤(1)中的物料加温至75℃,气动脉冲30分钟,搅拌1.5小时;(3)化验校准。本发明的有益效果是:降低了车主的用车成本,减少了废机油的产生量,降低燃油油耗,起到节能效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用润滑油领域,特别涉及一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法。
背景技术
现阶段矿物油调和的汽油机油换油一般换油周期为5000公里,合成机油换油周期为10000公里,现有的汽油机油的换油周期短,造成频繁的保养维护,造成车主用车费用的增加,换下来的废机油还会对环境造成影响。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的问题,本发明提供了一种降低用车成本,减少废机油产生量的茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法。
本发明所述技术方案如下:
一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法,具体如下:
(1)投料混合:将丁二酰亚胺3.6wt%、水杨酸镁1.5wt%、硫化烷基酚钙1wt%、二戌基二硫代氨甲酸镁2wt%、烷基化二苯胺0.6wt%、光亮油15wt%、基础油74.9wt%投入调和釜;
(2)加温混合:将步骤(1)中的物料加温至75℃,气动脉冲30分钟,搅拌1.5小时;
(3)化验校准:在步骤(2)搅拌结束后,取样化验,按照GB 11121-2006化验校准。
所述的基础油是茂金属PAO。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
通过茂金属合成汽油机油,依托先进的基础油以及添加剂,超高的抗剪切性能,极佳的抗氧化性,足以达到30000公里换油里程,经过实车实验,行驶30000公里后,油样指标依然远远没有达到机油报废国家标准。超高的粘温性,有效的降低了燃油油耗,清净分散性效果极佳。延长换油周期的机油,一方面降低了车主的用车成本,减少了废机油的产生量,新产品的特性,还能降低燃油油耗,起到节能效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法,具体如下:
(1)投料混合:将丁二酰亚胺3.6wt%、水杨酸镁1.5wt%、硫化烷基酚钙1wt%、二戌基二硫代氨甲酸镁2wt%、烷基化二苯胺0.6wt%、光亮油15wt%、茂金属PAO74.9wt%投入调和釜;
(2)加温混合:将步骤(1)中的物料加温至75℃,气动脉冲30分钟,搅拌1.5小时;
(3)化验校准:在步骤(2)搅拌结束后,取样化验,按照GB 11121-2006化验校准。
根据GB11121-2006实验方法与标准得出以下数据:
实车实验:
车型:雪铁龙C4L 1.6T 2013款,发动机:PSA
实验里程:里程表23553-53555KM
实验结束后油样检测数据:GB/T 8028-94
100℃运动粘度:9.86
碱值:16
闪点:213
水分:0.01
结果证明:油品还远未达到换油标准。

1.一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:
(1)投料混合:将丁二酰亚胺3.6wt%、水杨酸镁1.5wt%、硫化烷基酚钙1wt%、二戌基二硫代氨甲酸镁2wt%、烷基化二苯胺0.6wt%、光亮油15wt%、基础油74.9wt%投入调和釜;
(2)加温混合:将步骤(1)中的物料加温至75℃,气动脉冲30分钟,搅拌1.5小时;
(3)化验校准:在步骤(2)搅拌结束后,取样化验,按照GB 11121-2006化验校准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茂金属合成汽油机油及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的基础油是茂金属PAO。
