s1, batching: firstly, respectively measuring epoxy resin, isooctyl acrylate, natural organic pigment, a greasy leveling agent, a water-soluble organic solvent, a pseudoplasticity endowing agent, a modified wetting dispersant and deionized water in required weight parts by using a batching device, and then transferring all the raw materials after batching into a storage tank for later use;
s2, refining the base material: pouring the epoxy resin, the isooctyl acrylate and the natural organic pigment weighed in the step S1 into crushing and grinding equipment in sequence, firstly crushing the large-particle base material through a crushing hobbing, then carrying out extrusion grinding treatment through a grinding roller, then screening through a 200-mesh and 300-mesh screen, and collecting the screened base material in a centralized way for later use;
s3, dispersing and mixing the base materials: sequentially pouring the epoxy resin, the isooctyl acrylate and the natural organic pigment refined in the step S2 into mixing and stirring equipment, then respectively adding the water-soluble organic solvent and the modified wetting dispersant prepared in the step S1 into a mixing cylinder, stirring for 30-40min at the rotation speed of 400 plus materials for 500r/mind and the temperature of 25-33 ℃ by a stirring mechanism, and then starting an ultrasonic oscillation stirring device to stir for 20-30min by ultrasonic waves, thereby finishing the dispersion and mixing of the base materials;
s4, preparation of primary mixed ink: sequentially adding the greasy leveling agent, the pseudoplasticity giving agent and the deionized water which are measured in the step S1 into the base material mixed in the step S3, starting a stirring mechanism to continuously stir for 1-2 hours at the rotating speed of 500-700r/min, enabling the surfaces of all molecules in the base material to have activity, and simultaneously increasing the viscosity of the base material, thereby obtaining the primary mixed ink;
s5, ink post-treatment: and (5) filtering the primarily mixed ink obtained in the step (S4) through a filtering device, collecting the filtered liquid ink material, packaging through a filling device, and performing quality inspection, wherein the primarily mixed ink material can be sold or stored in a warehouse after the quality inspection is qualified.
