Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种能实现油封分料的振动盘用油封分料机构。为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种振动盘用油封分料机构,振动盘的送料轨道包括左侧板和底板,所述底板靠近左侧板的部分具有上下贯穿的通过槽并使左侧板的右侧壁构成所述通过槽的左侧槽壁,所述通过槽内设有分料件,分料件左缘与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L,油封的外径大小为D,油封的最大内径大小为d1,油封的最小内径大小为d2,L>D-d1,通过槽前后槽壁间的距离大于油封的外径,所述底板倾斜设置或/和通过槽上方设有施力机构,当底板倾斜设置时,所述底板由左至右逐渐向上延伸;所述施力机构用于使油封靠近左侧板的边缘向下翻转。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种振动盘用油封分料机构。
背景技术
现有技术中常通过振动盘进行油封的有序定向排列输送,但现有振动盘不能实现油封正反面的确定,不能实现油封的分料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能实现油封分料的振动盘用油封分料机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种振动盘用油封分料机构,振动盘的送料轨道包括左侧板和底板,所述底板靠近左侧板的部分具有上下贯穿的通过槽并使左侧板的右侧壁构成所述通过槽的左侧槽壁,所述通过槽内设有分料件,分料件左缘与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L,油封的外径大小为D,油封的最大内径大小为d1,油封的最小内径大小为d2,L>D-d1,通过槽前后槽壁间的距离大于油封的外径,所述底板倾斜设置或/和通过槽上方设有施力机构,当底板倾斜设置时,所述底板由左至右逐渐向上延伸;所述施力机构用于使油封靠近左侧板的边缘向下翻转。
本发明机构使用时,油封沿送料轨道向前移动,当油封通过缺口处时,如果油封是正面朝上时,油封最小内径处会支撑在分料件左缘上方,油封不会掉下去;如果油封是背面朝上的,也就是油封具有环形槽的一面朝上时,由于分料件左缘与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L,且油封的周向外壁与最大内径处间的距离为D-d1,那么油封最大内径处会悬空,油封会在施力机构或重力的作用下向下翻转以掉落,以实现油封的分料。其中,施力机构可以通过向下吹气、向下流水,甚至采用向下压的方式以便于使油封下落。其中,当底板倾斜设置时,油封会因为重力更靠近左侧板并与左侧板右侧板相贴,以使油封更容易掉入通过槽内。其中,分料件与底板可以是相互独立的两个零部件,分料件也可与底板一体设置。
作为优选,所述施力机构包括供气设备和气管。通过吹气的方式以使油封边缘具有向下翻转的力,以提高分料效果。
作为优选,所述分料件具有朝向左侧板的尖头,所述尖头尖端与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L。由于油封内孔是圆的,分料件端部越细侧分料效果更好。
作为优选,所述气管端部与固定管连通,所述固定管竖向设置并位于通过槽上方,所述固定管与支架固定。固定管不会晃动,以使施力机构的出气点更为稳定,以使油封的分料效果更好。
作为优选,所述底板上侧或下侧设有固定板,所述固定板上设有固定孔并配合有固定螺栓,所述分料件具有沿左右方向的条形槽,所述分料件通过所述固定螺栓与固定板相固定。分料件可以左右移动以调整分料件左缘与左侧板右侧壁间的距离,以实现不同型号油封的分料送料。
作为优选,所述振动盘的料斗上设有缺口,所述缺口与通过槽相通。上述设置以使油封的上料更为方便,不需要工人将分料出的油封导入料斗内,以降低工人劳动强度。
本发明具有能实现油封分料、降低工人劳动强度、能进行不同型号油封分料的优点。

下面根据附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
由图1至图4所示,本发明的一种振动盘用油封分料机构,振动盘1的送料轨道2包括左侧板21和底板22,底板22靠近左侧板21的部分具有上下贯穿的通过槽20并使左侧板21的右侧壁构成通过槽20的左侧槽壁,通过槽20内设有分料件9,分料件9最左缘处与左侧板21右侧壁间的最小距离为L,油封3的外径大小为D,油封3的最大内径大小为d1,油封3的最小内径大小为d2,D减d1小于L,通过槽20左端前后槽壁间的距离大于油封3的外径,底板22倾斜设置,且通过槽20上方设有施力机构,底板22由左至右逐渐向上延伸,施力机构用于使油封3靠近左侧板21的边缘向下翻转。其中,振动盘1的料斗上设有缺口10,缺口10与通过槽20相通。
其中,施力机构包括供气设备和气管4,气管4端部与固定管5连通,固定管5竖向设置并位于通过槽20上方,固定管5与支架6固定。
分料件9具有朝向左侧板的尖头92,尖头92尖端与左侧板21右侧壁间的最小距离为L。底板22下侧设有固定板24,固定板24上设有固定孔并配合有固定螺栓25,分料件9具有沿左右方向的条形槽91,分料件9通过固定螺栓25与固定板24相固定。
本发明具有能实现油封分料、降低工人劳动强度、能进行不同型号油封分料的优点。
Claims (6)
1.一种振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于振动盘的送料轨道包括左侧板和底板,所述底板靠近左侧板的部分具有上下贯穿的通过槽并使左侧板的右侧壁构成所述通过槽的左侧槽壁,所述通过槽内设有分料件,分料件左缘与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L,油封的外径大小为D,油封的最大内径大小为d1,油封的最小内径大小为d2,L>D-d1,通过槽前后槽壁间的距离大于油封的外径,所述底板倾斜设置或/和通过槽上方设有施力机构,当底板倾斜设置时,所述底板由左至右逐渐向上延伸;所述施力机构用于使油封靠近左侧板的边缘向下翻转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于所述施力机构包括供气设备和气管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于所述分料件具有朝向左侧板的尖头,所述尖头尖端与左侧板右侧壁间的最小距离为L。
4.根据权利要求2所述的振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于所述气管端部与固定管连通,所述固定管竖向设置并位于通过槽上方,所述固定管与支架固定。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于所述底板上侧或下侧设有固定板,所述固定板上设有固定孔并配合有固定螺栓,所述分料件具有沿左右方向的条形槽,所述分料件通过所述固定螺栓与固定板相固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的振动盘用油封分料机构,其特征在于所述振动盘的料斗上设有缺口,所述缺口与通过槽相通。
