The filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a microswitch is fixedly connected to the bag-moving rail, a connecting rod for triggering the microswitch is fixedly connected to the microswitch, and when the suction nozzle bag is clamped in the clamping groove, the connecting rod abuts against a side wall of the suction nozzle bag and triggers the microswitch.
9. A filling method, comprising the steps of:
a. clamping the suction nozzle bag into the clamping groove, driving the injection nozzle to be inserted into the mouth of the suction nozzle bag by the injection cylinder, starting the peristaltic pump to rotate forwards, and injecting the solution in the liquid storage barrel into the suction nozzle bag according to a first set amount for injection;
b. the reverse peristaltic pump is used for sucking out the air and the foam in the suction nozzle bag according to a second set amount;
c. the peristaltic pump is closed, the two bag sealing cylinders drive the horseshoe-shaped pad to clamp the mouth of the suction nozzle bag, and the injection cylinder resets to enable the injection nozzle to be pulled out of the mouth of the suction nozzle bag;
d. the sliding table cylinder is started to drive the bag moving rail to move from the lower part of the filling mechanism to the lower part of the cover screwing mechanism, and in the moving process, the bag opening of the suction nozzle bag impacts the bag cover at the opening part below the cover arranging rail to enable the bag cover to be buckled on the bag opening of the suction nozzle bag;
e. the cap screwing cylinder is started to drive the cap screwing head to be buckled on the bag cap, the wind screwdriver is started to drive the cap screwing head to rotate, the bag cap is screwed with the mouth of the suction nozzle bag, and the cap screwing cylinder is reset;
f. the bag sealing cylinder is reset, the horseshoe-shaped pad is moved away from the two sides of the suction nozzle bag, and the bag removing cylinder is started to drive the baffle plate to push the filled suction nozzle bag out of the clamping groove;
g. the bag removing cylinder resets, the sliding table cylinder resets, and filling is completed.
