当該充填機の充填位置で前記袋口を上向き状態で下動不能に保持する袋口保持枠と、基端部が充填機側に枢着されて垂直方向及び水平方向に揺動可能な操作レバーと、該操作レバーの中間部に設けられて鍔付キャップを側方から嵌入させて上下動不能に保持するキャップ保持枠とを備え、
袋口保持枠は、袋口外周に設けた係止部に両側から係嵌する二股状の係合部を有し、
操作レバーは、キャップ保持枠が、袋口保持枠から側方へ離間する充填前待機位置と、袋口保持枠上に近接して重なるキャップ嵌合位置と、該キャップ嵌合位置から上方へ離間するキャップ離脱位置と、このキャップ離脱位置から側方へ離間する充填中待機位置との4位置に揺動変位可能に設定され、
