Description

Bulk carrier loading method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a loading method, in particular to a loading method of a bulk carrier.
Background
The Mazshan harbor is a typical open wharf in open sea, the stable mooring of ships is greatly influenced by wind, gush and wave of each season section, and particularly when 5000-10000 tons of sea ships are operated in a loading wharf, the ship is more serious in gear-off phenomenon than Qingdao harbors and Ningbo Normour harbors. How to control the stability of cargo in the tanks under such adverse external conditions is a key to ensure the safety of the ship during the berthing operation and the sea voyage, and is also a service requirement of the government maritime departments on the port loading quality in the industry.
At present, 5000-ton bulk freighters loaded on the martian port loading wharf are generally loaded in 2 cabins, 10000-ton bulk freighters are generally loaded in 3 cabins, so that the loading capacity of each cabin is kept to be 2500-3500 tons, and the specific loading sequence and the loading capacity of the whole ship are provided by a ship side after berthing is finished. After the ship leans against the wharf, the ship side only puts forward written specific requirements on the loading capacity and the loading sequence of each cabin and the final water gauge after loading is finished, but only makes wide and general requirements on the distribution of materials in the cabins, such as uniform loading, and is not highly instructive in actual ship loading operation.
At present, the loading method of a bulk cargo ship conventionally adopts a loading method of 2-3 stockpiles in a shape of a straight line, namely, uninterrupted loading is carried out in a reciprocating mode in sequence according to the sequence and the direction of the straight line.
Since the single-cabin loading capacity of the cabin is about 2500-3500 tons generally, if the cabin is uniformly loaded at 3 points, the single-pile capacity is about 1000 tons generally, and finally the stacking height of each pile is about 5-6 meters.
In the conventional 'straight' loading method, a gap is reserved between the material pile and the edge of the cabin, the height of the material pile is high, and the material pile can collapse due to the shaking of the ship body, so that the instantaneous inclination of the sea side or the land side of the ship body is caused. The inclination is not beneficial to stable mooring, and if the cable inclines to the sea side, the stress of the land side cable is easily increased instantly, so that the cable is broken; if the ship inclines to the land side, the stress of the land side cable is easily reduced instantaneously, and the ship body is out of the gear. Similarly, if a heap collapse occurs during the course of a ship, it can constitute a serious danger to the safe course of the ship.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel loading method for a bulk carrier to improve the loading stability and the material pile stability of the bulk carrier and to ensure the balance of the bulk carrier.

As an example, the load capacity of the bulk carrier ranges from 5000 tons to 10000 tons.
Specifically, since the load capacity of the bulk carrier ranges from 5000 tons to 10000 tons, and 3 of the cabins are used in this embodiment, the load capacity of the cabin ranges from 2500 tons to 3500 tons, and the load capacity of the cabin can be determined according to the load capacity of the bulk carrier and the specific number of the cabins of the bulk carrier, which is not limited herein.
As an example, the loading mode of the bulk carrier is tail tipping loading.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the loading direction of the bulk carrier is that the second cabin 132 is used as a first loading cabin, then the third cabin 133 is loaded towards the stern 120, and then the first cabin 131 is loaded, that is, the loading is performed in a straight line shape in a reciprocating and uninterrupted manner.
In the present embodiment, the description of the method for loading the bulk carrier is given with the third hold 133 as the object of loading, but the hold to be loaded is not limited thereto, and may be the second hold 132 or the first hold 131.
As shown in fig. 2, when the third hold 133 is loaded, the third hold 133 is loaded in a reciprocating and uninterrupted manner in a shape of "8", wherein the shape of "8" is a central symmetrical figure, a longitudinal symmetrical axis of the shape of "8" is a longitudinal symmetrical axis a of the third hold 133, the longitudinal symmetrical axis a of the third hold 133 is a sea-land side boundary line on which the bulk carrier is loaded, and a symmetrical center c of the shape of "8" is a loading start point, and is loaded in a direction from the land side 200 to the sea side 300 in a tail dip manner.
According to the loading method of the bulk carrier, the height of the loaded material pile can be reduced, the center of gravity is lowered, and the possibility that the material pile collapses due to the shaking of the ship body is reduced; during loading, the ship is always stacked from the land side 200, so that the possibility of the ship inclining to the sea side 300 is reduced to the minimum, the pulling force of the ship to the cable due to the inclination of the ship is reduced, the risk of cable breakage is avoided, even if the ship inclines on the land during loading, the situation is also predictable and not sudden, and the situation can be controlled by timely adjusting the cable; the embodiment can provide the stable material pile, and can ensure the balance of the bulk carrier, thereby ensuring the balance of the ship body when the ship sails at sea and ensuring the safety of the ship during the sailing at sea.
