Abstract
The invention relates to a pipeline fitting assembling tool and assembling equipment for an air conditioner, wherein the assembling equipment comprises the pipeline fitting assembling tool and a mechanical arm connected with the pipeline fitting assembling tool. The pipe fitting assembly tool includes a base; the first clamp is fixedly arranged on the base body and used for clamping a first pipeline accessory of the air conditioner; the second clamp is arranged on the base body in a sliding mode and used for clamping a second pipeline fitting of the air conditioner; and the power mechanism arranged on the base body can drive the second clamp to do reciprocating linear motion relative to the base body and enable the second clamp to be close to or far away from the first clamp. When the power mechanism drives the second clamp to move towards the first clamp, the second clamp and the first clamp force the second pipeline fitting to be inserted or butted with the first pipeline fitting. Above-mentioned pipeline accessory erecting tool and rigging equipment can both replace the manual work and implement the pipeline accessory assembly with efficient, high quality, with low costs mode, promote air conditioner manufacturing to develop towards the direction of intelligent manufacturing.

Technical Field

Background

Disclosure of Invention

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pipe fitting assembly tool for an air conditioner, comprising a base body; the first clamp is fixedly arranged on the base body and used for clamping a first pipeline accessory of the air conditioner; the second clamp is arranged on the base body in a sliding mode and used for clamping a second pipeline fitting of the air conditioner; and the power mechanism is arranged on the base body and can drive the second clamp to do reciprocating linear motion relative to the base body and enable the second clamp to be close to or far away from the first clamp. When the power mechanism drives the second clamp to move towards the direction of the first clamp, the second clamp and the first clamp force the second pipeline fitting to be inserted or butted with the first pipeline fitting.
Further, the base member includes the mounting panel, pipeline accessory erecting tool still including fixed locating fixing base on the first surface of mounting panel and locate through the guide rail on the first surface of mounting panel and with the sliding seat that power unit links to each other, first anchor clamps install in on the fixing base, and the second anchor clamps are installed on the sliding seat.

Further, the first clamp comprises two first clamping jaws with first jaws and a first clamping jaw driver connected with the two first clamping jaws, wherein the first clamping jaw driver can drive at least one of the two first clamping jaws to approach or move away from each other, so that the two first clamping jaws can clamp or release the first pipeline accessory together through the respective first jaws; the second clamp comprises two second clamping jaws with second jaws and a second clamping jaw driver connected with the two second clamping jaws, and the second clamping jaw driver can drive at least one of the two second clamping jaws to be close to or away from each other, so that the two second clamping jaws can clamp or release the second pipeline fitting together through the respective second jaws.
Further, the first jaw driver and the second jaw driver each include a jaw cylinder.
Further, one of the first and second pipe fittings is a bent pipe, and the other is a muffler. According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an assembly apparatus comprising a line fitting assembly tool according to the first aspect of the present invention, and a robot arm connected to the line fitting assembly tool and for driving the line fitting assembly tool.
The pipe fitting assembling tool for the air conditioner in the first aspect of the invention mainly implements the insertion or butt joint of the first and second pipe fittings by means of the base body, the first clamp, the second clamp and the power mechanism, can implement the pipe fitting assembly in a high-efficiency, high-quality and low-cost manner instead of manual work, and pushes the air conditioner manufacturing to develop towards the direction of intelligent manufacturing. In addition, the pipeline fitting assembling tool is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, practical, safe, reliable, and convenient to implement, popularize and apply.
The assembly equipment of the second aspect of the invention combines the pipeline fitting assembly tool provided by the first aspect of the invention with the mechanical arm, so that the assembly equipment with the pipeline fitting assembly tool and the mechanical arm can replace manual work to assemble pipeline fittings in a mode of high efficiency, high quality and low cost, and can also implement operations of automatic material taking and/or automatic material discharging of the pipeline fittings and the like, thereby further promoting the development of air conditioner manufacturing towards intelligent manufacturing. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a pipe fitting assembly tool for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is also a perspective view of a pipe fitting assembly tool for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pipe fitting assembling tool 10 for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 103, a first clamp 101 fixedly disposed on the base 103, a second clamp 102 slidably disposed on the base 103, and a power mechanism 105 disposed on the base 103. Wherein the first clamp 101 is used to clamp the first pipe fitting 30 of the air conditioner. The first pipe fitting 30 may be selected as any pipe fitting, such as a muffler for use on a pipe. The second clamp 102 is used to clamp the second piping fitting 20 of the air conditioner. The second pipe fitting 20 may alternatively be any pipe fitting, such as an elbow. In a preferred embodiment, one of the first and second line fittings 30, 20 is an elbow and the other is a muffler.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the power mechanism 105 can drive the second clamp 102 to perform reciprocating linear motion relative to the base 103, and make the second clamp 102 approach or move away from the first clamp 101. When the power mechanism 105 drives the second clamp 102 to move towards the first clamp 10, the second clamp 102 and the first clamp 101 will force the second pipe fitting 20 to be plugged or docked with the first pipe fitting 30. That is, the pipe fitting assembling tool 10 implements the insertion or the butt joint of the first and second pipe fittings 20 and 30 mainly by means of the base 103, the first clamp 101, the second clamp 102, and the power mechanism 105, so that it can implement the pipe fitting assembly in an efficient, high quality, and low cost manner instead of manual work, thereby pushing the air conditioner manufacturing toward the intelligent manufacturing.
In the present embodiment, the substrate 103 includes a mounting board 1031 having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The plumbing fitting assembling tool 10 further includes a fixed seat 107 fixedly provided on the first surface of the mounting plate 1031 and a sliding seat 106 provided on the first surface of the mounting plate 1031 through a guide rail 108 and connected to the power mechanism 105. The first clamp 101 is mounted on the fixing seat 107 such that it cannot move relative to the mounting plate 1031. The second clamp 102 is mounted on the slide block 106 such that it can perform reciprocating linear motion with respect to the mounting plate 1031. Wherein, the fixing seat 107 may comprise an L-shaped body, the L-shaped body is composed of two perpendicular plate portions, one of the plate portions is used for connecting the mounting plate 1031, and the other plate portion is used for connecting the first clamp 101. In order to improve the overall strength and rigidity of the L-shaped body, the fixing base 107 may further include a reinforcing rib provided on the L-shaped body and perpendicular to both plate portions. Similarly, the sliding seat 106 may also comprise an L-shaped body, which is composed of two perpendicular plates, one of which is used as a slider for the guiding rail 108 or is connected with the slider of the guiding rail 108, the slider is mounted on a wire track of the guiding rail 108, the wire track is mounted on the mounting plate 1031, and the other plate is used for connecting the second clamp 102. To improve the overall strength and rigidity of the L-shaped body, the sliding seat 106 may further include reinforcing ribs provided on the L-shaped body and perpendicular to both plate portions.
In the present embodiment, the power mechanism 105 includes a linear driving mechanism disposed on the second surface of the mounting plate 1031, and a transmission member 104 for connecting the linear driving mechanism and the sliding seat 106. Wherein, linear drive mechanism includes one of pneumatic cylinder, pneumatic cylinder or linear motor three. However, since the transmission member 104 also needs to move during the transmission process, in order to avoid the interference of the movement of the transmission member 104 by the mounting plate 1031, the transmission member 104 not only connects the linear driving mechanism and the sliding seat 106, but also is sleeved on the mounting plate 1031, so that it can slide outside the mounting plate 1031 and avoid the interference of the self movement by the mounting plate 1031. In an alternative embodiment, in order to avoid the interference of the movement of the transmission member 104 by the mounting plate 1031, the transmission member 104 is configured not only to connect the linear drive mechanism and the slide holder 106, but also to pass through a reserved hole on the mounting plate 1031 so that it can move in the reserved hole and avoid the interference of its movement by the mounting plate 1031.
In this embodiment, the first clamp 101 includes two first jaws 1011 with first jaws and a first jaw driver 1013 connected to the two first jaws, the first jaw driver 1013 being capable of driving at least one of the two first jaws toward or away from each other so that the two first jaws 1011 can clamp or unclamp the first pipe fitting 30 together via the respective first jaws. The first jaw driver 1013 includes a jaw cylinder or a jaw hydraulic cylinder, and the like. In a preferred embodiment, the first jaw driver 1013 comprises a jaw cylinder that is less prone to environmental contamination and has a fast response speed.
In the present embodiment, the second clamp 102 includes two second clamping jaws 1021 with second jaws and a second clamping jaw driver 1023 connected to the two second clamping jaws 1021, and the second clamping jaw driver 1023 can drive at least one of the two second clamping jaws 1021 to approach or move away from each other, so that the two second clamping jaws 1021 can clamp or release the second pipeline fitting 20 together through the respective second jaws. It will be readily appreciated that the two first jaw circular holes and the two second jaw circular holes need to be coaxial to ensure that the second pipe fitting 20 is properly inserted or mated with the first pipe fitting 30. The first jaw driver 1013 includes a jaw cylinder or a jaw hydraulic cylinder, and the like. In a preferred embodiment, the first jaw driver 1013 comprises a jaw cylinder that is less prone to environmental contamination and has a fast response speed.
In this embodiment, the base 103 further includes an adapter assembly connected to the mounting plate 1031, and the adapter assembly is used to connect the mounting plate 1031 to a robot arm or a workbench. Preferably, the adapter assembly includes a flange 1033 for connecting a robot arm or a work table and a support member 1032 vertically connected to the flange 1033 and the mounting plate 1031. The support member 1032 may be a bar, a plate, or the like, and is preferably a plate body with a material reducing hole. The support members 1032 are preferably two, the two support members 1032 being located on either side of the linear drive mechanism so that they may provide some protection to the linear drive mechanism in addition to support of the flange 1033 and mounting plate 1031.
In an embodiment not shown, this embodiment provides an assembly apparatus comprising the pipe fitting assembly tool 10 according to the above-described embodiment, and a robot arm connected to the pipe fitting assembly tool 10 and adapted to drive it. This rigging equipment combines together pipeline accessory erecting tool 10 and arm for the rigging equipment that possesses the two not only can replace the manual work to implement the pipeline accessory assembly with the mode of efficient, high quality, with low costs, but also can implement the automation of pipeline accessory and get material and/or automatic blowing operation such as, further promotes air conditioner and makes the direction development towards intelligent manufacturing.

Claims (10)
1. A pipe fitting assembly tool for an air conditioner, comprising:
a substrate;
the first clamp is fixedly arranged on the base body and used for clamping a first pipeline accessory of the air conditioner;
the second clamp is arranged on the base body in a sliding mode and used for clamping a second pipeline fitting of the air conditioner;
the power mechanism is arranged on the base body and can drive the second clamp to do reciprocating linear motion relative to the base body and enable the second clamp to be close to or far away from the first clamp;
when the power mechanism drives the second clamp to move towards the direction of the first clamp, the second clamp and the first clamp force the second pipeline fitting to be inserted or butted with the first pipeline fitting.
2. The pipe fitting assembly tool of claim 1, wherein the base includes a mounting plate, the pipe fitting assembly tool further comprising a fixed seat fixedly disposed on the first surface of the mounting plate and a sliding seat disposed on the first surface of the mounting plate via a guide rail and coupled to the power mechanism, the first clamp being mounted on the fixed seat and the second clamp being mounted on the sliding seat.
3. The pipe fitting assembly tool of claim 2, wherein the power mechanism comprises a linear drive mechanism disposed on a second surface of the mounting plate opposite the first surface, and a transmission member for connecting the linear drive mechanism and the slide block, the transmission member being disposed on or through a pre-formed opening in the mounting plate.
4. The pipe fitting assembly tool of claim 3 wherein the linear drive mechanism comprises one of a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, and a linear motor.
5. The plumbing fitting assembly tool of claim 2, wherein the base further comprises an adapter assembly coupled to the mounting plate, the adapter assembly for coupling the mounting plate to a robotic arm or a work bench.
6. The plumbing fitting assembly tool of claim 5, wherein the adapter assembly includes a flange for connecting the robotic arm or table, and a support member vertically connected to the flange and mounting plate.
7. The pipe fitting assembly tool of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein:
the first clamp comprises two first clamping jaws with first jaws and a first clamping jaw driver connected with the two first clamping jaws, and the first clamping jaw driver can drive at least one of the two first clamping jaws to approach or move away from each other so that the two first clamping jaws can clamp or release the first pipeline accessory together through the respective first clamping jaws;
the second clamp comprises two second clamping jaws with second jaws and a second clamping jaw driver connected with the two second clamping jaws, and the second clamping jaw driver can drive at least one of the two second clamping jaws to be close to or away from each other, so that the two second clamping jaws can clamp or release the second pipeline fitting together through the respective second jaws.
8. The plumbing fitting assembly tool of claim 7, wherein the first jaw driver and the second jaw driver each comprise a jaw cylinder.
9. A pipe fitting assembly tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein one of the first and second pipe fittings is an elbow and the other is a muffler.
10. An assembly apparatus comprising a line fitting assembly tool according to any of claims 1 to 9, and a robot arm connected to the line fitting assembly tool and for driving the line fitting assembly tool.
