Referring to fig. 5, the present invention provides an automatic bending machine for a flexible printed circuit board, which comprises: the power shaft 34 is composed of a shaft sleeve 40, a needle bearing 41, a thrust bearing 42, a bearing sheet 43, a pressure spring sheet 44 and a clutch pressure pull rod bearing 45, the shaft sleeve 40 is provided with the needle bearing 41 and the thrust bearing 42, the thrust bearing 42 is connected with the bearing sheet 43, the pressure spring sheet 44 is arranged at the top of the side edge of the shaft sleeve 40, the shaft sleeve 40 is connected with the clutch pressure pull rod bearing 45, the shaft sleeve 40 is a shell structure of the power shaft 34 and is mainly used for bearing and protecting other components, the needle bearing 41 is used for bearing radial load, the shaft sleeve 40 is fixed to only rotate, and the axial and radial movement of the shaft sleeve 40 is controlled to prevent the shaft sleeve 40 from deflecting, the thrust bearing is a special bearing which is used for bearing axial force specially, namely the bearing of the force in the direction parallel to the shaft in operation, the axial thrust of the shaft sleeve 40 is borne, and the axial mutual position between the shaft sleeve 40 and the pressure spring sheet 44 is determined and maintained, the pressure spring piece 44 is used for reducing reverse rotation deflection acting force generated between the upper roller 35 and the lower roller 36 and the power shaft 34, the deflection acting force can influence the running speed of the power shaft 34 to enable the power shaft 34 to generate a blocking phenomenon, the reduction of the acting force can be beneficial to keeping the power shaft 34 in stable running, the clutch pressure pull rod bearing 45 mainly plays a role in smooth connection power, the effect of ensuring the power shaft 34 to run stably is achieved, meanwhile, the rotary power can be cut off to keep the emergency braking performance of the power shaft 34 under emergency conditions, a free gap is reserved between the clutch pressure pull rod bearing 45 and the shaft sleeve 40, the rotating speed of the power shaft 34 can be changed through the friction force between the shaft sleeve 40 and the clutch pressure pull rod bearing 45, and the rotating strength is controlled.
When the circuit board is bent, the circuit board is horizontally placed on the positioning plate 3, one end of the circuit board is fixed through the clamping piece, the starting switch 4 is pressed after parameters are set through the operation key 6 in sequence, the processor 12 of the bending mechanism 2 starts to work and monitors the circuit board, the bending mechanism 2 controls the position of the bracket 17 according to the set parameters, the pressure applying seat 22 in the shaping holder 15 releases pressure to contact the top surface of the circuit board so as to bend the circuit board, the height of the pressure bearing seat 23 is adjusted through the lifting rod seat 24 so as to realize the contact of the bottom surface of the circuit board and clamp the circuit board between combined gaps, and then the primary molding of the circuit board is completed, then, the upper roller 35 and the lower roller 36 are driven by the power shaft 34 to contact with the circuit board, the upper roller 35 and the lower roller 36 roll the formed bending surface of the circuit board to prevent the crease from recovering, and the circuit board is pushed out after the bending work is finished through the generated rolling force.

the bending mechanism (2) consists of a base frame (10), a support rod (11), a processor (12), a support plate (13), an adjusting rod (14), a shaping holder (15), a bending roller (16) and a support (17), wherein the base frame (10) is connected with the support plate (13) through the support rod (11), the processor (12) is horizontally distributed on the support plate (13) and is connected with the adjusting rod (14), the adjusting rod (14) is connected with the shaping holder (15), the bending roller (16) is arranged below the shaping holder (15), and the bending roller and the adjusting rod are both arranged on the support (17);
the shaping clamp holder (15) consists of a stamping plate (20), a spring plate (21), a pressing seat (22), a pressure bearing seat (23), a lifting rod seat (24), a base body (25) and a sliding rail (26), wherein the stamping plate (20) is connected with the pressing seat (22) through the spring plate (21), the pressing seat (22) is movably connected with the pressure bearing seat (23), the lifting rod seat (24) is arranged on the pressure bearing seat (23) and is connected with the base body (25), and the bottom of the base body (25) is connected with the sliding rail (26);
the bending roller (16) consists of a sliding seat (30), a linkage rod (31), a lifting frame (32), a baffle plate (33), a power shaft (34), an upper roller (35) and a lower roller (36), wherein the sliding seat (30) is connected with the linkage rod (31), the lifting frame (32) is arranged on the linkage rod (31), the lifting frame (32) is connected with the power shaft (34) and is provided with an upper part and a lower part, the bottom of the upper roller (35) is correspondingly provided with the lower roller (36), and the lower roller (36) is connected with the power shaft (34) of the lower part;
the power shaft (34) consists of a shaft sleeve (40), a needle bearing (41), a thrust bearing (42), a bearing sheet (43), a pressure spring sheet (44) and a clutch pressure pull rod bearing (45), the shaft sleeve (40) is provided with the needle bearing (41) and the thrust bearing (42), the thrust bearing (42) is connected with the bearing sheet (43), the pressure spring sheet (44) is arranged at the top of the side edge of the shaft sleeve (40), and the shaft sleeve (40) is connected with the clutch pressure pull rod bearing (45);
