本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,尤其是一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部设有风机,所述风机的上方设有过滤部件,所述壳体内的底部设有水泵,所述水泵的进水口与箱体连接,所述水泵的出水口连接水管,所述水管的一端贯穿漏斗的底部并延伸进去设有喷头,所述箱体的一端设有排水部件,所述漏斗的一侧设有加药管,所述加药管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去,所述漏斗的侧面设有多个风管,所述风管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去设有净化部件,此装置设计合理,方便操作,通过喷头和活性炭放置盒的设置,方便对空气进行消毒和除臭,方便了人们进行使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,尤其涉及一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置。
背景技术
在畜牧养殖技术中,养殖舍靠围护结构不同程度地与外界隔绝,形成不同于舍外的舍内小气候,使畜禽免受酷暑严寒和风吹日晒的影响,为畜禽创造适宜的生活环境。而密闭的养殖舍在寒冷季节和温暖季节舍内空气中细菌浓度分别是舍外空气的1100倍和500倍,半开放养殖舍空气中的细菌浓度是舍外的110~580倍。这些细菌中1%为病原微生物,它们漂浮在空气中,极易被畜禽吸入肺部引起感染,也可能落到地面或设备上,在封闭式养殖舍内由于畜禽的呼吸、排泄及污物的腐败分解会产生一些对人、畜禽有害的气体,主要包括氨、硫化氢、一氧化碳和二氧化碳。此外,还有由采食、活动及空气流通产生的尘埃。这些有害气体的危害是很大的,可导致畜禽生产性能下降、免疫力降低,诱发呼吸系统疾病,严重时可造成畜禽死亡。但是现在的空气消毒装置,效果并不是很好,不方便人们进行使用,为此我们提出了一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置。
发明内容 本发明目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的顶部设有风机,所述风机的上方设有过滤部件,所述风机的下方壳体内固定有漏斗,所述漏斗的下端连接有箱体,所述壳体内的底部设有水泵,所述水泵的进水口与箱体连接,所述水泵的出水口连接水管,所述水管的一端贯穿漏斗的底部并延伸进去设有喷头,所述箱体的一端设有排水部件,所述漏斗的一侧设有加药管,所述加药管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去,所述漏斗的侧面设有多个风管,所述风管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去设有净化部件。
所述壳体的底部灯具设有多个支撑块,所述支撑块的下端设有脚垫,并且脚垫的底部设有防滑纹。
所述过滤部件包括设置在壳体内壁上的多个限位条,所述限位条的上方放置有框体,所述框体内固定有过滤网,所述壳体的侧面设有多个固定螺杆,所述固定螺杆的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去与框体螺纹连接。
所述排水部件包括设置在箱体一侧的排水管,所述排水管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去设有阀门。
所述净化部件包括设置在壳体一侧的活性炭放置盒,所述活性炭放置盒的底部与风管的上端连接,所述活性炭放置盒的上方放置有壳盖,所述壳盖上等距设有多个通孔。
本发明中漏斗的下端连接箱体,通过箱体从而达到了药剂进行收集的目的,启动水泵,通过水泵将箱体内的药水抽出,然后通过喷头喷出,通过喷头喷出的药水达到对空气进行杀毒和除臭的目的,通过加药管的设置从而方便向箱体内添加药水,进入到壳体内的空气经过消毒后,通过风管进入到活性炭放置盒内,通过活性炭放置盒内的活性炭从而达到了对空气进行净化的目的,方便了人们进行使用,最后空气通过通孔排出。此装置设计合理,方便操作,通过喷头和活性炭放置盒的设置,方便对空气进行消毒和除臭,方便了人们进行使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1、图2、图3所示,一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,包括壳体4,壳体4的底部灯具设有多个支撑块9,支撑块9的下端设有脚垫10,并且脚垫10的底部设有防滑纹,壳体4的顶部设有风机14,风机14的上方设有过滤部件,过滤部件包括设置在壳体4内壁上的多个限位条13,限位条13的上方放置有框体2,框体2内固定有过滤网1,壳体4的侧面设有多个固定螺杆3,固定螺杆3的一端贯穿壳体4并延伸出去与框体2螺纹连接,支撑块9用于对壳体4进行支撑,通过支撑块9底部的脚垫10从而防止了壳体4随意的进行移动,在壳体4的上方安装风机14,通过风机14从而将空气吸入到壳体4,内,在壳体4的内壁上安装限位条13,通过限位条13从而达到了对框体2托举的目的,通过固定螺杆3从而对框体2进行固定,框体2用于对过滤网1进行固定,当空气通过时,从而达到了对空气中的灰尘进行过滤的目的。
风机14的下方壳体4内固定有漏斗16,漏斗16的下端连接有箱体17,壳体4内的底部设有水泵20,水泵20的进水口与箱体17连接,水泵20的出水口连接水管19,水管19的一端贯穿漏斗16的底部并延伸进去设有喷头18,箱体17的一端设有排水部件,排水部件包括设置在箱体17一侧的排水管12,排水管12的一端贯穿壳体4并延伸出去设有阀门11,在壳体4内固定漏斗16,漏斗16的下端连接箱体17,通过箱体17从而达到了药剂进行收集的目的,启动水泵20,通过水泵20将箱体17内的药水抽出,然后通过喷头18喷出,通过喷头18喷出的药水达到对空气进行杀毒和除臭的目的。
漏斗16的一侧设有加药管15,加药管15的一端贯穿壳体4并延伸出去,漏斗16的侧面设有多个风管8,风管8的一端贯穿壳体4并延伸出去设有净化部件,净化部件包括设置在壳体4一侧的活性炭放置盒7,活性炭放置盒7的底部与风管8的上端连接,活性炭放置盒7的上方放置有壳盖6,壳盖6上等距设有多个通孔5,通过加药管15的设置从而方便向箱体17内添加药水,进入到壳体4内的空气经过消毒后,通过风管8进入到活性炭放置盒7内,通过活性炭放置盒7内的活性炭从而达到了对空气进行净化的目的,方便了人们进行使用,最后空气通过通孔5排出。

1.一种畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体的顶部设有风机,所述风机的上方设有过滤部件,所述风机的下方壳体内固定有漏斗,所述漏斗的下端连接有箱体,所述壳体内的底部设有水泵,所述水泵的进水口与箱体连接,所述水泵的出水口连接水管,所述水管的一端贯穿漏斗的底部并延伸进去设有喷头,所述箱体的一端设有排水部件,所述漏斗的一侧设有加药管,所述加药管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去,所述漏斗的侧面设有多个风管,所述风管的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去设有净化部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部灯具设有多个支撑块,所述支撑块的下端设有脚垫,并且脚垫的底部设有防滑纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽舍光催化紫外线空气消毒除臭装置,其特征在于:所述过滤部件包括设置在壳体内壁上的多个限位条,所述限位条的上方放置有框体,所述框体内固定有过滤网,所述壳体的侧面设有多个固定螺杆,所述固定螺杆的一端贯穿壳体并延伸出去与框体螺纹连接。
