Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese herbal medicine deodorization composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pollutants contained in the domestic sewage are mainly organic matters (such as protein, carbohydrate, fat, urea, ammonia nitrogen and the like) and a large amount of pathogenic microorganisms (such as parasitic ova, enteroinfectious viruses and the like). Bacteria and pathogens propagate in large quantities by taking organic matters in domestic sewage as nutrients, which can cause epidemic infectious diseases to spread, and meanwhile, the organic matters in the domestic sewage are decomposed to generate stink.
The offensive odor is a common pollution hazard, and also occurs in polluted water bodies, the offensive odor which can be smelled by people can be more than 4000, and the harm is more than dozens of offensive odor, wherein the harm of the offensive odor is represented by ① which obstructs normal respiratory function and causes the digestive function to be reduced, the mental dysphoria, the working efficiency is reduced, the judgment and the memory are reduced, the olfactory disorder can be caused by long-term work and life in an offensive odor environment, the excitation and the regulation functions of central nerves and cerebral cortex are damaged, ② some aquatic products are infected with the offensive odor and cannot be eaten and sold, ③ the offensive odor water body cannot be used for swimming, fish culture and drinking, so the application and value of water are damaged, and ④ can also generate toxic hazards such as hydrogen sulfide, formaldehyde and the like.
When malodorous gases are treated in domestic sewage, soil deodorization and chemical reaction deodorization are commonly included, wherein the soil deodorization mechanism can be mainly divided into two types of physical adsorption and biological decomposition, water-soluble malodorous gases (such as amines, hydrogen sulfide, lower fatty acid and the like) are absorbed and removed by water in soil, and insoluble odor is physically adsorbed by the soil surface and then decomposed by microorganisms in the soil; it is characterized in that: 1. the maintenance and management cost is low, and the deodorization effect is equivalent to that of activated carbon; 2. the occupied area is large, and the treatment occupied area is 2.5-3.3m2/m3 gas; 3. is not suitable for areas with heavy rain and snow, and gases with high temperature, high humidity, water and dust are required to be pretreated. The chemical reaction method deodorization comprises chlorine disinfection deodorization, hydrogen peroxide odor control and the like, and for the action mechanism of the chemical reaction method, the treatment cost is relatively high, and the treatment effect easily causes certain adverse effects on subsequent treatment. The invention is provided based on the research background, and aims to provide a Chinese herbal medicine deodorization composition with low deodorization cost and good deodorization effect.
