Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于环境消毒的植物材料及其制备方法。所述植物材料包括原儿茶酸、水飞蓟、鱼腥草素、黄芩素、薄荷脑、升华剂、甘草酸、橡苔浸膏、松针油及沒药油。制备方法为:将水飞蓟、黄芩素混合;将原儿茶酸、鱼腥草素、薄荷脑、甘草酸混合;松针油、沒药油、橡苔浸膏混合;将所有混合物与升华剂混合后,搅拌均匀,密封包装即可。本发明通过多项试验,无毒、高效、长效、广谱、升华性强,对空气中的流感病毒、流脑病毒、伤寒病毒、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌、军团菌最有效果,对黄曲霉、烟曲霉、桔青霉等三十多种常见霉菌有显著杀灭作用,对分解在空气中的甲醛、苯、二氧化硫等有害气体也有明显效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于环境消毒的植物材料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种植物组合材料,用于灭杀空气中细菌、病毒,避免交叉感染,防流感的植物材料及其制备方法与使用方法,属于环境消毒剂技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内外的灭菌消毒产品,历来使用嗅氧型、液体型、紫外线型、蒸发型等,这些产品只是接触性作用,消毒时,人必须离开现场,且存在刺激性、腐蚀性,对环境造成二次污染,还有使用不便等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是:提供一种高效、无毒、使用方便的植物(纳米级)及其制备方法与使用方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,其特征在于,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

优选地,所述升华剂购自上海拜纳环保科技有限公司。
优选地,所述水飞蓟的制备工艺为:将水飞蓟种子溶于汽油中进行脱脂,将溶液过滤后得到脱脂粗粉;采用乙醇溶液对脱脂粗粉进行提取,依次经过滤、脱色、干燥工序得到水飞蓟成品。
优选地,所述甘草酸的制备工艺为:将甘草酸粗品溶于水,溶液经树脂柱吸附,然后依次用水、质量浓度为3%的乙醇溶液冲洗树脂柱,最后用质量浓度为50%的乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液经浓缩、干燥后得到甘草酸成品。
本发明还提供了一种上述用于环境消毒的植物材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将水飞蓟、黄芩素混合搅拌后,研磨至微米级;
第二步:将原儿茶酸、鱼腥草素、薄荷脑、甘草酸混合,搅拌均匀;
第三步:将松针油、没药油、橡苔浸膏混合,搅拌均匀;
第四步:将第一步、第二步、第三步得到的混合物与升华剂混合后,搅拌均匀,密封包装即可。
上述原料中,鱼腥草素、黄芩素、薄荷脑、松针油、没药油均可外购。
本发明制得的植物材料为结晶体,其不溶于水,具有自然挥发性,能高效升华对空气中的细菌、病毒进行灭杀,并在挥发过程中对空气中的甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害气体进行分解,无残留、不变质、不刺激、不腐蚀,能驱异味、清新空气,对环境不造成二次污染。
本发明通过多项试验,无毒、高效、长效、广谱、升华性强,对空气中的流感病毒、流脑病毒、伤寒病毒、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌、军团菌最有效果,对黄曲霉、烟曲霉、桔青霉等三十多种常见霉菌有显著杀灭作用,对分解在空气中的甲醛、苯、二氧化硫等有害气体也有明显效果。
本发明的制备工艺无三废污染,实施过程中无二次污染,以及无燃爆危险,克服了国内外公知的消毒产品液体型、烟雾型、臭氧型、紫外线型等不能在人群密集环境中进行消毒的缺陷,能在人群密集的公共场所中不断地空气动态杀菌消毒、驱异味,高效杀灭室内空气中的各类致病菌,阻止其传染、繁殖、传播及流行,填补了了千百年来没有用植物升华于空气中杀菌、消毒的空白,具有广阔的市场前景。
本发明能适用于各种设备及场所,如空调、汽车、飞机、火车、衣柜、医院、学校、宾馆、办公室、车站、地铁及人群密集的公共场所等,其能持续不断地挥发升华对空气中的细菌、病毒进行动态灭杀,防止交叉感染对人类健康造成的危害。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下。
实施例1-5中升华剂购自上海拜纳环保科技有限公司。实施例1-5中水飞蓟的制备工艺为:将水飞蓟种子溶于汽油中进行脱脂,将溶液过滤后得到脱脂粗粉;采用乙醇溶液对脱脂粗粉进行提取,依次经过滤、脱色、干燥工序得到水飞蓟成品。实施例1-5中甘草酸的制备工艺为:将甘草酸粗品溶于水,溶液经树脂柱吸附,然后依次用水、质量浓度为3%的乙醇溶液冲洗树脂柱,最后用质量浓度为50%的乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液经浓缩、干燥后得到甘草酸成品。
实施例1-5中的制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:将水飞蓟、黄芩素混合搅拌后,研磨至微米级;
第二步:将原儿茶酸、鱼腥草素、薄荷脑、甘草酸混合,搅拌均匀;
第三步:将松针油、没药油、橡苔浸膏混合,搅拌均匀;
第四步:将第一步、第二步、第三步得到的混合物与升华剂混合后,搅拌均匀,密封包装即可。
实施例1
一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

将本实施例制得的成品80g分为四份装入盒中,分别放入巴士上的四个空调出风口,打开空调,检测杀菌率。试验结果表明,打开空调1小时后杀菌率达57%,2小时后杀菌率达86%。
实施例2
一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

挑选二十个脚气严重的病人,在每个人的每个鞋垫底下放3-5g本实施例制得的成品。一天后,二十个病人脚气均无异味,两天后二十人脚气全净。
实施例3
一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

取本实施例制得的成品30g放入家用空调的滤网内,开启空调1小时,大肠杆菌的杀菌率达76%,金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达87%。
实施例4
一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

取本实施例制得的成品200g装入盒中,将盒子放入20m2的谷库内,48小时后,储藏物中的害虫、米象、螨虫的灭杀率达100%。试验结果表明,本产品对虫卵和蛹的毒杀作用大,较低温度下可熏杀害虫,且未发现抗性害虫。
实施例5
一种用于环境消毒的植物材料,包括以重量组份计的以下原料:

取本实施例制得的成品20g装入盒中,然后放入衣柜中,二天后,细菌灭杀率达100%,衣柜中的衣物清香怡人。
本产品经中央军委下属医学实验基地(二军大上海长海医院)六个月的医学实验与毒理学测定。经小白鼠经口入本产品9266.8毫克/kg,AMLS试验属阳性、慢性、毒性试验证明没有致癌、致畸、致突变等现象,故对人畜无毒。

3.如权利要求1所述的用于环境消毒的植物材料,其特征在于,所述水飞蓟的制备工艺为:将水飞蓟种子溶于汽油中进行脱脂,将溶液过滤后得到脱脂粗粉;采用乙醇溶液对脱脂粗粉进行提取,依次经过滤、脱色、干燥工序得到水飞蓟成品。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于环境消毒的植物材料,其特征在于,所述甘草酸的制备工艺为:将甘草酸粗品溶于水,溶液经树脂柱吸附,然后依次用水、质量浓度为3%的乙醇溶液冲洗树脂柱,最后用质量浓度为50%的乙醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液经浓缩、干燥后得到甘草酸成品。
5.一种权利要求1-4任意一项所述的用于环境消毒的植物材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将水飞蓟、黄芩素混合搅拌后,研磨至微米级;
第二步:将原儿茶酸、鱼腥草素、薄荷脑、甘草酸混合,搅拌均匀;
第三步:将松针油、浸芍油、橡苔浸膏混合,搅拌均匀;
第四步:将第一步、第二步、第三步得到的混合物与升华剂混合后,搅拌均匀,密封包装即可。
