Cooking container with steam discharge part
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a cooking container, and more particularly, to a cooking container having a steam discharge part, in which cooking can be performed without opening a lid film (lid film) adhered to the cooking container when a hermetically packaged food item is heated and cooked by using a microwave oven.
Background
In general, fast food refers to processed food that can be easily cooked in a short time and is convenient to store, transport and carry.
The fast food is provided by storing food in a cooking container in a cooked state and heat-sealing an opening portion of the container with a cover film. The instant food has the advantage that it can be eaten by heating in a microwave oven, hot water, or the like.
Such a cooking container capable of storing fast food is disclosed in the existing korean registered utility model No. 20-0414773 (published date: 2006, 4-24), and the like.
When such existing fast food is heated using a microwave oven, it is required to heat for a predetermined time after partially opening the cover film adhered to the container. That is, in the case of heating the fast food in the microwave oven in a state where the cover film is not opened, as the contents are heated, the pressure inside the container is increased, and due to the high pressure, the bonded portion between the container and the cover film is broken, and thus the contents may leak to the outside.
In addition, even if the cover film is opened when cooking the instant food, there is a problem that the cooking quality of the instant food is not stable because the degree of tearing varies from person to person. That is, in the case of cooking by tearing the cover film more than necessary, the surface of the food may become dry, which may cause consumer dissatisfaction.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present disclosure to provide a cooking container having a steam discharge part, in which when a hermetically packaged food item is heated and cooked by using a microwave oven, it is not necessary to open a cover film adhered to the cooking container, and uniform pressure can be maintained during heating and cooking, so that cooking quality of the corresponding contents can be improved.
Solution to the problem
In order to achieve the above object, a cooking container having a steam discharge part according to the present disclosure includes: a main body 110 having an accommodation space 111 opened at an upper portion; a flange portion 120 formed such that a cover film 200 is sealingly adhered to an upper edge of the main body portion 110; and a steam discharging part 130 formed in the flange part 120 and including a discharge port 131, the discharge port 131 having a shape that a width becomes narrower from an inner side to an outer side in a plan view, wherein when an internal pressure of the accommodating space 111 reaches a predetermined pressure by steam generated during heating cooking, an adhesive surface of the cover film 200 adhered on the steam discharging part 130 is ruptured to discharge the steam.
Advantageous effects of the invention
In the present disclosure configured as above, a steam discharging part is disposed at one side of a cooking container, and the steam discharging part is automatically broken when the internal pressure of the cooking container reaches a predetermined pressure, there is no need to open a cover film adhered to the cooking container during heating and cooking using a microwave oven, and uniform pressure can be maintained during cooking, thus keeping cooking quality constant, and food can be heated more quickly due to the application of the internal pressure.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Here, when a reference numeral is added to a component of each drawing, it should be noted that the same component is denoted by the same reference numeral as much as possible even if the same component is shown in different drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a cooking container 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure may include a main body part 110, a flange part 120, and a steam discharge part 130.
The components of the present disclosure will be described in detail below.
The main body part 110 forms a main body of the cooking container 100, and may include an accommodation space 111 opened at an upper portion to accommodate contents to be cooked. The body part 110 may be made of a synthetic resin material.
More specifically, the body portion 110 may be formed in a shape in which a plurality of corners are rounded in a plan view. More specifically, the plurality of corners may be three to five or less, and may have a rectangular shape forming four corners.
In addition, the connection portion of the inner side surface and the bottom surface of the body part 110 may be formed to be rounded. More specifically, the rounded portion may be formed to be 5R or less. That is, since the receiving space 111 in the main body part 110 is rounded, it is possible to prevent steam pressure generated during heating and cooking from being concentrated at the corners and not on the steam discharging part 130.
In this case, on the bottom surface of the main body 110, the protrusion 113 may protrude vertically upward. That is, the protrusion 113 may space the contents contained in the main body 110 by a predetermined height from the bottom surface, and the contents may be cooked uniformly by the protrusion 113.
The flange portion 120 is formed to extend outward from an upper edge of the body portion 110 and to have a predetermined width. A cover film 200 (see fig. 5a) may be adhered on the flange portion 120 to hermetically pack the contents contained in the containing space 111.
More specifically, a protrusion 121 of a single closed curve shape is formed on the upper surface of the flange part 120, and the protrusion 121 is formed to protrude from the upper surface of the flange part 120, so that the cover film 200 can be easily and hermetically bonded thereto. The protrusion 121 may be formed to have a predetermined width, and on an upper surface of the protrusion 121, a first adhesive surface 121a may be formed flat to easily adhere the cover film 200.
Since the protrusions 121 for adhesion are formed, when the lid film 200 is sealed after the contents are put into the inside of the cooking receptacle 100, the contents may flow downward from the protrusions 121 for adhesion at the upper portion of the flange part 120, so that the sealing stability of the lid film 200 may be improved.
In this case, the protrusion thickness of the protrusion 121 is at least 1mm or more, and a draft of 1 ° or more may be applied to the upper portion to facilitate thermoforming using a mold. In addition, the first adhesive surface 121a may be formed to have a width of at least 1mm or more.
Referring to fig. 2, in the steam discharge part 130 formed such that the discharge port 131 is connected to the protrusion 121 provided on the upper surface of the flange part 120, and when steam generated in the accommodating space 111 during heating and cooking reaches a predetermined pressure, the adhesive surface of the cover film 200 may be ruptured to be opened, thereby discharging the steam.
More specifically, in the steam discharge part 130, the discharge port 131 has a shape in which a width may be gradually narrowed from an inner side to an outer side in a plan view, and the discharge port 131 may be continuously arranged in plural. More specifically, the steam discharge part 130 may include a single discharge port 131 formed in a "V" shape or a "U" shape, or two discharge ports 131 formed in a "W" shape.
That is, the discharge port 131 may form a partial area of the protrusion 121 and be biased to the outside of the flange part 120 compared to the protrusion 121 to guide the steam in the accommodating space 111 to be concentrated toward the discharge port 131.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, on the upper surface of the discharge port 131, a second adhesive surface 131a extending from the first adhesive surface 121a of the protrusion 121 may be formed to sealingly adhere the cover film 200.
In this case, in the discharge port 131, an inclined surface 131b inclined downward from the outside to the inside of the body part 110 may be formed, and due to the inclined surface 131b, the second bonding surface 131a formed at the discharge port 131 is formed to have a narrower width than the first bonding surface 121a of the protrusion 121.
That is, the steam generated in the accommodating space 111 may be smoothly guided toward the discharge port 131 by the inclined surface 131b, and the second adhesive surface 131a having a narrower width than the first adhesive surface 121a may be provided to be firstly broken by the pressure of the steam. In other words, only the second adhesive surface 131a having weaker adhesive force than the first adhesive surface 121a is broken, and the first adhesive surface 121a maintains a firm adhesive state.
Referring again to fig. 2, the steam discharge part 130 of the above-described structure may be formed at least one (more specifically, more than one and less than four) interval along the protrusion 121, and the steam discharge part 130 may be formed at least one corner of the four corners of the main body part 110. That is, it is effective to provide the steam discharge part 130 at a corner of the main body part 110, where the steam generated in the accommodating space 111 is concentrated.
In addition, the auxiliary discharge port 133 may be formed at a central portion of one side of the body part 110. The auxiliary discharge port 133 may be formed in the same shape as the discharge port 131 but installed at a different position from that of the discharge port 131. That is, the discharge port 131, which is a main part of the steam discharge part 130, is broken first by being disposed at a corner of the main body part 110, and the auxiliary discharge port 133 is disposed at a central portion of one side of the main body part 110 where steam pressure is not concentrated as much as the discharge port 131.
In other words, when it is difficult to discharge the steam in the storage space 111 only through the discharge port 131 due to high pressure of the steam generated in the accommodation space 111, the auxiliary discharge port 133 may be provided to additionally burst, and the internal pressure of the accommodation space 111 may be maintained constant.
For example, the steam discharge part 130 may be configured by disposing a pair of discharge ports 131 at both corners of one side of the main body part 110 and disposing a single auxiliary discharge port 133 at a central portion of the other side of the main body part 110.
Meanwhile, in the protrusion 121 for adhering the cover film, a container opening part 140 may be further formed, the container opening part 140 is formed to have a shape (for example, "V" shape) whose width is widened from the outside to the inside, and the container opening part 140 may be formed to have the same width as the first adhesion surface 121 a. The container opening part 140 may be formed at a central portion of one side of the body part 110 where steam pressure is not concentrated as at the discharge port 131.
In this case, the container opening part 140 formed at the center portion of one side may increase the adhesive area between the cover film 200 and one side of the main body part 110 at the time of heating and cooking, thereby improving the sealing force of the cooking container 100 such that the discharge port 131 is easily torn as the steam pressure increases. In addition, the sharp portion is formed to extend toward the outside of the protrusion 121, so that the user can easily open the cover film 200 adhered on the container opening part 140 by pulling it after finishing heating and cooking.
In addition, in the cover film 200 adhered to the upper surface of the container opening part 140, it is preferable that an extension part (not shown) is formed to extend outward in a semicircular shape so that a user can easily tear the cover film 200.
Hereinafter, the operation of the cooking container 100 including the steam discharge part of the present disclosure according to the above-described configuration will be described with reference to fig. 5a to 5 c.
First, as shown in fig. 5a, the cooking container 100 having the food item accommodated in the accommodating space 111 may be placed in a microwave oven to be heated and cooked. At this time, the cover film 200 is in an unopened state.
Referring to fig. 5b, as the food is heated, the temperature rises. The rise in temperature causes steam to be generated from the contents, and the generated steam may increase the internal pressure of the main body part 110. As the vapor pressure in the main body 110 increases, the cover film 200 starts to swell.
Referring to fig. 5c, when the vapor pressure in the body part 110 reaches a predetermined pressure, the adhesive surface of the cover film 200 disposed on the discharge port 131 at the corner of the body part 110 may be firstly broken to be opened. That is, the second discharge port 131a of the discharge part 131 (the second adhesive surface 131a having a narrower width than the first adhesive surface 121a of the protrusion 121) is firstly ruptured, so that the cover film 200 can discharge the steam generated in the accommodating space 111.
In this case, when it is difficult to smoothly discharge the steam generated in the accommodating space 111 only through the discharge port 131 due to the high steam pressure of the accommodating space 111, the auxiliary discharge port 133 provided at the center portion of the other side of the main body part 110 may additionally be broken.
Accordingly, the steam in the main body 110 may be maintained at a constant pressure, and the steam pressure may not be lowered even after the discharge port 131 is opened, and thus, the contents may be smoothly cooked.
Although the present disclosure has been shown and described with reference to preferred exemplary embodiments thereof, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure.
