Description

Wet tissue package
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wet tissue package body for packaging a wet tissue, a face pack, and the like, which can be taken out.
Background
A wet tissue package capable of stacking a plurality of wet tissues such as wet tissues and facial masks, which is taken out from an outer bag, is formed by using an airtight outer bag, and a take-out port and an adhesive sealing sheet for sealing the take-out port are provided in advance on the upper surface side of the outer bag.
In such a wet tissue package, if wrinkles are formed in the peripheral portion of the outer bag outlet, the sealing property cannot be secured, and therefore, a reinforcing sheet is provided to reinforce the peripheral portion of the outer bag outlet, and a sheet for openably and closably adhering and sealing is provided on the reinforcing sheet (patent document 1).
Patent document 1: japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2002-160782
Disclosure of Invention
In the prior art, the reinforcing sheet is arranged on the upper surface side of the outer packaging bag, the appearance is not good, the high-grade feeling is not easy to present, the height of the upper surface side of the outer packaging bag is greatly changed according to the residual amount of the internal wet tissue, and if the residual amount of the wet tissue is reduced, the opening and closing of the taking-out opening are complicated due to the peeling and sticking of the sealing sheet.
Further, since only 1 reinforcing sheet can be fixed to the periphery of the outlet of the bag body, if the amount of wet wipes remaining is small, the reinforcing sheet body may be deformed, and the bag body may not be sealed reliably.
Therefore, in recent wet tissue packages, it is considered to use an inner container having a lid capable of holding the outer shape, to package the wet tissue in a lid-attached state in an outer bag, and to take out the wet tissue from a lid opening portion through an outer bag take-out port.
In this way, the outer container has an advantage of good appearance, a constant height regardless of the amount of wet wipes remaining, and the upper surface of the outer bag can be supported from below by the lid on the inner container, so that the upper surface of the outer bag can be prevented from being wrinkled, and the sealing sheet can be easily opened and closed.
However, in the case of such a wet tissue package, if the wet tissue is a facial mask, a facial cosmetic liquid or the like is injected into the inner container, and a predetermined amount of the impregnation liquid is filled into the inner container in accordance with the use of the wet tissue, so that the wet tissue can be sufficiently easily impregnated in the impregnation liquid.
Therefore, if the wet tissue package is toppled over, the impregnation liquid is spilled from the inner container into the outer bag, and then, even if the wet tissue package is lifted up, the impregnation liquid remains in the outer bag and may not flow back into the inner container. Therefore, in the conventional wet tissue package, care must be taken to prevent the impregnation liquid in the inner container from spilling when the wet tissue package is transported in a distribution stage or the like.
In view of the problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wet tissue package in which an external outlet can be easily opened and closed by a sealing sheet regardless of the amount of wet tissue remaining, and in which a problem of physical distribution transportation can be easily solved by preventing a dipping liquid from spilling even when a pouring or the like occurs.
The present invention provides a wet tissue package containing a wet tissue laminate impregnated with an impregnation liquid in an outer bag provided on an upper surface side with an external outlet freely openable and closable by a sealing sheet, comprising: an inner container for holding the laminate and the impregnation liquid while maintaining the external shape; and an inner sheet sealing the opening of the inner container and provided with a rupture portion capable of forming an inner outlet corresponding to the outer outlet.
Preferably, the entire periphery of the inner sheet is fixed to the outer peripheral edge of the outer side of the opening of the inner container. Preferably, the rupture portion is formed on the entire circumference of the inner sheet in the circumferential direction corresponding to the outer ejection port.
It is preferable that a part in the thickness direction of the inner sheet is left to form the rupture portion. The sealing sheet can be adhered to the outer periphery of the outer outlet of the outer bag through the adhesive portion, and the portion of the inner sheet outside the rupture portion can also be flat corresponding to the adhesive portion of the sealing sheet.
When the wet tissue is taken out, the inner sheet can also remove the adhering liquid of the wet tissue through the periphery of the inner taking-out opening. Most preferably, the inner withdrawal opening rim is located more inwardly than the outer withdrawal opening rim. The inner container may have a convex portion disposed on the center side of the bottom wall portion and concave portions disposed on both sides of the convex portion, and the laminate body having a substantially inverted U-shape may be accommodated in the inner container with its central portion on the convex portion and both end portions in the bending direction respectively corresponding to the concave portions.
According to the present invention, there are advantages in that the external outlet can be easily opened and closed by the sealing sheet regardless of the amount of the remaining wet wipes, and that the impregnation fluid can be prevented from being spilled when the wet wipes are toppled over, and that the problem of physical distribution can be easily solved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the invention is made with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1 to 7 illustrate a first embodiment of the wet tissue package of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wet tissue package 1 has a laminate 3 for laminating a plurality of wet tissues 2 such as facial masks (see fig. 6) in an inner container 5; and an impregnation liquid 4 such as a cosmetic liquid for impregnating the wet tissue 2 of the laminate 3; the opening 6 on the upper side of the inner container 5 is sealed with an inner sheet 7, and then the whole is hermetically packaged by an outer bag 8 to form a substantially hexahedral parallelepiped shape or a cubic shape as a whole.
As shown in fig. 6(a), the wet wipe 2 is formed by cutting a nonwoven fabric or other material into a substantially circular shape, and is provided with an eye opening 9, a nose opening 10, a mouth opening 11, and the like. The wet tissue 2 may be a wet tissue, other than the face mask. In addition, when the wet tissue 2 is a facial mask, the impregnation liquid 4 is a cosmetic liquid for face application, but when the wet tissue 2 is a wet tissue or other object, a liquid suitable for the purpose of use may be used.
The multilayer body 3 is constituted by: the wet wipes 2 are folded into a three-fold form by 2 fold lines 12 as shown in fig. 6(a) and a two-fold form by a substantially central fold line 13, and after folded into a size suitable for being accommodated in the inner container 5 as shown in fig. 6(b), a plurality of wet wipes 2 in the folded state are stacked in the vertical direction as shown in fig. 6 (c). In addition, when the number of laminated sheets of wet wipes 2 is large, it is preferable to divide the laminated body 3 into a lower part of the lower laminated part 3a and an upper part of the upper laminated part 3b, and then to put them in the opposite direction.
The outer bag 8 is made of an outer material such as an airtight composite film or a composite sheet, and is packed in a pillow pack. Each surface of the outer bag 8 is substantially square, and as shown in FIG. 1, an outer outlet 18 and a sealing sheet 19 for openably and closably sealing the outer outlet 18 are provided on an upper part 17 thereof. The takeout opening 18 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a size suitable for taking out the wet wipes 2.
The sealing sheet 19 has: an adhesive part 20 formed on the entire periphery of the outer periphery of the external extraction port 18, a pinching part 21 provided outside the adhesive part 20, and a peeling prevention part 22 provided on the opposite side of the pinching part 21; the other adhesive sections 20 are detachably attached to the upper surface section 17 except for the adhesive sections 20 between the peeling prevention sections 22. Further, a cut-out piece 23 corresponding to the takeout opening 18 of the outer bag 8 is attached to the sealing sheet 19.
The inner container 5 is made of thin plastic material and has the property of retaining its shape, as shown in figures 2 and 3, having: a wedge-shaped peripheral wall portion 24 having an enlarged upper side, a bottom wall portion 25 integrally formed at a lower end side of the peripheral wall portion 24, and an outer peripheral edge 26 bent outward from an upper end of the peripheral wall portion 24 to form a flange shape; the upper side is an open opening 6, and the package is packed by the outer bag 8 in a state of being placed on the lower tray 27. Between the inner container 5 and the tray 27, positioning means 28 are provided.
A plurality of long reinforcing portions 29 are provided in the vertical direction of the peripheral wall portion 24, and the bottom wall portion 25 is provided with each of the protrusions 30 for supporting the multilayer body 3. The reinforcement portion 29 is provided to ensure rigidity of the peripheral wall portion 24 in the vertical direction, and the outer side is recessed inside to form a groove shape. The projections 30 are formed in a concentric manner in a planar shape continuous in the circumferential direction. The protrusion 30 protrudes upward from the bottom wall 25 of the inner container 5, and its inner side is a positioning recess 30 a.
The tray 27 is substantially the same size as the outside of the outer peripheral edge 26 of the inner container 5, and when the wet tissue package 1 is packed in an outer bag, the upper and lower sides thereof are formed to have substantially the same size. A positioning projection 32 is provided on the bottom wall 31 of the tray 27, and is inserted into the positioning recess 30a of the inner container 5 from below. The positioning device 28 is composed of a positioning concave portion 30a and a positioning convex portion 32.
The inner sheet 7 is an airtight sheet such as a laminated composite film, and is fixed to the outer peripheral edge 26 by a fixing portion 34 over the entire circumference in the circumferential direction by heat sealing or other means in order to seal the opening 6 of the inner container 5. The inner sheet 7 is fixed in a tensioned state so that substantially the entire surface thereof is substantially flat.
In the circumferential direction of the inner sheet 7, a rupture portion 37 is provided which can form an internal outlet 35 corresponding to the external outlet 18. As shown in fig. 4(a), the rupture portion 37 is formed by cutting the inner sheet 7 in half and leaving a portion thereof in the thickness direction. When the portion inside the rupture portion 37 is pressed with a finger, the remaining portion of the rupture portion 37 on the inner sheet 7 is ruptured, and as shown in fig. 4(b), the rupture piece 38 is separated from the inner sheet 7, so that the internal outlet 35 can be formed in the removal trace. The cut half of the inner sheet 7 is preferably processed by laser, but may be processed by other methods.
The rupture portion 37 may be provided over the entire circumference so that the rupture piece 38 of the inner sheet 7 is pulled upward to easily remove the rupture piece 38, or the rupture piece 38 may be folded down to the lower side of the inner sheet 7 with a part in the circumferential direction left.
As shown in fig. 5, the inner outlet 35 of the inner sheet 7 is vertically arranged to correspond to the outer outlet 18 of the upper surface 17 of the outer bag 8, and is formed to be slightly smaller than the outer outlet 18.
That is, the opening edge 35a of the inner outlet 35 of the inner sheet 7 is located inward of the opening edge 18a of the outer outlet 18, and when the wet wipes 2 are taken out from the center of the uppermost wet wipe 2 of the stack 3, as shown in fig. 7, the excess adhering liquid is scraped off and removed by rubbing the outer side of the wet wipes. The periphery of the internal outlet 35 is curved in a wave shape, but may be linear or circular.
The rupture portion 37 is located more inward than the opening edge 18a of the external extraction opening 18 of the external pouch 8, and if the internal extraction opening 35 is formed by rupturing the internal sheet 7 at the rupture portion 37, the portion more outward than the internal extraction opening 35 of the internal sheet 7 corresponds to the adhesive portion 20 of the sealing sheet 19 in a flat shape, and when the sealing sheet 19 is pressed from above, the upper surface portion 17 of the external pouch 8 can support the portion more outward than the internal extraction opening 35 of the internal sheet 7 from below.
When manufacturing the wet wipe package 1, the laminate 3 of the wet wipes 2 and a predetermined amount of the impregnation liquid 4 are put in the inner container 5, the inner sheet 7 is fixed to the inner container 5 at the fixing portion 34 on the outer peripheral edge 26, the opening 6 is sealed, and then the wet wipe is packaged in this state by the outer pouch 8.
In the wet tissue package 1, since the opening 6 of the inner container 5 is sealed by the inner sheet 7, even if the inner container 5 is tilted or tilted, the impregnation liquid 4 in the inner container 5 leaks into the outer pouch 8, and the wet tissue package 1 can easily cope with the problem of physical distribution transportation after manufacture. Further, since the wet wipes 2 can be wetted stably at any time by the impregnation liquid 4 in the inner container 5 without the impregnation liquid 4 being scattered in the inner container 5, the absolute amount of the impregnation liquid 4 in the inner container 5 can be reduced.
When the wet wipes 2 are used, the sealing sheet 19 of the outer bag 8 is peeled off and the outlet 18 is opened, and then the center side of the inner sheet 7 is pressed downward, the rupture portion 37 is ruptured, and the inlet 35 is opened. At this time, the rupture disk 38 of the inner sheet 7 may be pulled and removed, or the rupture disk 38 may be folded downward.
After the internal outlet 35 is opened, a finger is inserted into the internal container 5 through the internal outlet 35 to pinch the central portion of the uppermost wet wipe 2 in the layered body 3, thereby drawing out the wet wipe 2 upward through the internal outlet 35.
At this time, as shown in fig. 7, since the wet tissue 2 is drawn out while being mountain-shaped, the outer peripheral side thereof is rubbed by the opening edge 35a of the inner drawing port 35 of the inner sheet 7, and the excess adhering liquid can be removed by the peripheral edge of the inner sheet 7 in the immersion liquid 4 which is immersed in and adhered to the wet tissue 2.
Therefore, the amount of the impregnation liquid 4 in the inner container 5 can be maintained in an amount suitable for the number of stacked sheets of the remaining wet wipes 2 without reducing the amount of the impregnation liquid 4 in the inner container 5 excessively every time the wet wipes 2 are taken out, and variation in the impregnation state of the wet wipes 2 with the impregnation liquid 4 can be prevented.
After the wet tissue 2 is taken out, the sealing sheet 19 is attached to the upper surface side of the outer bag 8 at the adhesive portion 20, and then the take-out port 18 is sealed. In this sealing, the excess adhering liquid of the wet wipe 2 can be removed by the opening edge 35a of the inner sheet 7, and since the internal outlet 35 is smaller than the external outlet 18, the impregnation liquid 4 adhering to the wet wipe 2 is less likely to adhere to the upper surface side of the external pouch 8, and the sealing sheet 19 can be reliably adhered to the upper surface side of the external pouch 8 through the adhesive part 20.
Further, when the sealing sheet 19 is stuck to the upper surface side of the outer bag 8 through the adhesive portion 20, the sealing sheet 19 is lightly pressed from the upper side by fingers or the like, but at this time, since the inner sheet 7 supports the outer bag 8 from the lower side, the sealing sheet 19 can be surely stuck to the outer bag 8 through the adhesive portion 20. Therefore, the outer bag 8 can be easily sealed by the sealing sheet 19 without generating wrinkles or the like on the upper surface side of the outer bag 8.
Fig. 8 illustrates a second embodiment of the present invention. When the inner sheet 7 is formed with the fracture parts 41 and 42, it may be formed as shown in fig. 8(a) to (d). Fig. 8(a) shows that the inner sheet 7 is provided with: a first rupture portion 41 for the internal outlet 35; and a second rupture portion 42 which is provided further inside than the first rupture portion 41 and has a substantially U-shaped, substantially C-shaped, or other curved shape.
At this time, if the second rupture portion 42 is ruptured by pressing the central portion of the inner sheet 7, the finger hole 43 can be formed in the central portion of the inner sheet 7. Further, a finger is inserted into the inner sheet 7 through the finger hook hole 43, and the finger is hooked from below to pull the inner sheet 7 upward, whereby the first rupture portion 41 is ruptured to form the internal outlet 35. Therefore, the internal take-out port 35 can be easily provided and the rupture disk 38 can be removed at the same time, compared to the first embodiment.
Fig. 8(b) shows that the inner sheet 7 is provided with: a first rupture portion 41 for the internal outlet 35; and a second rupture portion 42 for an S-shaped or other finger hole 43 formed across the opposite sides of the first rupture portion 41.
At this time, since the second rupture portion 42 is ruptured when the center portion of the inner sheet 7 is pressed, a finger can be inserted to pull both side portions sandwiching the second rupture portion 42 to the respective upper sides, and the respective portions are ruptured at the first rupture portion 41 to form the internal outlet 35. In addition, both ends or one end of the second rupture portion 42 may not be connected to the first rupture portion 41, leaving a connection portion therebetween.
Fig. 8(c) shows that the inner sheet 7 is provided with: a first rupture portion 41 for the internal outlet 35; and a second rupture portion 42, wherein the second rupture portion 42 is formed in a J-shape from one side of the first rupture portion 41 to the center side. At this time, after the second rupture portion 42 is ruptured by pressing the central portion of the inner sheet 7, the first rupture portion 41 is ruptured to form the takeout opening 35 by inserting a finger therethrough and pulling the inner portion of the first rupture portion 41 upward.
Fig. 8(d) shows that the first ruptured portion 41 and the second ruptured portion 42 form a cross shape so as to intersect in a substantially right-angle direction at a substantially central portion of the inner sheet 7. At this time, when the central portion of the inner sheet 7 is pressed, the first and second rupture portions 41 and 42 are ruptured to form the cruciform internal outlet 35. Since the internal outlet 35 has a cross shape, the uppermost wet wipes 2 in the laminate 3 can be taken out and inserted by a finger.
Fig. 9 to 11 illustrate a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the bottom wall portion 25 of the inner container 5 has: a convex portion 45 of the central portion; and recesses 46 disposed on both sides of the projection 45. The convex portion 45 is provided across the side walls facing the inner container 5, and the upper surface side of the convex portion 45 is formed in a groove shape to ensure rigidity and facilitate accumulation of the immersion liquid. In addition, in a plan view, the convex portion 45 may be disposed in a central portion, and an outer peripheral side of the convex portion 45 may be surrounded by the concave portion 46. The other configurations of the inner container 5 are substantially the same as those of the respective embodiments.
The inner container 5 can be used in the following manner. In the first mode, as shown in fig. 10, the laminate 3 of wet tissues 2 is folded into a substantially inverted U shape (including an inverted U shape and a C shape). Then, as shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 9, the laminate 3 is placed in the inner container 5 such that the bent portion of the laminate 3 is positioned above the convex portion 45 and both end portions are positioned in the concave portions 46, and then a predetermined amount of the impregnation liquid 4 is injected.
For example, when the wet wipes 2 are facial masks, the wet wipes 2 are first folded into a long shape as shown in fig. 10(b) by folding the wet wipes 2 into three by folding lines 47 and 48 as shown in fig. 10(a), and then folded into an inverted U shape as shown in fig. 10(c) after a predetermined number of wet wipes 2 are stacked in the folded state, and then inserted into the inner container 5. Next, it is preferable to fill the impregnation liquid 4 such as a cosmetic liquid into the inner container 5, impregnate the wet wipe 2 in the impregnation liquid 4, seal the opening 6 side of the inner container 5 with the inner sheet 7, and then pack the wet wipe with the outer bag 8.
As described above, since the convex portion 45 is formed at the bottom of the inner container 5 and both end portions of the layered product 3 are placed in the concave portions 46 on both sides, the layered product 3 can penetrate both end portions, absorb the impregnation liquid 4 in the concave portions 46 by capillary action, and perform impregnation. This has the advantage that the amount of impregnation fluid 4 in the inner container 5 can be reduced.
Further, since the bottom wall of the inner container 5 has the convex portion 45 and the concave portion 46, the outer shape of the main body of the inner container 5 can be improved by fitting the reinforcing portion 29 of the peripheral wall portion 24, and the inner container 5 can be formed of a thin material. And because the folding times of the wet tissue 2 are less, the wet tissue 2 can be easily unfolded after being taken out, thereby improving the convenience in use.
In a second mode, as shown in fig. 11, the layered product 3 containing the wet tissues 2 can be placed in a flat stack on the convex portion 45 of the bottom wall portion 25 of the inner container 5. Needless to say, the impregnation liquid 4 can be injected into the laminate 3. The amount of the impregnated wet wipes 2 is preferably at least so much that the wet wipes 2 on the lower side of the laminate 3 can be impregnated with the impregnation liquid 4 in a state where the entire laminate 3 is impregnated with the impregnation liquid 4.
In this way, since the central portion of the layered body 3 is supported from below in a state in which the central portion of the layered body 3 is placed above the convex portion 45 of the bottom wall portion 25 and is lifted up by the convex portion 45, it is possible to easily pinch the wet wipes 2 when a finger is inserted through the internal outlet 35 to pinch the uppermost wet wipe 2 of the layered body 3.
Especially, when the number of laminated sheets of the remaining wet tissues 2 is reduced, the effect is more remarkable. Since the upper side of the projection 45 is groove-shaped, even if the wet towel 2 above the projection 45 is pressed, the finger will not deviate from the upper side of the projection 45 through the wet towel 2, and the wet towel 2 can be easily pinched.
Fig. 12 and 13 illustrate a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the first inner container 49 and the second inner container 50 are provided; the first inner container 49 has a bottom wall 25 provided with a convex portion 45 and a concave portion 46; the second inner container 50 is detachably inserted into the first inner container 49 from above. The second inner container 50 is filled with the laminated body 3 of wet tissues 2 and the impregnation liquid 4, and then the opening 6 side thereof is sealed by the inner sheet 7. The inner sheet 7 has a rupture portion 37 for forming the internal outlet 35.
The first inner container 49 has a support edge 49a on the outer periphery of the opening 6. The bottom wall portion 25 of the second inner container 50 is placed above the convex portion 45 of the first inner container 49, and is provided with an outer peripheral edge 26 placed above the support edge 49a of the first inner container 49 on the outer peripheral side of the opening portion 6. The inner sheet 7 has a rupture portion 37 for the inner outlet 35, and an outer peripheral fixing portion 34 is fixed to the outer peripheral edge 26 of the second inner container 50 over the entire circumference thereof. In addition, any one of the bottom wall portion 25 and the outer peripheral edge 26 of the second inner container 50 may be in contact with the first inner container 49. The other structures are substantially the same as those of the embodiments.
When the number of stacked sheets of wet wipes 2 constituting the stacked body 3 is small, the second inner container 50 may be disposed in the first inner container 49, the stacked body 3 and the impregnation liquid 4 may be filled in the second inner container 50, and then the opening 6 side may be sealed by the inner sheet 7.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, although the tray 27 is illustrated as being provided to support the inner container 5 from the lower side, the tray 27 may be omitted.
In general, the rupture portion 37 may have 1 rib or line shape on the inner sheet 7, but a plurality of rupture portions 37 may be provided on the inner and outer sides in advance, and the size of the internal extraction port 35 may be adjusted according to the preference of the user by selecting the rupture portion 37 to be ruptured.
When the inner sheet 7 is provided to seal the opening 6 of the inner container 5, the inner sheet 7 may be provided on a support frame attached to seal the opening 6 of the inner container 5. The inner sheet 7 can be fixed to the inner container 5 by any other method such as thermal welding or adhesion.
The inner sheet 7 is preferably an airtight composite film or the like, but is not necessarily airtight as long as it can prevent leakage of the immersion liquid 4 because it is sealed by the outer bag 8.
The adhesive portion 20 of the sealing sheet 19 may be provided in a wide shape on the outer peripheral side of the takeout opening 18, or may be provided in a plurality of rib shapes in the inward and outward directions so as to surround the outer peripheral side of the takeout opening 18.
The opening amount of the internal outlet 35 is determined in consideration of the convenience of inserting a finger through the internal outlet 35 to pinch the wet wipes 2 and the effect of removing the adhering liquid when taking out the wet wipes 2 from the internal outlet 35.
Whether or not the impregnation liquid 4 adhering to the wet tissues 2 is scraped off by the opening edge 35a of the internal outlet 35 is determined relatively depending on the sizes of the wet tissues 2 and the internal outlet 35, and the wet tissues 2 may be taken out in such a manner that the wet tissues 2 are lightly in contact with the opening edge 35a of the internal outlet 35 depending on the direction of taking out the wet tissues 2, and the function of scraping off the impregnation liquid 4 may not be performed actively.
The opening edge 35a of the internal outlet 35 is preferably located inward of the opening edge 18a of the external outlet 18 over the entire circumference thereof. Further, it is preferable that a predetermined interval is provided in the inward and outward direction between the opening edge 35a of the inner outlet 35 and the opening edge 18a of the outer outlet 18 in order to prevent the impregnation liquid 4 of the wet wipes 2 from adhering to the adhesive part 20. However, if there is a sufficient distance between the inner peripheral side of the adhesive portion 20 and the opening edge 18a of the outer extraction port 18, the opening edge 35a of the inner extraction port 35 and the opening edge 18a of the outer extraction port 18 may be substantially the same, or the opening edge 35a of the inner extraction port 35 may be located inward of the opening edge 18a of the outer extraction port 18.
