Description

The present invention relates to a wet sheet package in which a wet sheet such as a wet tissue or a pack face mask is removably packaged.

In the wet sheet package, a wet sheet such as a wet tissue or a face mask for a pack is folded into a predetermined shape to form a folded body, a predetermined number of folded sheets are laminated, and a laminate is placed in a container. The wet sheet is packaged in a gas-barrier outer bag with a take-out port that can be opened and closed using a sealing label. If necessary, peel off the sealing label and take out the wet sheet from the take-out port. There is a device that is sealed (Patent Document 1).

Conventionally, in this type of wet sheet packaging, a predetermined number of folded wet sheets are laminated in the same direction to form a unit laminate, and the unit laminates are stacked alternately so that the front and back and left and right sides are approximately the same. They are stacked in opposite directions and housed in a container, so that the outer shape including the outer bag forms a cube with a square shape in plan view.

If the height of the wet sheet package is lowered, it will be more stable and less likely to fall over when placed on a vanity table, etc., and the number of remaining wet sheets will be reduced. In this case, the wet sheet near the bottom of the container can be easily removed.

However, in conventional wet sheet packages, each unit laminate is stacked so that the front and back, left and right sides of each unit laminate are substantially aligned and stored in a container, so when the number of stacked folded sheets in the container increases, There is a drawback that the height of the laminate and container becomes high, resulting in a decrease in stability, and that it becomes difficult to remove the wet sheet near the bottom of the container.

Furthermore, in conventional folding bodies, when folded in half along the folding line, both ends are aligned on the opposite side to the folding line, so when taking out the wet sheet from the container, it is difficult to remove the topmost wet sheet. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to put your fingertips on the edges of the paper.

In view of these conventional problems, the present invention provides a wet sheet packaging body that allows the height of the container to be lowered, improves overall stability, and allows easy removal of the wet sheet near the bottom of the container. The purpose is to provide.

Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. 1 to 10 illustrate a first embodiment of the wet sheet package of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows the wet sheet package in a sealed state, and FIG. 2 shows the wet sheet package in an unsealed state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, this wet sheet package 1 includes a laminate 4 in which a plurality of folded bodies 3 made by folding wet sheets 2 into a predetermined shape are laminated, and a laminate 4 in which the wet sheets 2 of this laminate 4 are impregnated. After putting an impregnating liquid 5 such as a cosmetic lotion into a container 6 and sealing the opening of the container 6 with an inner sheet 7, the container is sealed and packaged in an outer bag 8 having gas barrier properties. It is shaped like a cube. When using the wet sheet 2, the sealing means 9 on the top side 11 of the outer bag 8 is opened and the wet sheets 2 in the container 6 are taken out one by one from the outlet 10 of the outer bag 8. There is.

The exterior bag 8 uses an exterior material having gas barrier properties such as a composite film or a composite sheet, and is made into a bag by pillow packaging or the like. The outer bag 8 has a substantially hexahedral cube shape, and includes an outer outlet 10 formed on the upper surface side 11 and having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and a sealing means 9 for sealing the outer outlet 10 so as to be openable and closable. is provided.

The sealing means 9 includes a sealing label 12 in which an adhesive part 13 is formed around the entire outer circumference of the exit opening 10, a knob part 14 provided on the outside of the adhesive part 13 of the sealing label 12, and a sealing label 12. It has a peeling prevention part 15 provided on the opposite side to the knob part 14, and other adhesive parts 13 other than the adhesive part 13 between the peeling prevention parts 15 are releasably attached to the upper surface side 11. . Note that a cutout piece corresponding to the outlet 10 of the outer bag 8 is attached to the sealing label 12. Note that the sealing means 9 may be of a type other than the label type using the sealing label 12.

The container 6 is made of thin plastic that retains its shape, and as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, of the left and right sides 6a and the front and back sides 6b in plan view, the length A of the left and right sides 6a is equal to The folded body 3 of the wet sheet 2 has a shape that is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the container in the left-right direction in accordance with the substantially rectangular shape of the container 6 in a plan view. It is folded into. Note that the container 6 may have a rectangular shape in which the front and rear sides 6b are longer than the left and right sides 6a.

The wet sheet 2 is exemplified as a face mask. As shown in FIG. 8(a), a nonwoven fabric or other sheet material is cut into a substantially circular or oval shape to correspond to the shape of the face, and has an eye opening 18 and a nose notch. 19, a mouth opening 20, etc. are provided. Further, linear cut portions 21 and 22 are provided at necessary locations so that when the face mask is worn on the face, it can easily follow the unevenness of the face.

Note that in place of the eye opening 18, nose notch 19, and mouth opening 20, an eye notch, a nose opening, and a mouth notch may be provided. In addition to the face mask, wet sheets 2 include wet tissues and other materials, and may be formed into different external shapes depending on the type. When the wet sheet 2 is a face mask, a cosmetic liquid for a pack is used as the impregnating liquid 5, but when the wet sheet 2 is a wet tissue or something else, a liquid suitable for the intended use may be used.

As shown in FIGS. 8(a) and 8(b), the wet sheet 2 whose outer circumferential side is approximately circular or elliptical is folded inward into a trifold shape along two folding lines 23 to form a strip 24. Configure. Next, as shown in FIG. 8(c), the strip 24 is folded in two along the intermediate folding line 23 to form a folded body 3 having a shape and size suitable for being accommodated in the container 6. The folded bodies 3 are stacked and housed in a container 6.

When folding the wet sheet 2 into three, as shown in FIG. It is folded inward along the folding line 23 to form a vertically long strip 24 whose left-right width corresponds to the central strip 26. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8(b), the edges of the left and right side edges 27 of the strip 24 are made so that they do not overlap on the central strip 26. Therefore, when the outer peripheral shape of the wet sheet 2 is substantially symmetrical in the left and right directions, the left and right width C of the central strip portion 26 is larger than the total width of the maximum left and right width D of the left and right side edges 27.

As shown in FIG. 8(c), the folded body 3 is formed along a horizontal folding line 25 slightly above the vertical center of the strip 24, with the side edges 27 on the inside and the central strip 26. The wet sheet 2 is folded in half so as to be on the outside, and the upper part of the wet sheet 2 is stacked on the lower part of the wet sheet 2 from above.

As a result, the length E of the folded body 3 from the folding line 25 to the end of the lower folding piece 28 becomes longer, as shown in FIG. The length F is shorter. Therefore, in the folded body 3, the short upper folded piece 29 overlaps the long lower folded piece 28, and when taking out the wet sheets 2 one by one from the container 6, the upper folded piece 29 overlaps the long lower folded piece 28, as shown in FIG. It becomes easier to put your fingers on the edge. Note that the folded body 3 may be obtained by folding the band-like body 24 in half with the side edge portions 27 facing outward.

The portion of the lower folding piece 28 that corresponds to the edge of the upper folding piece 29 is located below the mouth opening 20 and between the lower ends of the left and right side edges 27, and the end of the upper folding piece 29 It has a flat, non-porous shape so that when you put your fingers on the edge, your fingers will not get caught on the lower folding piece 28 side.

Since the folded body 3 is made by folding the strip 24 in half along the folding line 25, the thickness on the folding line 25 side is thicker and the thickness on the opposite side of the folding line 25 is thicker, as shown in FIGS. The thickness on the end side is thinner. That is, on the folding line 25 side of the folded body 3, the two sheets of each side edge portion 27 overlap the two sheets of the central band-shaped portion 26 of the wet sheet 2 on both left and right end sides thereof, whereas the two sheets of each side edge portion 27 overlap on the side opposite to the folding line 25. In this case, since the edges of the lower folding piece 28 and the upper folding piece 29 are shifted, the thickness of the folding body 3 on the folding line 25 side and the opposite side thereof are greatly different.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, the laminate 4 is constructed by laminating a predetermined number of folded bodies 3 in the same direction to form a unit laminate 31, and then stacking a plurality of unit laminates 31 in opposite directions one above the other. It is composed of layers. The fold line 25 side of the upper unit laminate 31 protrudes from the edge of the lower unit laminate 31 in the longitudinal direction of the container by a dimension G, and the upper and lower unit laminates 31 are shifted by the dimension G in the longitudinal direction of the container. It is in a deviated state.

The maximum length of the laminate 4 in the longitudinal direction of the container, that is, the length between the folding lines 25 of the upper and lower unit laminates 31 is smaller than the length of the rectangular container 6, and the unit laminate 31 is smaller than the length of the container 6. There will be a deviation by the dimension G within the length range.

The container 6 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, it has a tapered peripheral wall portion 33 that widens at the upper side, and a bottom wall portion 34 that is integrally formed on the lower end side of the peripheral wall portion 33. and an outer peripheral edge 35 formed in a flange shape by bending outward from the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 33, with an opening 36 on the upper side.

The peripheral wall portion 33 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing portions 37 that are long in the vertical direction. The reinforcing part 37 is for ensuring the rigidity of the peripheral wall part 33 in the vertical direction, and is recessed inward so that the outer side has a groove shape, but it can also be provided so as to protrude outward in a convex shape. good.

The inner sheet 7 is made of a sheet with gas barrier properties such as a laminated composite film, and is heat-sealed on the outer periphery 35 so as to seal the opening 36 of the container 6, and is otherwise fixed around the entire circumference in the circumferential direction. It is fixed in place. Note that it is desirable that the inner sheet 7 be fixed under tension so that substantially the entire surface thereof is substantially flat.

This inner sheet 7 is provided with a fractured portion 38 in the circumferential direction that can form an inner outlet 40 corresponding to the outer outlet 10 . As shown in FIG. 5, the broken portion 38 is formed by a half cut that leaves a portion of the inner sheet 7 in the thickness direction. In addition to the broken part 38, the inner sheet 7 has a starting end broken part 39 extending inward from this broken part 38, and when the inner sheet 7 is pressed downward with fingers, the starting end broken part 39 extends to the outer periphery broken part. The fracture progresses to 38 and an internal outlet 40 is formed. Laser processing is suitable for half-cutting the inner sheet 7, but other methods may be used.

The container 6 is provided with an upper lid 42 with an opening 41 and a bottomed saucer 43 above and below. The upper lid 42 and the tray 43 have an approximately rectangular outer peripheral shape in a plan view, and the upper lid 42 and the tray 43 hold the finished shape of the outer bag 8 in a generally cubic shape from the inside.

The upper lid 42 has a generally rectangular shape in plan view corresponding to the upper side of the container 6, and receives the upper side 11 of the outer bag 8 from below when the sealing label 12 is attached to the upper side 11 of the outer bag 8. It has a receiving part 44 and an outer peripheral wall 45 that is bent downward from the outer periphery of the receiving part 44 and fits on the outside of the outer peripheral edge 35 of the container 6, and on the inner peripheral side of each side of the outer peripheral wall 45, An engaging portion 46 is provided that detachably engages with the outer peripheral edge 35 of the container 6.

The tray 43 has an outer peripheral wall 48 that stands up from the outer periphery of the bottom wall portion 47 . This outer peripheral wall 48 is the same as the outer peripheral wall 45 of the upper lid 42, and together with the upper lid 42, the finished shape of the outer bag 8 is maintained in a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from inside. As shown in FIG. 5, the inner outlet 40 of the inner sheet 7 is arranged vertically corresponding to the outer outlet 10 on the upper surface side 11 of the outer bag 8, and is slightly smaller than the outer outlet 10. .

That is, the periphery of the inner take-out port 40 of the inner sheet 7 is located inside the periphery of the outer take-out port 10, and as shown in FIG. When picking and taking out the wet sheet 2, the outside of the wet sheet 2 is rubbed to scrape off and remove excess liquid. Note that although the peripheral edge of the inner outlet 40 is formed to be bent in a wave-like manner, it may be formed in a straight line, an arc, or the like.

On the bottom wall portion 34 of the container 6, a pushing means 50 for pushing up the central portion of the folded body 3 in the front-rear direction is provided in a ridgeline shape. Further, between the bottom wall portion 34 of the container 6 and the tray 43, there is a positioning means 51 for positioning the container 6 and the tray 43, and when the container 6 is placed on the tray 43, the positioning means 51 positions the both A positioning guide means 52 for guiding the positioning is provided.

The push-up means 50 is provided in the container longitudinal direction (left-right direction) so as to protrude upward from the approximate center of the bottom wall portion 34, and is a push-up portion in the container longitudinal direction that forms a gentle arcuate ridgeline portion upward. 53 and an inclined wall part 54 that slopes downwardly from both sides of the push-up part 53 in the width direction toward the bottom wall part 34. The center part is pushed upwards. The pushing up means 50 has a length such that the end side of the upper folding piece 29 of the folding body 3 is located on the pushing up part 53.

The positioning means 51 includes a positioning recess 55 on the bottom wall 34 side and a positioning projection 56 on the tray 43 side, and the positioning recess 55 and the positioning projection 56 engage to hold the tray 43 against the container 6 It is designed for positioning. Note that the positioning recess 55 and the positioning protrusion 56 are provided double-layered inside and outside. The positioning guide means 52 includes a guide recess 57 that is formed upwardly on the lower side of the push-up means 50 and a guide protrusion 58 that is formed on the receiving tray 43 and is guided by the guide recess 57. . The guide convex portion 58 is formed in an inclined shape below the inclined wall portion 54 of the pushing up means 50, and the guiding convex portion 58 has an inclined shape substantially corresponding to the inclined wall portion 54 of the pushing up means 50.

The receiving tray 43 has approximately the same size as the outside of the outer peripheral edge 35 of the container 6, and is configured so that both upper and lower sides of the wet sheet package 1 have approximately the same dimensions when packaged with the outer bag 8. The bottom wall portion 34 of this tray 43 is provided with a positioning convex portion 56 that enters the positioning recess 55 of the container 6 from below. The positioning means 51 includes a positioning recess 55 and a positioning protrusion 56.

The outer bag 8 has gusset portions 60 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the container, and each gusset portion 60 is folded along the sides of a hexahedron and fixed by heat welding or the like. A sealing sheet 61 is wrapped around the outside of the outer bag 8 so as to cover the sealing means 9 from the outside, and the bag is sealed in an unopened state by this sealing sheet 61. The sealing sheet 61 is larger than the width of the sealing label 12 and is wrapped around the entire circumference of the sealing label 12 in the opening and closing direction. Note that the sealing sheet 61 may be wound in a direction orthogonal to the opening/closing direction of the sealing label 12.

When opening this wet sheet package 1, first remove the sealing sheet 61, peel off the sealing label 12 of the outer bag 8 to open the outer outlet 10, and then form the inner outlet 40 in the inner sheet 7. . When forming the inner outlet 40, when the center side of the inner sheet 7 is pressed downward, the breaking portion 38 is broken and the inner outlet 40 is opened. At this time, the broken pieces of the inner sheet 7 may be removed by pulling.

When the inner outlet 40 opens, insert your finger into the container 6 through the inner outlet 40, and as shown in FIG. After putting your fingertips on it, you can pull out the wet sheet 2 inside the container 6 from the inner outlet 40 to the outer outlet 11 to the outside of the outer bag 8 by, for example, pinching its edge. Further, after taking out the wet sheet 2, the opening 10 may be sealed by attaching a sealing label 12 to the upper surface 11 of the outer bag 8.

The wet sheet package 1 having such a configuration has the following advantages. That is, this wet sheet package 1 employs a container 6 that is rectangular in plan view, while making the folded body 3 of the wet sheet 2 housed in the container 6 longer in the longitudinal direction of the container. One end side is thicker than the other end side, and a unit laminate 31 is formed by laminating a predetermined number of folded bodies 3 in the same direction. Since two sets are provided, which are shifted in opposite directions so as to protrude by the dimension G in the longitudinal direction of the container from the other end side of the laminate 31, the heights of the container 6 and the laminate 4 can be kept low.

Therefore, not only is the stability improved when stacking a plurality of wet sheet packages 1 for distribution, exhibition, etc., but also the stability is improved when the wet sheet packages 1 are placed on a dressing table. It can prevent falls. Therefore, even after opening the inner sheet 7 with the inner outlet 40 opened, it is possible to prevent the impregnating liquid 5 from spilling due to the container 6 falling over. Furthermore, since the height of the container 6 can be reduced, even when the number of wet sheets 2 in the container 6 is reduced, the wet sheets 2 near the bottom of the container 6 can be easily taken out.

Furthermore, since the folding body 3 is constructed by folding a band-like body 24 obtained by folding the wet sheet 2 along the intermediate folding line 25 in the longitudinal direction of the container, even if the wet sheet 2 has a large area such as a face mask, , the folding body 3 can be easily folded up to an appropriate size.

Furthermore, since the container 6 has a rectangular shape in plan view, the opening amount of the upper take-out port 10 and the inner take-out port 40 into which the hand is inserted when taking out the wet sheet 2 can be increased, making it easier for the hand to enter into the container 6. . Therefore, together with the ability to reduce the height of the container 6, it is possible to easily take out every last wet sheet 2 from the container 6.

Since the folded body 3 of the wet sheet 2 has a lower folded piece 28 having a longer length from the folding line 25 and an upper folded piece 29 that is shorter than this lower folded piece 28, the wet sheet 2 in the container 6 is taken out. In this case, the tip side of the upper folding piece 29 can be easily picked up by hooking the tip of the tip of the upper folding piece 29 on the tip side of the upper folding piece 29.

Further, at the bottom of the container 6, there is a pushing up means 50 for pushing up the folded body 3 of the wet sheet 2. Since this pushing up means 50 pushes up the central part of the folded body 3, the wet sheet 2 remains near the bottom of the container 6. Moreover, the tip of the finger can be easily and reliably hung on the tip side of the folding piece 29.

Therefore, the following three factors combine to reduce the height of the container 6, that the upper folding piece 29 is shorter than the lower folding piece 28, and that there is a pushing means 50 for pushing up the folded body 3. Even if the wet sheet 2 remains near the bottom of the wet sheet 2, the tip side of the folded piece 29 can be caught, and the convenience when taking out the wet sheet 2 is significantly improved.

The wet sheet 2 is placed on the center strip 26 along the substantially parallel folding lines 23 on both sides of the center strip 26 so that the side edges 27 on both sides of the center strip 26 do not overlap. Since the strip 24 is folded into a strip 24, and the strip 24 is folded in half with the side edges 27 on the inside or outside, it is possible to prevent the central portion of the folded body 3 from becoming bulky and to make it thin. Although there is a push-up means 50 in the approximate center, there is no fear that the folded body 3 of the laminate 4 will fall to either side, and the laminate 4 can be kept in an appropriate stacked state in the container 6. Can be kept stable.

FIG. 11 illustrates a second embodiment of the invention. In this wet sheet package 1, the top lid 42 of the first embodiment is omitted, and the shape of the top side 11 of the outer bag 8 is held from the inside by the outer peripheral edge 35 of the container 6.

That is, in the case of the first embodiment, the upper lid 42 and the tray 43 constitute a holding member that holds the shape of both the upper and lower sides of the outer bag 8 from the inside. However, in this embodiment, the outer circumferential edge 35 of the container 6 constitutes a holding member that holds the shape of the upper surface side 11 of the outer bag 8 from the inside, and the outer circumferential side thereof substantially coincides with the outer circumferential wall 48 of the receiving tray 43. There is. It is also possible to omit the upper lid 42 in this way.

12-14 illustrate a third embodiment of the invention. This wet sheet package 1 employs a container 66 that is approximately square in plan view, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. The laminate 4 in the container 66 includes two upper and lower unit laminates 31, each of which has a folding line 25 side of one unit laminate 31 protruding from an end side of the other unit laminate 31. It looks like this. The other configurations are substantially the same as the first embodiment.

When folding the wet sheet 2, as shown in FIG. I have to. Therefore, in the folded body 3, the horizontal width C between the folding lines 23 and the length E from the folding line 25 to the lower end of the lower folding piece 28 are approximately the same.

Even when the left and right width C and length E of the folded body 3 are made substantially the same in this way, a predetermined number of folded bodies 3 are stacked to form a unit laminate 31, and the upper and lower 2 of the unit laminate 31 are stacked. As in the first embodiment, the stacking height of the laminate 4 and the height of the container 66 can be reduced by stacking the stacked bodies 4 and 66 in opposite directions by the dimension G, as in the first embodiment. can do. Therefore, in order to reduce the height of the laminate 4 and container 66, it is also possible to use a container 66 having a substantially square shape or a shape close to it.

Further, in the folding body 3, the gap between the left and right folding lines 23 is large, and the left and right side edges 27 are folded onto the central strip portion 26 along the folding lines 23, so that the gap between the left and right side edges 27 is large. The gap widens and the thickness of that area becomes thinner. As a result, when the laminate 4 is housed in the container 66, the thin central part of the folded body 3 corresponds to the push-up means 50, so even when the laminate 4 is housed in the container 66, There is an advantage that the height of the central portion of the folded body 3 can be reduced.

In addition, if it is possible to deviate the upper and lower unit laminates 31 in the opposite direction by the dimension G when storing the upper and lower unit laminates 31 in the container 66, the left and right width C of the folded body 3 can be set as the length. It may be larger than E.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and can be modified in various ways. For example, the upper lid 42 and the tray 43 constitute a holding member that holds the finished shape of the outer bag 8 from the inside, but they may have other shapes as long as they have the function of holding the finished shape of the outer bag 8. Further, the upper lid 42 and the saucer 43 can be connected integrally in the upper and lower parts.

The sealing means 9 for opening and closing the outer outlet 10 of the outer bag 8 is generally of a label type, but includes a sealing frame surrounding the outer outlet 10 and a sealing frame that allows the outer outlet 10 to be opened and closed. A sealing means 9 having a freely connected opening/closing lid may be employed, and the sealing frame of the sealing means 9 may be fixed to the upper surface 11 of the outer bag 8 by heat welding or the like.

The folding structure of the wet sheet 2 is arbitrary and is not limited to a folding structure in which the wet sheet 2 is folded into three and then folded into two. However, the folded body 3 before lamination must have a large thickness at one end and a small thickness at the other end. When forming the laminate 4 by stacking unit laminates 31 in opposite directions, it is sufficient that there are two or more sets of unit laminates 31. When the number of folded bodies 3 in the entire laminate 4 is the same, if the number of folded bodies 3 for each unit laminate 31 is decreased, the number of unit laminates 31 will increase.

Although the container 6 of the first embodiment is approximately rectangular in plan view, and the container 66 of the third embodiment is approximately square in plan view, either of these may be used. Furthermore, when the container 6 is substantially rectangular in plan view, the folded body 3 is made longer in the longitudinal direction of the container, but the left and right width C and length E of the folded body 3 are the heights of the stacked body 4 and the container 6. It is not directly related to it. For example, even if a folded body 3 having substantially the same left-right width C and length E is adopted as shown in FIG. It is also possible to suppress the heights of the laminate 4 and the container 6 by increasing the amount of displacement in the longitudinal direction of the container.

Furthermore, even when the container 6 is substantially rectangular in plan view, the container 6 and the folded body 3 may be configured to be longer in the left-right direction as well as longer in the front-rear direction. In that case, since the opening 36 of the container 6 becomes longer in the left-right direction, the outer outlet 10 and the inner outlet 40 may be made longer in the left-right direction to match the opening 36.
