The existing LED lamp caps are often densely distributed on a display screen, after the LED lamp caps are used for a long time, high temperature is easily generated at a fixed seat, a power line often penetrates through the fixed seat to be connected with a circuit board in the fixed seat, and further the service life of the power line is probably influenced by the long-time high temperature, so that the problem to be solved in recent years is urgently solved by designing an LED display screen lamp cap device capable of dissipating heat at the joint of the power line and the fixed seat.

Meanwhile, in order to replace the radiating fins conveniently, the radiating fins and the cylinder are in threaded connection.
2) In order to better radiate heat, the radiating fins adopt Y-shaped structures, so that the contact area of the radiating fins and air is increased, and the radiating effect of the invention is effectively enhanced.
3) In consideration of the maintenance problem of the internal circuit board, the fixed seat and the lampshade are fixed through the bolt, when the circuit board in the fixed seat needs to be maintained, the bolt can be unscrewed to complete the separation work of the lampshade and the fixed seat, and then workers can conveniently maintain the circuit board in the fixed seat, so that the using effect of the invention is greatly enhanced.
In conclusion, the heat dissipation device is simple in structure and novel in shape, can effectively finish the heat dissipation work at the joint of the power line and the fixed seat, and effectively enhances the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation device through the heat dissipation fins with the Y-shaped structures.

In order to better increase the heat dissipation effect, the heat dissipation plate 500 is in a Y-shaped structure, and the outer side of the heat dissipation plate 500 is provided with an opening 510, as shown in fig. 3, grooves 520 are formed on the inner walls of the two sides of the opening 510, so that the contact area between the heat dissipation plate 500 and air is increased, the heat dissipation effect of the invention is effectively enhanced, and the thickness of the heat dissipation plate 500 is 1-2 mm.
In actual installation, the fixing base 200 and the lampshade 300 are fixed through the bolts, when the circuit board 210 in the fixing base 200 needs to be overhauled, the bolts can be unscrewed to complete the separation work of the lampshade 300 and the fixing base 200, and then workers can conveniently overhaul the circuit board 210 in the fixing base 200, so that the using effect of the invention is greatly enhanced.
In summary, the present invention eliminates many defects caused by the conventional LED display screen lamp head device that the connection between the power line 220 and the fixing base 200 cannot be dissipated, and designs a new method for dissipating heat at the connection between the power line 220 and the fixing base 200 by using the cylinder 400 and the heat dissipation fins 500 arranged in the annular array on the outer side of the cylinder 400 on the lower surface of the fixing base 200, so as to effectively dissipate heat at the connection between the power line 220 and the fixing base 200 by using the heat dissipation fins 500 arranged in the annular array. Meanwhile, in order to replace the heat sink 500, the heat sink 500 and the cylinder 400 are screwed together.
