The length of the dryer 5 is smaller than that of the fixing plate 1, and the dryer 5 is located inside the two side plates 8.

The working principle is as follows: in the work of the invention, an expansion screw is used for fixing a fixed plate 1 through a fixed hole 2, a dryer 5 is movably arranged on a hook 3 through a mounting groove 4, so that the dryer 5 is fixed, the effects of heating and drying in a bathroom can be realized by starting the dryer 5, meanwhile, towels and clothes are hung on a cross rod 11 in rainy days, the effects of drying the towels and the clothes can be realized through the dryer 5, when the towels and the clothes do not need to be dried, the cross rod 11 can rotate to the upper side of the dryer 5 through a connecting rod 10, and when the hair needs to be dried, a special hair drying device is connected to an air outlet pipe 16 through a communicating pipe, and meanwhile, a movable valve 17 is opened, so that the air in the dryer 5 is discharged through the air outlet pipe 16, and the effect of drying the hair is realized.
