Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes a refrigerant leakage detection method and system of an air conditioner and the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a refrigerant leakage detection method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1 and with reference to fig. 2, a refrigerant leakage detection method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s101: a pressure threshold corresponding to a low value of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is acquired. Wherein, the low value means a temperature of which the temperature is relatively low among the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature. Such as: if the indoor temperature is higher than the outdoor temperature, the outdoor temperature is a low value, otherwise, the indoor temperature is a low value.
Specifically, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature are detected first, and then the pressure threshold is determined based on the temperature between the two, which is lower.
For example: and inquiring a pressure threshold value corresponding to the low value of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature from a prestored pressure threshold value table, wherein the pressure threshold value table stores a plurality of temperatures and a plurality of pressure threshold values corresponding to the temperatures in a one-to-one mode.
The pressure threshold table may be obtained by calibrating in advance through an experimental manner, for example: in the case of different low values, the corresponding pressure threshold value is detected, and the pressure threshold value table is formed.
In the above description, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature may be detected by the temperature sensor, and of course, the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature may also be determined by other manners, which is not described in detail.
As shown in fig. 2, the indoor temperature (i.e., indoor ambient temperature) is denoted as T1, the outdoor temperature (i.e., outdoor ambient temperature) is denoted as T4, and the lower of the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is denoted as T0. The pressure threshold is noted as P0.
S102: the difference between the pressure threshold and the actual pressure is calculated.
The actual pressure is denoted as Pc, and the actual pressure Pc is, for example, the pressure in the middle of an outdoor heat exchanger (referred to as an outdoor condenser in the cooling mode). Can be detected by a pressure sensor.
S103: and if the difference value is smaller than the preset value, determining whether the refrigerant of the air conditioner leaks according to the variation trend of the condenser pressure, the exhaust temperature and the operation current after the air conditioner operates for the preset time.
In a specific example, if the condenser pressure continues to decrease, the discharge air temperature continues to increase, and the operation current continues to decrease, it is determined that the refrigerant of the air conditioner leaks.
For example, whether P0-Pc < △ P is established or not is judged, if so, the air conditioner operates according to a normal program, after the air conditioner operates for a preset time, the current condenser pressure Pc1, the current exhaust temperature TP1 and the current I1 are obtained, then, after each preset time interval, the current condenser pressure Pc2, the current exhaust temperature TP2 and the current I2 are obtained again, and after the preset time interval is passed again, the current condenser pressure Pc3, the current exhaust temperature TP3 and the current I3 are obtained again.
Whether Pc3 < Pc2 < Pc1, TP1 < TP2 < TP3 and I3 < I2 < I1 are established or not is judged, and if yes, the refrigerant leakage is judged.
In the above example, the predetermined time interval is, but not limited to, 5 minutes, the preset value △ P can be preset, △ P is, for example, in the range of 0 to 0.5MPa, in this example, 0.2MPa is selected, and the predetermined time is, but not limited to, 15 minutes.
It is understood that, in the above-mentioned, whether the refrigerant leaks is determined through the condenser pressure, the exhaust temperature and the operating current obtained through three consecutive detections, in other examples, whether the refrigerant leaks may also be determined through more detection results.
Referring to fig. 2, the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner further includes: and if the difference value is greater than or equal to the preset value, determining the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner. That is, if the pressure difference between the two is too large, it indicates that the refrigerant leaks.
According to the refrigerant leakage detection method of the air conditioner, whether the air conditioner leaks the refrigerant can be simply, conveniently and accurately judged, so that necessary measures can be taken timely, further, adverse effects of performance reduction of the air conditioner, damage to a compressor and the like caused by refrigerant leakage are avoided, when the refrigerant is combustible, potential safety hazards caused by combustible refrigerant leakage can be reduced, and safety and reliability of the air conditioner are improved.
Further, the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner, after determining refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner, further comprises: controlling the air conditioner to be turned off; and/or performing refrigerant leakage early warning. Thereby can reduce the leakage speed of refrigerant to can also make the user in time learn, thereby can in time take counter-measure, reduce the harm that air conditioner refrigerant leaked and brought, further promote the security and the reliability of air conditioner.
