Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage.
The present invention provides an embodiment of a method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner, and it should be noted that although a logic sequence is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different sequence from the sequence here.
In this embodiment. The air conditioner can be divided into an indoor part and an outdoor part, and the indoor part mainly comprises an evaporator, an air duct, a wind wheel and an electric control box; the outdoor part mainly comprises a condenser, a compressor, a back panel structure, a throttling device and an exhaust return pipeline which penetrate through the indoor structure and the outdoor structure. Because of the installation mode of the air conditioner, the outdoor structure is communicated with the outdoor atmosphere, and even if the refrigerant of the outdoor part of the air conditioner leaks, the danger coefficient is low, but the refrigerant leakage can influence the energy efficiency of the air conditioner; but the danger coefficient that indoor part refrigerant leaked and caused is higher, and when the refrigerant concentration of the indoor part of air-conditioner reached certain numerical value, spread the inside of indoor air and automatically controlled box, the electronic components of automatically controlled box had the possibility of striking sparks, if the electronic components of automatically controlled box struck sparks, will cause the explosion, produces great security threat to the user. In this embodiment, the air conditioner may be a window type air conditioner.
The compressor is a power of the air conditioner, in the air conditioner, the purpose of the compressor is to compress low-temperature gas into high-temperature gas through the compressor, and finally the gas exchanges heat with other media in the heat exchanger. The evaporator is a type that liquid low-temperature refrigerant is easy to evaporate at low pressure, is converted into vapor and is easy to absorb heat of a cooled medium, so as to achieve the purpose of refrigeration. The condenser cools the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant superheated steam discharged by the compressor into liquid or gas-liquid mixture, and the heat released by the refrigerant in the condenser is taken away by the cooling medium (water or air). The throttling device plays a role in throttling and depressurizing the high-pressure refrigerant and adjusting the flow of the refrigerant entering the evaporator, and can be a throttling valve or a capillary tube. The air duct is a component that enables the air duct to form a closed system. Various electronic components for controlling the operation of the air conditioner are arranged in the electric control box.
The method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
and step S10, detecting the current working state of the air conditioner, and acquiring the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor in the air conditioner when the air conditioner is detected to be in the running state.
The air conditioner detects the current working state of the air conditioner in real time or at regular time, and the time length corresponding to the timing can be set according to specific needs, which is not limited in this embodiment. Specifically, the air conditioner can obtain a working identifier, and determine a current working state according to the working identifier, wherein the working state comprises a standby state and an operating state, and a unique working identifier exists in each working state. If the operation flag of the standby state is 0, the operation flag of the running state is 1. When the air conditioner detects that the current working state is the running state through the working identifier, the air conditioner acquires the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor. A temperature sensor is arranged near an air return pipe in the compressor, and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is the air return temperature corresponding to the compressor.
And step S20, calculating the change rate of the return air temperature at intervals of a first preset time length to obtain a first change rate, a second change rate and a third change rate.
The air conditioner calculates the change rate of the return air temperature once every a first preset time interval to obtain a first change rate, a second change rate and a third change rate of the return air temperature. The first preset time period is not particularly limited, and for example, the first preset time period may be set to 30 minutes, 40 minutes or 1 hour. Specifically, if the air conditioner acquires a first return air temperature at a time point a, a second return air temperature at a time point B, a third return air temperature at a time point C, and a fourth return air temperature at a time point D, a time difference between the time point a and the time point B is equal to a first preset time period, a time difference between the time point B and the time point C is equal to the first preset time period, a time difference between the time point C and the time point D is equal to the first preset time period, and the time point a, the time point B, the time point C, and the time point D are time points from front to back in time sequence. The first rate of change is equal to a temperature difference between the first return air temperature and the second return air temperature divided by the first predetermined period of time, the second rate of change is equal to a temperature difference between the second return air temperature and the third return air temperature divided by the first predetermined period of time, and the third rate of change is equal to a temperature difference between the third return air temperature and the fourth return air temperature divided by the first predetermined period of time. It should be noted that the temperature difference is an absolute value of a difference between the two return air temperatures.
Step S30, if the second change rate is greater than the first change rate and the third change rate is greater than the first change rate, it is determined that the refrigerant of the air conditioner has leaked.
After the air conditioner obtains the first change rate, the second change rate and the third change rate, the air conditioner compares the relationship among the first change rate, the second change rate and the third change rate. And when the second change rate is larger than the first change rate and the third change rate is larger than the first change rate, the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant leaks. Further, when it is determined that the second rate of change is less than or equal to the first rate of change and the third rate of change is less than or equal to the first rate of change, the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant is not leaked. It should be noted that, whether the air conditioner operates at a low voltage or at a high voltage, the detection method in this embodiment may be used to detect whether the refrigerant of the air conditioner leaks.
Further, the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps:
step a, if the second change rate is greater than the first change rate and the third change rate is less than the first change rate, or the second change rate is less than the first change rate and the third change rate is greater than the first change rate, the step S20 is executed again.
Further, when the air conditioner determines that the second change rate is greater than the first change rate and the third change rate is less than the first change rate, or determines that the second change rate is less than the first change rate and the third change rate is greater than the first change rate, the air conditioner determines that no refrigerant leaks at present and the change of the return air temperature is normal working condition fluctuation, and calculates the change rate of the return air temperature once every interval of a first preset time length to obtain the first change rate, the second change rate and the third change rate corresponding to the return air temperature.
Further, the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps:
and b, outputting prompt information to prompt a user that the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked according to the prompt information.
And when the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant is leaked, the air conditioner outputs prompt information to prompt a user that the refrigerant is leaked according to the prompt information. The embodiment does not limit the output mode of the prompt message, for example, the prompt message can be output in the form of voice or an indicator light. It is understood that when the air conditioner has a display screen, the air conditioner can also display the prompt message in the form of characters on the display screen. The air conditioner can also send the prompt message to a mobile terminal connected with the air conditioner, and the mobile terminal can be a mobile phone, a personal computer or the like. And after the mobile terminal receives the prompt message, the mobile terminal outputs the prompt message to prompt the user that the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked through the prompt message.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioner is in an operating state, the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor in the air conditioner is obtained, the change rate of the return air temperature is calculated at intervals of a first preset time length, a first change rate, a second change rate and a third change rate are obtained, if the second change rate is greater than the first change rate and the third change rate is greater than the first change rate, it is determined that the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked, whether the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked through the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor is detected, the situation that the refrigerant of the air conditioner cannot be detected when the concentration of the refrigerant is small is avoided, the accuracy of refrigerant leakage detection of the air conditioner is improved, and the error rate of refrigerant detection is reduced through comparison of the three change rates corresponding to the return air temperature.
Further, a second embodiment of the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided.
The difference between the second embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage and the first embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage is that, referring to fig. 2, the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage further includes:
and step S40, opening a fresh air door of the air conditioner, and controlling an outdoor motor of the air conditioner to operate at a first preset gear speed.
When the air conditioner detects that the refrigerant is leaked, the air conditioner opens a new air door and controls the outdoor motor to operate at a first preset gear speed. The new air door is an opening in the air duct of the air conditioner, and after the opening is opened, outside air can enter the air duct and further enter the room of the air conditioner. In this embodiment, the outdoor motor has three gear speeds, which are a low gear, a middle gear and a high gear. In other embodiments, the outdoor motor may be set to five gear speeds. The first preset gear speed can be set according to specific needs, for example, the first preset gear speed can be set as a low gear, or the first preset gear speed can be set as a high gear.
In the embodiment, after the leakage of the refrigerant of the air conditioner is detected, the fresh air door of the air conditioner is opened, and the outdoor motor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at the preset gear speed, so that the leakage of the refrigerant to the outside is accelerated, and the influence of the leakage of the refrigerant on the air conditioner is reduced.
Further, a third embodiment of the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided.
The difference between the third embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage and the first or second embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage is that the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage further comprises:
and c, detecting the solubility of the refrigerant through a refrigerant concentration detection device if the air conditioner is detected to be in a standby state.
When the air conditioner detects that the air conditioner is in a standby state at present, the air conditioner detects the concentration of the refrigerant through the refrigerant concentration detection device. The refrigerant concentration detection device is a gas concentration sensor or other devices capable of detecting gas concentration. In this embodiment, two refrigerant concentration detection devices are provided, one of which is disposed near the evaporator, for example, between the electronic control box and the evaporator, so that the refrigerant concentration detection device is adjacent to the electronic control box and the evaporator, and is used for detecting the refrigerant concentration near the evaporator, that is, detecting the refrigerant concentration of the interior of the air conditioner; the other is arranged near the condenser, and the refrigerant concentration detection device is adjacent to the condenser and is used for detecting the refrigerant concentration near the condenser, namely detecting the refrigerant concentration of the outdoor part of the air conditioner.
And d, if the concentration of the refrigerant is greater than the preset concentration, determining that the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked.
After the air conditioner detects the concentration of the refrigerant, the air conditioner judges whether the concentration of the refrigerant is greater than a preset concentration, wherein the preset concentration is the concentration of the refrigerant detected at a detection position under the condition that a certain point of a pipeline is broken or leaked due to pipeline corrosion of the air conditioner through laboratory simulation. If the air conditioner determines that the concentration of the refrigerant is greater than the preset concentration, the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant is leaked; and if the air conditioner determines that the concentration of the refrigerant is less than or equal to the preset concentration, the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant is not leaked.
Further, when the air conditioner leaks the refrigerant in the standby state, the air conditioner outputs alarm information to prompt the user that the refrigerant of the air conditioner leaks through the alarm information. The mode of the air conditioner outputting the alarm information can be the same as the mode of the air conditioner outputting the prompt information, and can also be different.
This embodiment is through when the air conditioner is in standby state, through the refrigerant concentration detection device that detects the air conditioner, when detecting that refrigerant concentration is greater than preset concentration, confirms that the refrigerant of air conditioner has revealed, has avoided only detecting the refrigerant when the air conditioner moves and has revealed, has avoided revealing owing to the refrigerant that the fatigue damage that the air conditioner installation is improper or long-time use leads to, has improved the success rate that the detection was revealed to the air conditioner refrigerant.
Further, the method for detecting the refrigerant leakage of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps:
and e, controlling the outdoor motor to operate at a second preset gear speed.
Further, when the air conditioner detects that the refrigerant leaks in the standby state, the air conditioner controls the outdoor motor to operate at a second preset gear speed. The second preset gear speed can be set according to specific requirements, and can be the same as or different from the first preset gear speed.
In the embodiment, when the refrigerant of the air conditioner is detected to be leaked in the standby state, the outdoor motor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at a preset gear speed, so that the leaked refrigerant is accelerated to diffuse outdoors, and the influence of the leaked refrigerant on the air conditioner is reduced.
Further, the step e includes:
and e1, if the concentration of the refrigerant is determined to be the concentration corresponding to the evaporator of the air conditioner, opening a fresh air door of the air conditioner, and controlling the outdoor motor of the air conditioner to operate at a high gear, wherein the operating gear speed of the outdoor motor is divided into a low gear, a medium gear and a high gear.
And e2, if the concentration of the refrigerant is determined to be the concentration corresponding to the condenser of the air conditioner, controlling the outdoor motor of the air conditioner to operate at a medium speed.
When the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant is leaked according to the detected refrigerant concentration, the air conditioner judges whether the detected refrigerant concentration is the concentration corresponding to the evaporator or the concentration corresponding to the condenser. When the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant concentration is the concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration detection device corresponding to the evaporator, namely the refrigerant concentration is the concentration corresponding to the evaporator, the air conditioner opens a new air door and controls the outdoor motor to operate at a high gear, and at the moment, the operating gear speed of the outdoor motor is divided into a low gear, a medium gear and a high gear. When the air conditioner determines that the refrigerant concentration is the concentration detected by the refrigerant concentration detection device corresponding to the condenser, namely the refrigerant concentration is the concentration corresponding to the evaporator, the air conditioner controls the outdoor motor to operate at a medium speed.
Furthermore, two refrigerant concentration detection devices in the air conditioner can detect the refrigerant concentration simultaneously, and if the two refrigerant concentration detection devices detect that the refrigerant concentration is greater than the preset concentration, the air conditioner opens a fresh air door of the air conditioner and controls an outdoor motor of the air conditioner to operate at a high speed.
In the embodiment, when the detected refrigerant concentration is determined to be the concentration corresponding to the evaporator, the fresh air door of the air conditioner is opened, and the outdoor motor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at a high speed, so that the discharge speed of the refrigerant leaked from the internal structure of the air conditioner is increased; and when the concentration of the refrigerant is determined to be the concentration corresponding to the condenser of the air conditioner, controlling the outdoor motor of the air conditioner to operate at a medium speed so as to improve the diffusion speed of the leaked refrigerant in the outdoor structure of the air conditioner to the outdoor.
Further, a fourth embodiment of the method for detecting refrigerant leakage of an air conditioner according to the present invention is provided.
The difference between the fourth embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage and the first, second or third embodiment of the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage is that the method for detecting air conditioner refrigerant leakage further comprises:
and f, when the air conditioner is detected to be in the running state, detecting the running time of the air conditioner.
And g, if the operation time length is longer than a second preset time length, acquiring the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor in the air conditioner.
When the air conditioner is in an operating state, the air conditioner detects the operating time length of the air conditioner, wherein the operating time length is the time difference from the power-on start of the air conditioner to the current time. And when the air conditioner detects the running time of the air conditioner, the air conditioner judges whether the running time is longer than a second preset time. If the air conditioner determines that the operation time length is longer than a second preset time length, the air conditioner acquires the return air temperature corresponding to the compressor through the temperature sensor; and if the air conditioner determines that the running time is less than or equal to the second preset time, the air conditioner continues to detect the running time. The specific size of the second preset time period can be set according to specific needs, for example, the second preset time period can be set to 30 minutes, 40 minutes or 45 minutes, etc.
This embodiment just acquires the return air temperature and judges whether the refrigerant of air conditioner reveals when the long term is greater than the setting when the operation of air conditioner, only when the air conditioner operates steadily promptly, just acquires the return air temperature, avoids because the air conditioner operation unstability leads to the return air temperature that acquires inaccurate to it is low to lead to detecting the rate of accuracy that whether the air conditioner refrigerant reveals, so can know, and this embodiment further improves the air conditioner refrigerant and reveals the rate of accuracy that detects.
In addition, the invention also provides an air conditioner. As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware operating environment of the air conditioner.

The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.

and if the second change rate is greater than the first change rate and the third change rate is greater than the first change rate, determining that the refrigerant of the air conditioner is leaked.
