Abstract

背景技术
本发明可以以特别有利的方式用于用来将燃料、优选柴油燃料供给至内燃机的泵送单元中,下文将特别参照该泵送单元而不失去其一般特征。
在用于将燃料供给至内燃机的泵送单元领域中,已知提供一种泵送单元,其包括:用于将燃料供给至内燃机的高压泵、例如活塞泵;以及用于将燃料从储存容器供给至高压泵的低压泵或预供给泵。
低压泵是叶片泵,其包括泵体,所述泵体又包括杯形容纳壳体和用于封闭所述容纳壳体的盖件。
容纳壳体由基本上平坦的端壁和基本上圆柱形的内侧壁限界,并且在其内部容纳转子,所述转子安装成能够绕旋转轴线转动,所述旋转轴线基本上垂直于端壁并且平行于所述内侧壁的纵向轴线并与所述内侧壁的纵向轴线分开。
转子具有多个凹部,所述凹部绕旋转轴线均匀地分布并沿所述转子的外周边缘向外敞开。
每个凹部由驱动叶片可滑动地接合,所述驱动叶片与转子的旋转轴线平行地延伸,并且突出凹部之外,以便布置成与容纳壳体的内侧壁相接触。
每个驱动叶片通过容纳在凹部内并布置在转子与所述驱动叶片之间的弹性件被推动并保持压在容纳壳体的内侧壁上。

由于驱动叶片通过由转子的转动产生的离心力并通过有弹性件施加的径向推力而与容纳壳体的内侧壁保持接触,因此上述类型的已知叶片泵具有许多缺点,主要是由于下述事实:当转子具有相对慢的旋转速度时,作用在驱动叶片上的离心力相对较小并且损害了容积可变室之间的正确的流体密封连接。
上述类型的已知叶片泵还具有另外的缺点,因为下述事实:弹性件施加的径向推力根据转子绕所述旋转轴线的角位置而变化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种叶片泵,其不具有上述缺点并且制造简单且便宜。
根据本发明,提供了一种叶片泵,其包括:泵体;安装在泵体内以便绕旋转轴线转动的转子;形成在转子中以便分别在内部容纳相应的驱动叶片的多个凹部,所述驱动叶片与相关的凹部可滑动地接合并且通过转子绕旋转轴线且沿泵体的内侧壁运动,其特征在于,叶片泵还包括绕内侧壁安装或在驱动叶片中安装的用于将驱动叶片推向所述内侧壁的磁性结构。
本发明还提供一种泵送单元,其用于将燃料、优选柴油燃料供给至内燃机,所述泵送单元包括用于将燃料供给至内燃机的高压泵和用于将燃料从储存容器供给至高压泵的低压泵;所述低压泵是根据本发明的叶片泵。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,1整体地表示用于将燃料、优选柴油燃料供给至内燃机(未示出)的泵送单元。
泵送单元1包括:用于将燃料供给至所述内燃机(未示出)的高压泵2;和用于将燃料从储存容器(未示出)供给至所述泵2的低压或预供给泵3。
高压泵2是包括泵体4的活塞泵,所述泵体4设置有具有纵向轴线6的中央孔5,并且还设置有至少一个侧向孔7(通常多个孔7绕轴线6均匀地分布),所述侧向孔7具有横向于轴线6的纵向轴线8,并且从所述孔5朝向泵体4的外侧径向地延伸。
每个孔7都由头部件9封闭,所述头部件9布置成与泵体4相接触并且具有与轴线8同轴地伸入孔7内的凸起部10。
头部件9具有中央孔11,所述中央孔11形成为与轴线8同轴地通过头部件9,并且包括沿着所述轴线8彼此对准的较宽部12和较窄部13。
较窄部13面向孔5并且限定高压泵2的缸14。
缸14可滑动地接合活塞15,所述活塞15由于致动装置16的推力而能够以交替的直线运动移动,所述交替的直线运动包括用于将燃料吸入缸14的进油冲程和用于压缩容纳在所述缸14内的燃料的压缩冲程。

去掉磁体44并用安装在壳体32内并绕轴线38分布的多个磁体代替磁体45。
图4中所示的变型例与前面附图中所示的变型例的不同之处仅在于,其中,每个叶片40都被去掉并由叶片45代替,所述叶片45由塑料材料或非铁磁金属材料制成并且具有并入叶片中的由铁磁金属材料制成的杆46。
根据一变型例(未示出),每个杆46都被去掉并由相应的磁体代替,磁体44被去除,并且侧壁34由铁磁金属材料制成。
泵送单元1提供了主要由于以下事实的多个优点:磁体44产生的附加径向力确保了容积可变室41之间的正确的流体密封式连接,即使当转子36具有相对慢的转速时也是如此。

Claims (10)

1.一种叶片泵,其包括:泵体(31);安装在泵体(31)内以便绕旋转轴线(37)转动的转子(36);形成在转子(36)中以便分别在内部容纳相应的驱动叶片(40;45)的多个凹部(39),所述驱动叶片(40;45)与相关的凹部(39)可滑动地接合并且通过转子(36)绕旋转轴线(37)且沿泵体(31)的内侧壁(34)运动,其特征在于,叶片泵还包括绕内侧壁(34)安装或在驱动叶片(40;45)中安装的用于将驱动叶片(40;45)推向所述内侧壁(34)的磁性结构(44)。
