The high-efficiency and environment-friendly fermented feed production equipment as claimed in claim 4, wherein, the stirring mechanism (4) comprises a stirring rotating shaft (41), an electric telescopic rod (42), an inclined rod (43), a stirring blade (44), a connecting block (45) and a wall scraping plate (46), the stirring rotating shaft (41) is positioned in the lifting pipe (33), the outer side wall of the stirring rotating shaft (41) is fixedly connected with two electric telescopic rods (42), the bottom ends of the electric telescopic rods (42) are hinged with inclined rods (43), the bottom ends of the stirring rotating shafts (41) extend to the outside of the lifting pipe (33) and are fixedly connected with connecting blocks (45), stirring blades (44) are hinged to two sides of the connecting block (45), scraping plates (46) are fixedly connected to the other two sides of the connecting block (45), one end of the inclined rod (43) far away from the electric telescopic rod (42) is rotatably connected with the stirring blade (44).
