Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle washing circulating system for a construction site, which comprises a wastewater recovery device, a precipitation device and a storage device, wherein the wastewater recovery device comprises a wastewater recovery water tank, a recovery water cavity, a filter screen and a recovery port; the sedimentation device comprises a sedimentation pump and a sedimentation tank; the storage device includes a storage pump and a storage tank. The invention can be used by matching the waste water recovery device, the sedimentation device and the storage device, so that water resources can be recycled, thereby effectively saving the water resources and reducing the use cost; the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient disassembly, safety, practicality and the like, can meet the requirements of different construction sites, and is easy to popularize.

Along with the development of economy, the construction of cities and more construction sites in urban areas, a large amount of engineering muck needs to be transported out. the sedimentation device comprises a sedimentation pump and a sedimentation tank, the sedimentation tank is arranged on the ground through a support, the bottom end of the sedimentation tank is provided with a discharge valve, the discharge valve is connected with the sedimentation tank, the water outlet of the sedimentation pump is connected with the top end of the sedimentation tank through a pipeline, and the water inlet of the sedimentation pump is connected with one end of the recovery port through a pipeline;
the storage device comprises a storage pump and a storage box, the storage box is arranged on the ground through a support, one side of the storage box is provided with a drain valve, the water valve is connected with the storage box, a water outlet of the storage pump is connected with one side of the storage box through a pipeline, and a water inlet of the storage pump is connected with the top end of the settling tank through a pipeline.

The upper end opening of the wastewater recovery water tank 1 is of a concave structure. The arrangement can facilitate the cleaned water to rapidly slide into the wastewater recovery water tank 1 along the slope, thereby effectively improving the recovery efficiency of the wastewater.
The filter screen 3 is a stainless steel filter screen. The stainless steel filter screen has the characteristics of high hardness, corrosion resistance, friction resistance and the like, and meanwhile, the stainless steel filter screen has long service life.
The inlet of the recovery port 5 is provided with a filter screen plate 4. The filter screen plate 4 can effectively prevent the blockage phenomenon of the recovery port 5 and improve the working efficiency of the recovery port 5.
The screen plate 4 is made of a stainless steel material. The stainless steel material has the characteristics of high hardness, corrosion resistance, friction resistance and the like, and the filter screen plate 4 made of the stainless steel material has long service life.
The side of the settling tank 7 is provided with an observation window 8. The observation window 8 can facilitate users to observe the precipitation condition in the precipitation tank 7 in time so as to drain water or discharge precipitates in time.

the sedimentation device comprises a sedimentation pump (6) and a sedimentation tank (7), the sedimentation tank (7) is arranged on the ground through a support, the bottom end of the sedimentation tank (7) is provided with a discharge valve (8), the discharge valve (8) is connected with the sedimentation tank (7), the water outlet of the sedimentation pump (6) is connected with the top end of the sedimentation tank (7) through a pipeline, and the water inlet of the sedimentation pump (6) is connected with one end of the recovery port (5) through a pipeline;
storage device includes storage pump (10) and bin (11), bin (11) pass through the support and set up subaerially, one side of bin (11) is provided with drain valve (12), water valve (12) are connected with bin (11), the delivery port of storage pump (10) passes through the pipeline and is connected with one side of bin (11), the water inlet of storage pump (10) passes through the pipeline and is connected with the top of setting tank (7).
