The array bolt hoisting underframe has high mechanical structure strength, stably supports the motor, can realize the integral hoisting operation of the motor, and is suitable for narrow operation space in which the motor is difficult to disassemble and assemble.

Background
The conventional large-scale sitting bearing motor cannot be directly hoisted due to large integral weight. The chassis is easy to generate plastic deformation, so that the gap deviation of the stator and the rotor is caused, and the performance of the motor is influenced. Therefore, after the motor is debugged, the motor needs to be disassembled and separately boxed. And the assembly is carried out after the transportation to the site, so that a large amount of labor and material cost is consumed. The two ends of the bearing top plate 1 are respectively provided with a hook-shaped connecting plate 5, the hook-shaped connecting plates are fixedly connected with the bearing top plate 1 through the arrayed bolts, each hook-shaped connecting plate 5 is welded with a hoisting tool 51 which can bear the weight of the motor and meet the design requirement, the arrayed bolts and the hoisting tool can be detached, the weight of the whole machine can be reduced, and the occupation ratio of the space of the motor is reduced.
