Abstract
The invention discloses a transportation device and a transmission device for automotive upholstery, wherein the transportation device comprises: the guide rail is arranged on the base and provided with two ends, namely a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is rotatably connected with one end of the base, and the second end and the base can be arranged in a relatively movable manner; and the transmission mechanism is arranged on the side edge of the guide rail, and the transmission direction of the transmission mechanism is consistent with the guide direction of the guide rail. The second end of the guide rail is arranged to be capable of being lifted, so that when heavy articles need to fall into the truck from the guide rail, the articles can be lifted by utilizing the gravity of the articles as long as the guide rail is inclined, and the labor is saved; the connecting rod and the slotted connecting structure are arranged, so that the force application is more stable and effective. The invention realizes automatic operation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transportation device and transmission equipment for automotive upholstery.
Background
In production practice, it is sometimes necessary to transport heavier items, and more importantly, heavier items need to be pushed down from a height onto a truck, which basically needs to be done manually. This obviously does not meet the requirements of modern automated production. The present application therefore provides a solution.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a transportation device and a transmission device for automotive upholstery, which aim to solve the technical problems.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a transportation device, comprising:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the transportation device of the present embodiment includes: the guide rail 2 is arranged on the base 1, the guide rail 2 is provided with two ends, namely a first end 20 and a second end 21, the first end 20 is rotatably connected with one end of the base 1, and the second end 21 and the base 1 can be arranged in a relatively movable manner; and the transmission mechanism is arranged on the side edge of the guide rail 2, and the transmission direction of the transmission mechanism is consistent with the guide direction of the guide rail 2. The embodiment further includes a first driving device, the first driving device drives the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 to move relative to the base 1, or the first driving device drives the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 to move relative to the base 1 through the first transmission mechanism. The upper left corner in fig. 1 is the first end 20 of the guide rail 2 and the lower right corner is the second end 21 of the guide rail 2. In the present invention, the second end 21 of the first driving device driving rail 2 and the base 1 move relatively means that the second end 21 of the first driving device driving rail 2 moves in a manner of rising away from the base 1 and moving in a manner of descending close to the base 1 with the first end 20 as a rotation center. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the first driving device includes a power portion 3 and a push-out rod 4, wherein the bottom of the power portion 3 is fixed on the base 1, the top of the power portion 3 is higher than the bottom, and in this embodiment, the power portion 3 is obliquely fixed by means of an inclined base. The push-out rod 4 is telescopically arranged at the top of the power part 3, and the action end of the push-out rod 4 is rotatably connected with the second end 21 of the guide rail 2. One end of the push-out rod 4 is arranged on the power part 3, and the other end is an acting end. The number of the first driving devices is two, and the first driving devices are respectively arranged on the two bases 1. In this embodiment, the power unit 3 is a cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3, the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 is provided with two through grooves 5, a connecting rod 6 is formed between the two through grooves 5, and the connecting rod 6 is rotatably connected with the action end of the push-out rod 4. As shown in fig. 4, the action end of the push-out rod 4 is provided with a slot 7, and the connecting rod 6 is inserted into the slot 7 and then rotatably connected through a connecting piece 18.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the transmission mechanism includes a driving chain wheel 8, a transmission chain 9 and a driven chain wheel 10, the driving chain wheel 8 and the driven chain wheel 10 are in transmission connection through the transmission chain 9, and the transmission direction of the transmission chain 9 is parallel to the length direction of the guide rail 2. The embodiment further comprises a second driving device 11, wherein the second driving device 11 drives the driving chain wheel 8 to rotate, or drives the driving chain wheel 8 to rotate through a second transmission mechanism. In this embodiment, the second driving device 11 is a motor. The second transmission mechanism comprises a driving shaft 12, one end of the driving shaft 12 is connected with a second driving device 11, and the driving shaft 12 axially penetrates through a rotating axis of the driving chain wheel 8. The other end of the drive shaft 12 may be fixed to a support base. A driven shaft 13 is arranged on a rotating axis of the driven chain wheel 10, and two ends of the driven shaft 13 are rotatably connected with the base 1.
As shown in fig. 6, an accommodating space 14 is provided in the base 1, a rack 15 is provided in the accommodating space 14, the rack 15 is movably provided along the longitudinal direction of the base 1, and the rack 15 is engaged with an end gear 19 of the driven shaft 13. The opposite side of two guide rails 2 is the medial surface, and the opposite side is the lateral surface, and the rotation of the first end 20 of guide rail 2 and base 1 is connected and is set up in the lateral surface, has the space between medial surface and the base 1, and driven shaft 13 penetrates accommodation space 14 from the space.
When in use, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the accommodating box 16 is arranged, the bottom of the accommodating box 16 is fixedly connected with the transmission chain 9, the bottom of the accommodating box 16 is provided with a groove 17, and the groove 17 is clamped on the outer side surfaces of the two guide rails 2. The article to be transported is placed on the accommodating box 16 or in the accommodating box 16, the second driving device 11 is started to drive the driving shaft 12 to rotate, and the driving shaft 12 drives the driving chain wheel 8 to rotate, so that the driving chain drives the accommodating box 16 to be transported. When the containing box 16 moves to the other end of the chain, the containing box 16 and the articles need to be moved into the truck, at the moment, the power part 3 is started, the push rod 4 extends out, the action end of the push rod 4 rotates relative to the guide rail 2, so that the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 can be lifted by the extended push rod 4, the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 moves separately from the base 1 below, thus, the guide rail 2 is obliquely arranged, and the containing box 16 and the articles can automatically fall into the truck by utilizing gravity. When the guide rail 2 needs to be put down, the power part 3 retracts the push-out rod 4, the push-out rod 4 drives the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 to descend, and the second end 21 moves close to the base 1 until the guide rail 2 is in a horizontal state. The transmission chain 9 can rotate in both directions to satisfy the back and forth movement of the accommodating box 16. When the transmission chain 9 transmits, the driven shaft 13 is driven to rotate, the rack 15 can move out of the base 1 due to the fact that the end gear 19 of the driven shaft 13 is meshed with the rack 15, and when the transmission chain 9 rotates reversely, the rack 15 moves to return to the original position, and therefore meshing rotation can guarantee the smooth rotation of the driven shaft 13.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the transmission device for the automotive interior trim part of the embodiment includes an accommodating box and the transportation device of embodiment 1, wherein the bottom of the accommodating box is fixedly connected with the transmission chain, a groove is formed in the bottom of the accommodating box, and the groove is clamped at the outer sides of the two guide rails. The procedure was as in example 1.
The second end 21 of the guide rail 2 is arranged to be lifted, so that when heavier articles need to fall into the truck from the guide rail 2, the articles can be lifted by only inclining the guide rail 2 and utilizing the gravity of the articles, and the labor is saved; the connecting structure of the connecting rod 6 and the slot 7 is arranged, so that the force application is more stable and effective. The invention realizes automatic operation.

Claims (10)
1. A transportation device, comprising:
a base seat is arranged on the base seat,

The transport device of claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a driving chain wheel, a transmission chain and a driven chain wheel, the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel are in transmission connection through the transmission chain, and the transmission direction of the transmission chain is parallel to the length direction of the guide rail.

The transportation apparatus as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a second driving device, wherein the second driving device drives the driving chain wheel to rotate or drives the driving chain wheel to rotate through a second transmission mechanism; the second transmission mechanism comprises a driving shaft, one end of the driving shaft is connected with the second driving device, and the driving shaft axially penetrates through a rotating axis of the driving chain wheel.
