When the guide rail 2 needs to be put down, the power part 3 retracts the push-out rod 4, the push-out rod 4 drives the second end 21 of the guide rail 2 to descend, and the second end 21 moves close to the base 1 until the guide rail 2 is in a horizontal state. The transmission chain 9 can rotate in both directions to satisfy the back and forth movement of the accommodating box 16. When the transmission chain 9 transmits, the driven shaft 13 is driven to rotate, the rack 15 can move out of the base 1 due to the fact that the end gear 19 of the driven shaft 13 is meshed with the rack 15, and when the transmission chain 9 rotates reversely, the rack 15 moves to return to the original position, and therefore meshing rotation can guarantee the smooth rotation of the driven shaft 13.
