Abstract
The invention provides a printing method of a plastic edge banding, which comprises the following process steps: 1) unreeling the edge sealing strip at the speed of 1-2 m/s; 2) cleaning the surface of the plastic edge sealing strip to be printed while unreeling; 3) heating the cleaned plastic edge sealing strip by hot air at 55-61 ℃; 4) carrying out laser printing on the heated plastic edge sealing strip; 5) cooling the plastic edge sealing strip printed by the laser at 10-14 ℃; 6) and rolling the edge banding according to the speed of 1-2 m/s. According to the laser printer, the plastic edge banding is heated firstly, so that the plastic edge banding is softened, and then the printing is performed through the laser printer, so that the printing quality of the laser printer is improved, the plastic edge banding can be wound and unwound according to the specific temperature by matching with the winding and unwinding speed, and the printing efficiency is improved under the condition that the plastic edge banding is not deformed.
