Abstract
本发明公开了一种建材制造用混料机,具体涉及建材机械技术领域,包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构延伸至箱体顶部;所述搅拌机构包括电机,所述电机固定设在箱体顶部,所述电机输出端底部固定设有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆穿过箱体并延伸入箱体内部,所述搅拌杆与箱体通过密封轴承活动连接,所述搅拌杆两侧固定设有多个搅拌叶,多个所述搅拌叶均设在箱体内部。本发明通过打开水泵将水源注入箱体内,然后打开电机,使搅拌杆带动多个搅拌叶对材料进行混合搅拌,待工作完毕后,打开密封门,即可取出混合后的材料,结构简单,易操作,降低了人工出错的概率。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材机械技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种建材制造用混料机。
背景技术
建材机械是指生产水泥、水泥制品、玻璃、玻璃纤维、建筑陶瓷和砖瓦等建筑材料所使用的各种生产,搅拌成型机械,建材机械产业主要包括原材料产业(如铝锭、金属材料、专用泥土等)、建材生产技术研发产业、生产建材产品的机械制造产业等,建材是土木工程和建筑工程中使用的材料的统称,可分为结构材料、装饰材料和某些专用材料,结构材料包括木材、竹材、石材、水泥、混凝土、金属、砖瓦、陶瓷、玻璃、工程塑料和复合材料等,而建材制造中经常会使用到混料机,混料机是利用机械力和重力等,将两种或两种以上物料均匀混合起来的机械设备,在混合的过程中,还可以增加物料接触表面积,以促进化学反应,还能够加速物理变化。
现有的建材制造用混料机,结构复杂,人工操作易出现错误。
因此,发明一种建材制造用混料机来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种建材制造用混料机,通过打开水泵将水源注入箱体内,然后打开电机,使搅拌杆带动多个搅拌叶对材料进行混合搅拌,待工作完毕后,打开密封门,即可取出混合后的材料,结构简单,易操作,降低了人工出错的概率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种建材制造用混料机,包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构延伸至箱体顶部;
所述搅拌机构包括电机,所述电机固定设在箱体顶部,所述电机输出端底部固定设有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆穿过箱体并延伸入箱体内部,所述搅拌杆与箱体通过密封轴承活动连接,所述搅拌杆两侧固定设有多个搅拌叶,多个所述搅拌叶均设在箱体内部。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体一侧设有水泵,所述水泵设在电机一侧,所述水泵一侧设有抽水管,所述水泵与抽水管固定连接,所述水泵另一侧固定设有出水管,所述出水管与箱体固定连接,所述箱体顶部设有进料斗,所述进料斗设在电机另一侧,所述进料斗与箱体固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体底部设有底座,所述箱体与底座固定连接,所述底座底部设有四个支腿,四个所述支腿均与底座固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述搅拌叶上开设有多个通孔。
在一个优选地实施方式中,所述箱体前侧设有密封门,所述密封门通过铰链与箱体铰接,所述密封门前侧设有把手,所述把手与密封门固定连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
通过打开水泵将水源注入箱体内,然后打开电机,使搅拌杆带动多个搅拌叶对材料进行混合搅拌,待工作完毕后,打开密封门,即可取出混合后的材料,与现有技术相比,结构简单,易操作,降低了人工出错的概率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
根据图1-3所示的一种建材制造用混料机,包括箱体1,其特征在于:所述箱体1内部设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构延伸至箱体1顶部;
所述搅拌机构包括电机2,所述电机2固定设在箱体1顶部,所述电机2输出端底部固定设有搅拌杆3,所述搅拌杆3穿过箱体1并延伸入箱体1内部,所述搅拌杆3与箱体1通过密封轴承活动连接,所述搅拌杆3两侧固定设有多个搅拌叶4,多个所述搅拌叶4均设在箱体1内部;
进一步的,所述箱体1一侧设有水泵5,所述水泵5设在电机2一侧,所述水泵5一侧设有抽水管6,所述水泵5与抽水管6固定连接,所述水泵5另一侧固定设有出水管7,所述出水管7与箱体1固定连接,所述箱体1顶部设有进料斗,所述进料斗与箱体1固定连接,所述进料斗设在电机2另一侧;
进一步的,所述箱体1底部设有底座8,所述箱体1与底座8固定连接,所述底座8底部设有四个支腿,四个所述支腿均与底座8固定连接;
进一步的,所述搅拌叶4上开设有多个通孔;
进一步的,所述箱体1前侧设有密封门,所述密封门通过铰链与箱体1铰接,所述密封门前侧设有把手,所述把手与密封门固定连接。
本发明工作原理:
参照说明书附图1-3,首先将需要搅拌的材料从进料斗往箱体1内投入,然后将抽水管6与水源连接,开启水泵5,水泵5工作,水泵5通过将水通过抽水管6抽取,然后通过出水管7向箱体1内注入,待注入一段时间后,打开电机2,电机2工作带动搅拌杆3工作,搅拌杆3带动多个搅拌叶4转动,多个搅拌叶4对箱体1内的材料进行搅拌混合,由于多个搅拌叶4上均设有多个通孔,故降低了搅拌叶4在搅拌时被折断的概率,待搅拌作业完成后,打开密封门,即可将混合后的材料取出,通过打开水泵5将水源注入箱体1内,然后打开电机2,使搅拌杆3带动多个搅拌叶4对材料进行混合搅拌,待工作完毕后,打开密封门,即可取出混合后的材料,本发明结构简单,易操作,降低了人工出错的概率,解决了现有技术中结构复杂,人工操作易出错的问题。
最后应说明的几点是:首先,在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,可以是机械连接或电连接,也可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是直接相连,“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变,则相对位置关系可能发生改变;
其次:本发明公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计,在不冲突情况下,本发明同一实施例及不同实施例可以相互组合;

Claims (5)
1.一种建材制造用混料机,包括箱体(1),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)内部设有搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构延伸至箱体(1)顶部;所述搅拌机构包括电机(2),所述电机(2)固定设在箱体(1)顶部,所述电机(2)输出端底部固定设有搅拌杆(3),所述搅拌杆(3)穿过箱体(1)并延伸入箱体(1)内部,所述搅拌杆(3)与箱体(1)通过密封轴承活动连接,所述搅拌杆(3)两侧固定设有多个搅拌叶(4),多个所述搅拌叶(4)均设在箱体(1)内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材制造用混料机,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)一侧设有水泵(5),所述水泵(5)设在电机(2)一侧,所述水泵(5)一侧设有抽水管(6),所述水泵(5)与抽水管(6)固定连接,所述水泵(5)另一侧固定设有出水管(7),所述出水管(7)与箱体(1)固定连接,所述箱体(1)顶部设有进料斗,所述进料斗设在电机(2)另一侧,所述进料斗与箱体(1)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材制造用混料机,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)底部设有底座(8),所述箱体(1)与底座(8)固定连接,所述底座(8)底部设有四个支腿,四个所述支腿均与底座(8)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材制造用混料机,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(4)上开设有多个通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建材制造用混料机,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)前侧设有密封门,所述密封门通过铰链与箱体(1)铰接,所述密封门前侧设有把手,所述把手与密封门固定连接。
