The first crank 5, the seat support 4, the second crank 6, the first base 2 and the second base 3 form a four-bar linkage mechanism, and the rocker 62 drives the point of the four-bar linkage mechanism to change when the chair back component 63 tilts backwards. When the backrest component 63 tilts forward, the front end of the rocker 62 moves downward and the second crank 6 moves downward, the second crank 6 drives the receiving member 61 to move downward, the receiving member 61 drives the rear end of the seat support member 4 to move forward downward, the front end of the seat support member 4 moves forward downward simultaneously, the elastic transfer connecting member 51 is driven to move downward, the elastic transfer connecting member 51 presses the first crank 5 downward, and the first crank 5 is driven to rotate downward.
When the seat support 4 and the second base 3 rotate together around the first base 2, the elastic transfer connector 51 deforms under the effect of the twisting force transmitted by the seat support 4 and returns to the original shape when the twisting force disappears.
As shown in fig. 5, 18 and 20, when the seat support 4 swings left and right, the seat support 4 drives the bearing 61 to swing left and right, the bearing 61 controls the second crank 6 to swing left and right, the second crank 6 drives the second base 3 to rotate around the first base 2, and the first crank 5 is connected to the fixed first base 2 so that the first crank 5 cannot rotate left and right, and at this time, the elastic transfer connecting piece 51 is twisted and deformed due to the elastic transfer connecting piece 51; specifically, as shown by arrows a and b in fig. 5, the state of the elastic relay link 51 indicated by arrow a is in an undeformed state, and the state of the elastic relay link 51 indicated by arrow b is in a deformed state, and when the seat support 4 swings left and right, the state changes from the a state to the b state when the seat support 4 swings left and right. The deformation of the elastic intermediate link 51 ensures smooth rotation of the seat support 4 without disengaging the first crank 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the elastic transfer connector 51 away from the support body 52 is fixedly connected with the seat support 4 to form a first fixed connection point 54, and one end of the elastic transfer connector 51 close to the support body 52 is hinged with the first crank 5 to form a rotation connection point 55; the vertical distance L in the horizontal direction between the first fixed connection point 54 and the rotational connection point 55 is 2 to 6cm, in this embodiment 4 to 5cm, and this distance allows the elastic transfer connector 51 to have a certain deformation space, thereby ensuring smooth left and right rotation of the seat support member 4.
As shown in fig. 2-5 and 9-12, in order to make the seat support 4 and the second base 3 more elastic and favorable for resetting when swinging left and right, the present invention further provides a swinging resetting mechanism, wherein the swinging resetting mechanism comprises a bearing portion 70 and a spring 71, the left and right ends of the bottom plate 21 are further extended upwards to form side plates 24, the bearing portion 70 is fixedly connected to the side plates 24, and the upper and lower ends of the spring 71 are respectively abutted against the top plate 31 and the bearing portion 70; when the seat support 4 and the second base 3 swing left and right, the spring 71 deforms to generate elastic force, so that the elastic feeling of the seat support 4 and the second base 3 during the worship is increased, and the user experience is better.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9-12, the swing locking mechanism further includes a locking slider 72, a control pull wire 73 and a return spring, the locking slider 72 is disposed at a position close to the front plate 22 of the first base 2, the return spring is a compression spring 74, and one end of the compression spring 74 abuts against the stop plate 34 extending downward from the top plate 31; the locking slider 72 is U-shaped and slidably connected to the top plate 31, and the locking slider 72 has two insertion portions 75 that are bilaterally symmetrical.

as shown in fig. 10, in the locked state, the control wire 73 releases the locking slider 72, the insertion portion 75 of the locking slider 72 is inserted into and fills the gap 76 between the top plate 31 and the upper end of the front plate 22 by the action of the compression spring 74, specifically, the middle position of the upper end of the front plate 22 is formed with a connecting lug 221 rotatably connected with the bearing portion 32, and the upper end portions of the front plate 22 at the left and right sides of the connecting lug 221 are sunk to form the gap 76; extension plates 222 extend horizontally from the upper end portions of the front plate 22 on both sides of the engaging lug 221, and when the lock slider 72 is in the locked state, the lower end surfaces of the lock slider 72 contact and abut against the extension plates 222, thereby restricting the top plate 31 from swinging left and right.
As shown in fig. 9, in the unlocked state, the control wire 73 pulls the lock slider 72 to expose the gap 76, and at the same time, causes the compression spring 74 to deform to form a return spring force that pushes against the lock slider 72.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the sliding connection between the locking slider 72 and the top plate 31 means: a locking slide block guiding mechanism is arranged between the locking slide block 72 and the top plate 31, the locking slide block guiding mechanism comprises a guiding pin 77 and a guiding hole 78, the guiding pin 77 is fixedly connected with the top plate 31, the guiding pin 77 extends downwards from the top plate 31, the guiding hole 78 is arranged on the locking slide block 72, the guiding pin 77 is inserted into the guiding hole 78, and the lower end of the guiding pin 77 is expanded outwards to support the locking slide block 72. The lock slider 72 slides back and forth through the guide hole 78 and the guide pin 77, and the length of the guide hole 78 determines the sliding distance of the lock slider 72.
As shown in fig. 7, the locking device further includes a rocker locking control device, where the rocker locking control device includes a sliding locking member 84 and a plurality of slots 80, each slot 80 is a locking position, and in this embodiment, three slots are provided, but may also be designed into two or four slots according to actual needs; the rocker 62 comprises a rocker main body 621 and rocker sides 622 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rocker main body 621, the rocker main body 621 is used for being fixedly connected with the chair back component, and the rocker sides 622 are connected with the second crank 6 into a whole; the sliding locking member 84 is supported by a supporting plate 623 fixedly connected between the two second cranks 6, the sliding locking member 84 selectively slides back and forth along the supporting plate 623 and stays at a predetermined position, the clamping groove 80 is arranged on the hanging plates 311 extending downwards at the left and right sides of the top plate 31 from top to bottom, an elongated slot 81 arranged in the up-down direction is further arranged beside the clamping groove 80, and the elongated slot 81 is communicated with each clamping groove 80.
The sliding locking piece 84 comprises a main body part 79 and a bifurcated rod 82 extending from two ends of the main body part 79 to the same side of the main body part 79, a locking pin 83 extending laterally is arranged at the head part of the bifurcated rod 82, and the second crank 6 is in sleeve fit with the locking pin 83 through a waist-shaped hole 64; more specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the hanging plates 311 are two pairs arranged at a left-right interval, a space 3110 is left between the hanging plates 311 in each pair, and each crotch 82 is correspondingly inserted into the space 3110 between the hanging plates in each pair, so that the crotch 82 is limited and prevented from deflecting left and right.
The sliding locking piece 84 has a locking state and an unlocking state, in the unlocking state, the sliding locking piece 84 retracts the locking pin 83 to be in the long groove 81, the locking pin 83 is not limited any more, and the rocker 62 rotates freely; in the locked condition, the sliding lock 84 slides to cause the locking pins 83 to enter the corresponding pockets 80 such that the rocker 62 is restricted from rotating.
As shown in fig. 8, the sliding control mode of the sliding locking member 84 is a wire control mode, specifically, one end of the sliding locking member 84 is connected with a pull wire 8, one end of the pull wire 8 is connected with a control switch 7, and the pull wire 8 moves under the action of the control switch 7, the control switch 7 can be kept in an open or closed state, the pull wire 8 is sleeved in a sleeve 85, one end of the sleeve 85 is installed on a support 86, the support 86 is fixedly connected with a supporting plate 623, and the pull wire 8 moves along the sleeve; when the control switch 7 is in an open state, the pull wire 8 is pulled, and the sliding locking piece 84 retracts to enable the locking pin 83 to be located in the long groove 81; when the control switch 7 is in the closed state, the pull wire 8 is extended, and the sliding locking piece 84 slides to enable the locking pin 83 to enter the corresponding clamping groove 80.
In order to ensure that the sliding locking piece 84 can smoothly enter a locking state, a return spring 87 is further arranged, an accommodating groove 88 is formed in the bifurcate rod 82, a stop block 89 is fixedly arranged on the second crank 6, the stop block 89 laterally extends into the accommodating groove 88, the return spring 87 is positioned in the accommodating groove 88, and two ends of the return spring 87 respectively abut against the stop block 89 and the bifurcate rod 82; in the unlocked state, the slide lock 84 is retracted, and the return spring 87 is compressed to generate a return elastic force; the locking pin 83 is in the slot 81, the locking pin 83 is no longer restricted, and the rocker 62 rotates freely; when the locking device is rotated to the maximum angle, as shown in fig. 22 and 23, the locking device can be switched to the locking state, the return spring 87 is reset, and the crotch bar 82 is pushed to move, so that the crotch bar 82 drives the locking pin 83 to move along the waist-shaped hole 64 and enter the uppermost slot 80 to realize locking.
And an elastic resetting device is also arranged on the second base 3 and used for enabling the rocker 62 to pry the second crank 6 to move so as to enable the second crank 6 to recover to the original position. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the elastic return means is a return torsion spring 99 sleeved on the third rotation shaft 93, and one arm 99a of the return torsion spring 99 is lapped on the fourth rotation shaft 94; the hanging plate 311 has extending portions (not shown) extending downward, a bar (not shown) is welded between the left and right extending portions (not shown), and the other arm (not shown) of the return torsion spring 99 is caught on the bar.
The other arm of the return torsion spring 99 is fixed, and when the rocker 62 rotates, the fourth rotating shaft 94 is driven to rotate the arm 99a, so that the return torsion spring 99 deforms; of course, the matching relationship of the return torsion spring 99 can be flexibly adjusted according to the structure and space requirements.
Example 2: the difference from embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 19, the two elastic transfer connectors 51 in this embodiment are independent components, so that the design is convenient for layout, and on the basis of meeting the requirements, the material is saved and the cost is reduced.

More specifically, one of the supporting plate 66 or the connecting head 59 is provided with a positioning hole 95, the other of the supporting plate 66 or the connecting head 59 is provided with a positioning column 96, and the positioning column 96 is inserted into the positioning hole 95 and is in interference fit with the positioning hole 95; in order to make the connection more stable, the supporting plate 66 is connected with the connecting head 59 through screws; in detail, the supporting plate 66 is provided with a screw passing hole 97, the connecting head 59 is provided with a threaded hole 98, and the screw passing hole 97 is aligned with the threaded hole 98 and then screwed in to realize the connection and fixation of the supporting plate 66 and the connecting head 59.
In the embodiment, the bearing piece 61 is connected with the top plate 31 of the second base 3 into a whole, so that the processing is convenient; specifically, the bearing piece 61 and the bearing plate 66 are integrally formed by metal materials; therefore, the bearing piece 61 and the support body 52 are connected with the bearing plate 66, so that the assembly and the modular assembly and production are convenient.
More specifically, in the present embodiment, the elastic intermediate connecting member 51 is L-shaped, so that it is easier to deform itself.

Claims (15)

1. A dynamic tray, comprising:
a first base configured to connect to a seat support assembly;
the second base is connected with the first base in a left-right rotating manner;
one end of the first crank is hinged with the first base; the other end of the first crank is hinged with an elastic transfer connecting piece, the elastic transfer connecting piece is used for connecting the seat supporting piece, and the elastic transfer connecting piece deforms under the action of external force and resets when the external force disappears;
the two ends of the second crank are respectively hinged with the second base and the bearing piece, the bearing piece is rigid and is used for connecting the base supporting piece, and the bearing piece is positioned at the upper end of the second base;
the rocker is configured to be connected with the chair back component and is connected with the second crank into a whole;
and the elastic resetting device is used for enabling the rocker to pry the second crank to move and then enabling the second crank to recover the original position.
