Description

Seat tool
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily necessities, and relates to a seat.
Background
Seats, stools and the like are an indispensable part of the daily life and work of people. The chair is provided with a backrest, and can support the back of a human body when a user leans back, so that the user feels comfortable, and the chair is very widely used.
When using the seat, the user typically adopts one of a forward leaning, sitting and reclined posture. In case-riding operation, in order to facilitate placement of both hands on a desk, a user often adopts a forward-leaning posture, i.e., with the torso leaning forward and the waist and back away from the backrest of the chair. At this time, the backrest cannot be attached to the lumbar back, so that support cannot be formed on the lumbar back, and the weight of the upper body of the user is transferred to the pelvic bone through the spinal column, so that the pelvic bone rotates backwards around the ischium, the normal forward protruding curvature of the lumbar vertebra is reduced, the back opening angle between the lumbar vertebrae is increased, and finally the lumbar disc herniation is caused. Meanwhile, the posture of the trunk leaning forward leads to the lumbar retrobulbar of the human body, so that the passive stretching of the muscle at the lumbar and back part is easy to be caused, and finally lumbar muscle strain is caused.
In order to prevent the pelvic bone from rotating backwards and reduce the occurrence of lumbar disc herniation, some improved seats appear in the prior art. For example, the seating surface of a kneeling chair is designed in a shape with low front and high rear, forcing the user to keep the waist straight in a sitting position, so that the pelvic bone of the user is not liable to be rotated backwards; the shape of the sitting surface of the backstjoy is fit with the rear parts of the buttocks, so that the back parts of the buttocks of the user are supported forcefully, and the waist of the user is kept straight basically, so that the pelvic bones are prevented from rotating backwards.
The sitting device maintains the straightened state of the waist of the user through the unique shape design, but cannot directly support the waist of the user, so that the problem of pelvic bone supination in the forward tilting state can be avoided, and the problem of lumbar muscle strain cannot be solved. In addition, these seats only have the effect of correcting the sitting posture, and the user has difficulty in changing the sitting posture to a reclined state, and can not relax and rest through the recline.

Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a seat according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a seat according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic explosive structural view of a seat according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the seat 100 includes a seat plate 1, a lumbar plate 2, a bottom plate 3, a support rod 4, a movement mechanism 5, a linkage mechanism 6 and a restricting mechanism 7.
In this embodiment, the seat 100 is similar to a seat cushion, and is placed on another seat (e.g., a seat or a stool) before being seated by a user.
The seat plate 1 corresponds to the buttocks of the user, and the seat plate 1 supports the buttocks of the user when the user sits.
The waist panel 2 corresponds to the waist of the user, and the waist panel 2 forms a support for the waist of the user when the user sits. Since the lumbar plate 2 is located at one side position of the seat plate 1, the user faces away from the lumbar plate 2 at this time. In the following description, the front refers to the direction in which the user faces, and the rear refers to the direction in which the user faces away.
The bottom plate 3 is arranged below the seat plate 1. When placed on other seats, the bottom plate 3 is in contact with the other seats and does not move relative to the other seats.
In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the seat plate 1 is a slope inclined with respect to the bottom plate 3. When the floor 3 is placed horizontally, the upper surface of the seat plate 1 is inclined downward from the rear to the front at an inclination angle of 15 °.
The upper end of the support rod 4 is coupled to the waist plate 2 by a hinge mechanism 8, and the lower end is hinged to the bottom plate 3 by a rotation shaft 41. In addition, the lower end portion rear side of the support rod 4 protrudes outward to form a press block portion 42.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a hinge mechanism according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the hinge mechanism 8 includes a first hinge 81, a second hinge 82, and an elastic member 83.
The first hinge part 81 is provided at the upper end of the support bar 4, and the second hinge part 82 is provided at the middle of the waist plate 2, with relative rotation between the first hinge part 81 and the second hinge part 82, so that the hinge mechanism 8 has at least one degree of freedom.
In this embodiment, the hinge mechanism 8 is a spherical hinge mechanism, the first hinge portion 81 is a spherical connecting member, and the second hinge portion 82 is a spherical bowl. The spherical connecting member is fitted in the spherical bowl so that the hinge mechanism 8 of the present embodiment has three degrees of freedom.
The elastic member 83 is connected at both ends thereof to the first hinge part 81 and the second hinge part 82, respectively, for providing a restoring force in a rotation direction. When the waist panel 2 is subjected to an external force (for example, the waist of the user is pressed against the waist panel 2, a force forcing the waist panel 2 to rotate is generated), the elastic member 83 is forced and distorted, so that the waist panel 2 rotates to a certain extent with the external force. After the external force is removed, the elastic member 83 is restored, so that the waist panel 2 is returned to the original position. The elastic hinge structure not only enables the waist plate 2 to keep a certain position when not in use and enables a user to be more easily attached to the waist of the user when sitting, but also enables the waist plate 2 to adapt to different postures of the user and always keep attachment under different conditions.
In this embodiment, the elastic element 83 is a spring wire or a spring plate.
The moving mechanism 5 is disposed between the base plate 3 and the seat plate 1, and is configured to move the seat plate 1 relative to the base plate 3. In the present embodiment, the moving mechanism 5 is four pulleys 51 provided on the upper surface of the base plate 3, at four corner positions of the base plate 3, respectively.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the lower surface structure of a seat according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, four pulley guide grooves 11 are provided on the lower surface of the seat plate 1, each pulley guide groove 11 extending in the front-rear direction. The pulleys 51 are fitted in the pulley guide grooves 11 in one-to-one correspondence with the pulley guide grooves 11. Thereby, the seat plate 1 can be moved forward or backward with respect to the floor plate 3 by the moving mechanism 5.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a linkage mechanism according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the link mechanism 6 has a coupling unit 61 and a fitting unit 62, wherein the coupling unit 61 is coupled to at least the seat plate 1, and the fitting unit 62 is fitted to the support rod 4.
In the present embodiment, the number of the coupling units 61 is two, which are respectively located at both sides of the support rod 4. Each of the coupling units 61 includes a first rack 611, a second rack 612, a gear 613, and a gear transmission shaft.
The first rack 611 is fixed to the lower surface of the seat plate 1, and the second rack 612 is fixed to the upper surface of the bottom plate 3 and corresponds to the position of the first rack 611. The gear 613 is located between the first rack 611 and the second rack 612 and is simultaneously engaged with the first rack 611 and the second rack 612. The gear drive shaft is fixedly connected with the gear 613 and is coaxial with the gear 613.
Mating unit 62 includes puck 622 and a puck drive shaft.
The pressing wheel 622 is disposed on the pressing wheel transmission shaft, and the pressing wheel 622 is pressed against the pressing block portion 42 and can slide or roll on the surface of the pressing block portion 42. The surface of the pressing block portion 42 is a curved surface with a specific shape, and a tangential plane of the pressing block portion 42 and the contact portion has a certain angle with the front-rear direction (i.e., the moving direction of the seat plate 1), so that a component force along the front-rear direction can be formed on the pressing block portion 42 when the pressing wheel 622 moves along the front-rear direction and pushes the pressing block portion 42, so that the pressing block portion 42 moves forward and backward, and the support rod 4 is driven to rotate forward or backward. Accordingly, when support bar 42 rotates forward or backward, press block 42 also exerts a force component on puck 622 in the forward and backward direction, causing puck 622 to move in the forward and backward direction.
In this embodiment, the pinch roller drive shaft is rigidly connected coaxially with the gear rotation shaft and integrally formed to form a drive shaft 621. That is, the driving shaft 621 serves as both a driving shaft of the pressing wheel and a rotation shaft of the gear, both ends of which are fixed to the two gears 613, respectively, and the pressing wheel 622 is disposed at a central position of the driving shaft 621.
The restriction mechanism 7 includes a distance limiting piece 71 and a distance limiting cover plate 72 for restricting the distance between the seat plate 1 and the bottom plate 3 in the up-down direction, thereby preventing the seat plate 1 from being separated from the bottom plate 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the distance limiting member 71 is a large head screw having a screw head at one end and a threaded portion at the other end. The seat 1 is provided with a threaded through hole 12 which is matched with the threaded part of the distance limiting piece 71, and the distance limiting piece 71 is fixed on the seat 1 through threaded connection. At this time, the screw head of the distance limiter 71 is away from the seat plate 1, corresponding to the top of the distance limiter 71, and the screw portion is fixed to the seat plate 1, corresponding to the root of the distance limiter 71.
The bottom plate 3 is provided with a recess 31 cooperating with a distance limiting member 71. The recess 31 extends in the direction of movement of the seat plate 1 with an opening width smaller than the bottom width and smaller than the width of the top of the distance limiting member 71.
The top of the distance limiting piece 71 (i.e., the screw head) is accommodated in the groove 31, and since the opening width of the groove 31 is smaller than the top width of the distance limiting piece 71, the distance limiting piece 71 is not pulled out of the groove 31 while being movable with the seat plate 1, and the distance between the seat plate 1 and the bottom plate 3 in the up-down direction is limited.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the seat 1 has a seat extension 13 extending rearward at a rear position. The bottom end of the distance cover plate 72 is fixed to the bottom plate 3, and a receiving portion for receiving the seat extension 13 is provided in the distance cover plate 72, so that the seat 1 and the bottom plate 3 are not separated in the up-down direction.
In this embodiment, the seat extension 13 is further provided with a reinforcing rib 131 for reinforcing the seat extension 13.
In this embodiment, a buffer mechanism 9 is further provided between the seat plate 1 and the bottom plate 3, and the buffer mechanism 9 includes a damper 91. One end of the damper 91 is fixed to the bottom plate 3, and the other end abuts against the distance limiting member 71, and the damper 91 provides a certain degree of resistance to prevent the seat plate 1 from moving too hard or colliding when the seat plate 1 moves forward and backward with respect to the bottom plate 3.
The principle of the seat 100 of the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of two states of a seat according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 7 (a) is a schematic view of the seat 100 when the user takes a forward leaning sitting posture, and fig. 7 (B) is a schematic view of the seat 100 when the user takes a backward leaning sitting posture.
As shown in fig. 7 (a), when the user is working on a table, the upper body is tilted forward, and both the waist and the back are moved forward, so that the center of gravity of the user is moved forward (from the hip position to the thigh position).
Since the upper surface of the seat plate 1 is an inclined surface, the forward movement of the center of gravity of the user causes a component force to be generated in the user's buttocks, which acts on the upper surface of the seat plate 1 and is directed forward. When the seat 100 is placed on another seat, the floor 3 does not move any more, and the aforementioned component force toward the front drives the seat 1 to move forward by the moving mechanism 5. Then, the forward movement of the seat plate 1 drives the first rack 611 to move forward, so that the gear 613 rotates under the drive of the first rack 611, and further drives the transmission shaft 621 to move forward along with the rotation of the gear 611. At this time, the pressing wheel 622 pushes the pressing block portion 42, so that the support rod 4 rotates forward, and thus the waist plate 2 is driven to swing forward accordingly (i.e., to tilt forward by a certain angle while moving forward as a whole).
The waist panel 2 can be continuously attached to the waist of the user due to the forward swinging movement of the waist of the user after the upper body of the user leans forward.
After the user has finished leaning forward on his upper body, the upper surface of the seat plate 1 is inclined, so that the user's buttocks will always generate a forward component force on the upper surface of the seat plate 1. According to the action of the above-mentioned linkage mechanism 6, this component force will cause the waist plate 2 to move forward, but since the waist plate 2 is already attached to the waist of the user, the waist of the user does not move any further, the waist plate 2 cannot actually move forward, but continues to apply forward pushing force to the waist. The thrust force forms the supporting force of the waist plate 2 on the waist, so that a user can feel that the waist is always supported by the waist plate, the pelvic bone is not rotated backwards, and the fatigue of the lumbar muscle is not easy to feel.
As shown in fig. 7 (B), when the user leans back the upper body without the need of a table, the waist pushes the waist plate 2 backward to form a backward pushing force. When the thrust overcomes the forward thrust of the waist plate 2, the waist plate 2 is caused to perform a backward swinging motion, so that the support rod 4 is rotated backward. At this time, the pressing block portion 42 presses the pressing wheel 622, so that the transmission shaft 621 moves backward, driving the two gears 613 to rotate, further driving the upper rack 611 to move backward, as a result of which the seat 1 moves backward through the moving mechanism 5, and the buttocks of the user also moves backward by a certain distance.
Since the upper half of the user leans back and the buttocks move backward by a certain distance, the back of the user can contact the back of the chair 200 and can relax and rest in a posture in which the back rests on the back of the chair. Meanwhile, since the upper surface of the seat plate 1 is an inclined surface, the gravity of the user in this state will still generate a forward component force. Similar to the state after the forward tilting action is finished, the component force will cause the waist plate 2 to generate a forward swinging movement trend, and the waist plate 2 continuously applies forward pushing force to the waist, so that the supporting force of the waist plate 2 to the waist is formed, and the user can feel that the waist is always supported by the waist plate.
Similarly, when the user is sitting, his weight force will also generate the aforementioned forward component of force, thereby allowing the lumbar plate 2 to support the waist.
Example operation and Effect
According to the seat provided by the embodiment, the seat can move forward relative to the bottom plate when the user leans forward by the moving mechanism, and the waist plate can swing forward by the linkage mechanism when the seat moves forward, so that enough support can be provided for the waist of the user through the waist plate when the user leans forward, the problem of pelvic bone backspin in the forward leaning state is avoided, and simultaneously, the fatigue of lumbar muscles can be prevented.
Because the waist plate can swing backwards when the user leans backwards, the linkage mechanism and the moving mechanism can enable the seat plate to move backwards relative to the bottom plate, the seat disclosed by the invention can enable the user to obtain waist support when changing sitting postures into leaning backwards for rest, and excessive backward rotation of the pelvic bones is avoided.
In this embodiment, the combination unit of the linkage mechanism adopts the form of the gear, the rack and the gear transmission shaft, and the cooperation unit adopts the form of the pinch roller transmission shaft and the pinch roller, so that when the support rod is driven to rotate, the rotation can be smoother and more stable, and the user feels comfortable.
The seat in this embodiment is inclined so that the user's own weight creates a forward component of force on the seat. The component force not only can drive the linkage mechanism and the moving mechanism to enable the seat plate and the waist plate to move correspondingly when a user changes sitting postures, so that the waist plate always fits the waist, but also can enable the waist plate to generate forward thrust when the user maintains a certain sitting posture (including forward leaning, forward sitting and backward leaning), the waist of the user is always supported forcefully, and the problems of pelvic bone backward leaning and lumbar muscle fatigue can be better avoided.
In this embodiment, the moving mechanism employs pulleys provided at four corners of the base plate, so that the movement of the seat plate relative to the base plate is more stable. The pulleys are fitted in the pulley guide grooves, respectively, and the pulley guide grooves extend in the front-rear direction, so that the seat plate can be prevented from moving in the left-right direction relative to the bottom plate.
The limiting mechanism can limit the distance between the seat plate and the bottom plate in the up-down direction, so that the seat of the embodiment cannot be loosened, and can be optionally taken up and put down to be placed at any position. The limiting mechanism of the embodiment adopts two structures of the distance limiting piece and the cover plate, so that the limiting mechanism can limit at two different positions, so that the seat is uniformly stressed when being lifted, and is not easy to damage.
The hinge mechanism of the present embodiment has an elastic member, and thus can make the waist panel more easily fit to the waist portion when the user sits down, and can keep fit even in different postures of the user.
< example two >
In the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same structures as in the first embodiment, and the same description is omitted.
Fig. 8 is a side view of a seating structure in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, in the seat 200 of the second embodiment, the link mechanism 6 is in the form of a link. That is, the link mechanism 6 is a link rod, one end of which is hinged to the seat plate 1, and the other end of which is hinged to the support rod 4. In the link mechanism 6, the end hinged to the seat plate 1 corresponds to a coupling unit, and the end hinged to the support rod 4 corresponds to a fitting unit.
When the seat plate 1 moves forward due to forward component force, the seat plate 1 directly drives the supporting rod 4 to rotate forward through the linkage mechanism 6; correspondingly, when the support rod 4 rotates backwards due to the backward swinging movement of the waist plate 2, the support rod 4 also directly drives the seat plate 1 to move backwards through the linkage mechanism 6.
Example operation and Effect
In this embodiment, the linkage mechanism adopts a link form simpler than the structure of the first embodiment, and the link form can also realize the linkage of the seat plate and the support rod, thereby realizing the linkage of the waist plate.
The linkage mechanism of the present embodiment has a certain disadvantage in the smooth effect of linkage and comfort for the user as compared with the linkage mechanism of the first embodiment, but has fewer components and simpler connection relationship, and thus is easy to manufacture and relatively low in cost.
Example III
In the third embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same structures as those in the first embodiment, and the same description is omitted.
Fig. 9 is a side view of a seating structure in accordance with a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, in the seat 300 of the third embodiment, the link mechanism 6 takes the form of a push rod. That is, the link mechanism 6 is a single push rod, the bottom end portion of which is fixed to the seat plate 1, and the top end portion of which has a push rod pressing wheel 63 press-fitted to the rear side of the support rod 4.
In the link mechanism 6, one end fixed to the seat plate 1 corresponds to a coupling means, and one end pressed against the support rod 4 corresponds to a fitting means.
When the seat 1 moves forward due to the forward component force, the seat 1 drives the linkage mechanism 6 to move forward, and the push rod pinch roller 63 pushes the support rod 4 to rotate forward.
When the support rod 4 rotates backwards due to the backward swinging motion of the waist plate 2, the support rod 4 pushes the push rod pinch roller to enable the linkage mechanism 6 to move backwards, so that the seat plate 1 is driven to move backwards.
Example operation and Effect
In this embodiment, the linkage mechanism adopts a push rod form simpler than the structure of the first embodiment, and the push rod form can also realize the linkage of the seat plate and the supporting rod, so as to realize the linkage of the waist plate.
Compared with the linkage mechanism of the first embodiment, the linkage mechanism of the present embodiment has a certain lack of smooth linkage effect and comfort level for the user, but has better effect than the second embodiment. Correspondingly, the manufacturing cost of the linkage mechanism of the embodiment is lower than that of the first embodiment but higher than that of the second embodiment.
Example IV
In the fourth embodiment, the same configuration as in the first embodiment is given the same reference numerals and the same description is omitted.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of a base plate and seat plate unfolding structure according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the number of distance limiting members 71 is two, and the distance limiting members are respectively distributed on both sides of the front end of the seat board 1; the number of grooves 31 is also two, and the grooves are provided on both sides of the front end of the bottom plate 3 in correspondence with the distance limiting members 71, respectively.
Both of the distance limiting members 71 are limiting projections which are L-shaped hooks when seen from the front-rear direction, the root portions of which are fixed to the seat plate 1, and the hook portions (corresponding to the tops) are accommodated in the grooves 31.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the buffer mechanism 9 includes two dampers 91. The two sides of the bottom plate 3 are also provided with a damper guide groove 92 respectively, and two sides of the lower surface of the seat plate 1 are correspondingly provided with damper stop blocks 93. The dampers 91 are accommodated in the damper guide grooves 92, respectively, with one ends fixed to the inner walls of the damper guide grooves 92 and the other ends abutting against the damper stoppers 93.
Example operation and Effect
In this embodiment, two distance limiting members are respectively disposed at two sides of the front end of the seat, so compared with the first embodiment, the limiting mechanism of this embodiment can limit at three positions, so that the stress is more uniform when the seat is lifted.
In this embodiment, the two dampers are respectively disposed on two sides of the bottom plate, so that the buffering force provided by the dampers is more uniform, and the user feels more comfortable.
< example five >
In the fifth embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same configurations as in the first embodiment, and the same description is omitted.
Fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a seat structure according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 11, the seat 500 of the fifth embodiment further has a cushion 501, and the cushion 501 is covered on the seat 1 and the waist plate 2, and is made of a flexible material such as a common foam cushion, so that the contact portion is made of a soft material when the user sits, and the user feels more comfortable.
< example six >
In the sixth embodiment, the same configuration as in the first embodiment is given the same reference numerals, and the same description is omitted.
Fig. 12 is a side view of the seat according to the sixth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the seat 600 of the sixth embodiment further has a cushion 601, support legs 602, extension rods 603, a backrest 604, and a headrest 605.
Support legs 602 are provided on the lower surface of the floor 3 for supporting the entire seating furniture 600. The lower ends of the support legs 602 are further provided with a plurality of moving wheels for integrally moving the seating furniture 600.
The extension rod 603 is connected to the support rod 4, and a backrest 604 corresponding to the back of the user and a headrest 605 corresponding to the head of the user are provided on the extension rod 603.
In this embodiment, the extension rod 603 is integrally formed with the support rod 4 to form an overall rod shape. The extension rod 603 may be rotatably connected to the support rod 4 and fixed by means of a knob, a buckle, or the like.
The above-described structure makes the seating apparatus 600 of the present embodiment take the form of a seat, which can be used alone as one seat without being placed on other seats.
The above examples are only for illustrating the specific embodiments of the present invention, and the seating apparatus of the present invention is not limited to the scope described in the above examples.
In the above embodiment, the gear transmission shaft and the pinch roller transmission shaft are coaxially and rigidly connected and integrally formed to form a single integral transmission shaft. However, in the invention, the two rotating shafts can be connected only coaxially and rigidly without being integrally formed, and even can be connected non-coaxially and rigidly, so long as the two rotating shafts are parallel to each other, and the transmission function can be realized.
In the above embodiment, the moving mechanism takes the form of four pulleys, but in the present invention, the moving mechanism may take other forms that allow the seat to move relative to the base, such as sliding rails that are respectively provided on the seat and the base and are engaged with each other, or forms similar to bearings (i.e., the seat and the base are respectively provided with corresponding guide rails that are engaged with each other, and balls are provided in the guide rails).
When the above-described mutually engaged moving mechanisms are employed, the restricting mechanism may be omitted. Because the above-described movement mechanism secures the seat pan with the floor, no additional restraining mechanism is required to restrain the seat pan above the floor.
In addition, in the above embodiments, the limiting mechanism adopts a mode of matching the distance limiting piece with the cover plate. However, a plurality of distance limiting members and grooves matched with the distance limiting members can be arranged at different positions in front and back, so that a cover plate is omitted.
In the above embodiment, the seat plate is inclined at an angle of 15 °. However, in the present invention, the angle may be any angle between 0 ° and 30 °.
When the seat is inclined at 0 deg., the gravity of the user does not generate forward component force any more, so the user needs to move the buttocks to drive the seat to move forward, and the linkage effect can be realized, but compared with the embodiment, the comfort is relatively low because the user is required to apply force actively.
When the inclination angle of the seat plate is larger than 30 degrees, on one hand, the seat plate which is too inclined can lead a user to generate a sliding sense to cause the comfort to be reduced, and on the other hand, the forward component force generated by the gravity of the user can be larger, so that the forward thrust of the waist plate is too strong to further cause the user to feel uncomfortable.
In the hinge mechanism of the above embodiment, the first hinge part is provided at the upper end part of the support rod, and the second hinge part is provided at the middle part of the waist plate. However, in the present invention, the positions of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion may be reversed, that is, the first hinge portion is provided on the waist plate and the second hinge portion is provided on the support rod.
Similarly, the distance limiting pieces in the embodiment are all arranged on the seat plate, and the grooves matched with the distance limiting pieces are all arranged on the bottom plate; one end of a damper in the buffer mechanism is fixed on the bottom plate, and the other end of the damper is abutted on a distance limiting piece or a damper stop block arranged on the seat plate. However, in the present invention, these placement positions may be reversed correspondingly. Namely, the distance limiting piece can be arranged on the bottom plate, and the groove can be arranged on the seat plate; the damper may have one end fixed to the seat board and the other end connected to the distance limiting member or damper block.
