It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of an information presentation method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the information presentation method includes the following steps:
step 101, in response to receiving a first message sent by a second user through a second terminal, monitoring whether a first user has an information input operation in a first interactive interface displaying the first message within a first preset time period.
In this embodiment, the first message may be chat interaction information. Chat interaction information may be published from an interactive interface. The interactive interface can be generated by information interaction between the first user and the second user.
The first message sent by the second user includes but is not limited to: text messages, voice messages, video messages, or links to other websites, applications, etc. Typically, a user can chat with other users through a terminal application. When two or more users are chatting, it is usually done through a specific chat interaction interface. After the second user sends the first message to the first user in the second interactive interface through the second terminal, the first user can receive the message through the first terminal used by the first user and present the message in the first interactive interface. Here, the second user refers to a user who transmits information, and the first user refers to a user who receives information transmitted by the second user.
After the second user sends the first message to the first user through the chat application installed on the second terminal, that is, the second user sends an information forwarding request to a server (that is, a server) supported by the chat application. And after receiving a first message sent by a second terminal used by a second user, the server forwards the first message to the first user. When the server (i.e., the server) receives the first message from the second terminal used by the second user, the server will usually obtain the user identifier of the first user corresponding to the second terminal to which the first message is sent. Thus, based on the user identification, the server (i.e., the server) forwards the chat message to the first user.
After receiving a first message sent by a second user through a server, a first terminal used by a first user can immediately start to monitor whether the first user has information input operation in a first interactive interface.
When the first user starts to input the reply message in the first interactive interface, the first terminal can listen to the operation of inputting the reply message. The reply message may be a text message, a voice message, etc.
After the first user receives the first message sent by the second user through the first terminal, the first user can reply the information to the second user through the first interactive interface presenting the first message sent by the second user.
Specifically, the information input operation may be an operation for instructing the user to write information into a dialog box presented in the above-described communication-type application using, for example, an input method, a microphone, or the like. The input operation may be an input operation of text information, an input operation of voice information, or an input operation of converting voice into text. As an example, when the first user performs an input operation by an input method, the input operation may be, for example, a click operation on a key in an input method keyboard (real keyboard or virtual keyboard) for indicating a character input area, a click operation on a key in the input method keyboard for indicating deletion of a character, a click operation on a key in the input method keyboard for indicating determination of input into a dialog box, or the like.
It should be noted that the preset time period is a preset time period that is a distance from a time when the server sends the first message of the second user.
The preset time period may be 20s, 30s, etc., and the preset time period may be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited herein.
In some optional implementations, the step 101 may include the following steps:
firstly, in response to the fact that the first user has input operation in the first interactive interface within a first preset time period, determining whether the duration of the input operation is longer than a first preset time length;
and secondly, if the duration of the information input operation is determined to be longer than a first preset duration, determining that the first user executes the information input operation in the first interactive interface.
The first preset time period may be 1s, 2s, and the like, and the first preset time period may be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited herein.
Illustratively, if the first user selects a smiley face expression to send from the list of expressions presented in the first interactive interface. The duration of the information input operation of the user that the first terminal hears is 0.5 s. And if the duration is less than the first preset time length 1s, the first terminal determines that the execution operation of the first user in the first interactive interface is not the information input operation.
If the user inputs text information or voice information in the first interactive interface, the duration of the information input operation of the user monitored by the first terminal is 5s, and the duration is longer than a first preset time length 1s, the first terminal determines that the first user executes the information input operation in the first interactive interface.
The following takes a specific scenario as an example to further explain the present step. The time for the first terminal used by the first user to receive the first message sent by the second user is 18: 00. the first terminal may listen whether an information input operation of the first user in the first interactive interface is received within 15s after 18: 00. And the first terminal responds to the condition that the information input operation executed by the first user on the first interactive interface is received for the first time in the 15s, and further determines whether the duration of the information input operation is longer than the preset duration. In response to determining whether the duration of the input operation is greater than the preset duration, it may be determined that the first user performs an information input operation through the first interactive interface.
Step 102, responding to the fact that the first user has information input operation in the first interactive interface within the first preset time period, and generating first feedback information which is being input by the first user.
When the first user performs an information input operation, the first terminal device used by the first user may generate first feedback information for feeding back that the first user is inputting. The first feedback information here may be text information, symbol information, or a combination of text and symbol information, and the like.
And 103, sending the first feedback information to the second terminal by using the server, so that the second terminal presents indication information in a preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented in the second interactive interface according to the first feedback information, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the input state of the first user.
In this embodiment, the first terminal may first send the first feedback information to the server. And then the server side forwards the first feedback information to a second used terminal used by a second user.
The second terminal may present the indication information within a preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented in the second interaction interface displayed by the second terminal according to the first feedback information. The indication information here indicates the input state of the first user.
In this embodiment, the input state of the first user may include "being input", and the indication information may be indication information indicating that the user is "being input".
The indication information here may include, but is not limited to, words, symbols, or a combination of words and symbols, and the like.
The presenting of the indication information within the preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented in the second interaction interface may include:
the input state may be presented in the form of a bubble at a preset position of the latest chat interaction information in the second interactive interface. The preset position may be above the latest chat interaction information, or may be at another position.
Preferably, the indication information is presented below the latest chat interaction information presented on the second interactive interface in the information browsing direction of the second user. That is, when the first user replies with the information to the second user but does not edit the piece of information, the second user then sends the information to the first user, and in the second interactive interface, the position for presenting the indication information continuously moves downwards along with the latest information sent by the second user, that is, is always presented below the latest chat interaction information.
According to the embodiment, the indication information used for indicating the input state of the user of the information sending end is displayed in the interaction interface of the information receiving end and at the preset position in the information interaction frame, so that the user of the information receiving end can see the input state of the user of the information sending end more clearly and conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiments shown in the present application are specifically explained below with reference to fig. 2a to 2d by taking a specific application scenario as an example.
As shown in fig. 2a, the second user sends a first message of "go to the picnic bar on weekend" to the first user through the second interactive interface 201 in the second terminal 21. At this time, after receiving the information, the server supporting the chat interactive terminal forwards the information to the first terminal 22 used by the first user, and at the same time, the first message "go to the picnic bar on the weekend" is presented in the first interactive interface 202 of the first terminal 22. After receiving the first message sent by the second user, the first user may input a message in reply to the second user at the first interactive interface 202. As shown in fig. 2 b. In fig. 2b, the first user inputs "good" information in the information input box of the first interactive interface 202 through the first terminal 22, but the information is not yet sent to the second user. The first terminal 22 may start to monitor whether the first user has an information input operation in the information input box after receiving the first message. When it is monitored that the first user has an information input operation in the first interactive interface within a first preset time period, first feedback information which is fed back and is being input by the first user can be generated. And transmits the first feedback information to the second terminal 21 by using a server. The second terminal 21 presents the indication information "being input" within the preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented in the second interaction interface 201 according to the received first feedback information. As shown in fig. 2 c-2 d, the indication information of "inputting" may be presented below the first message sent by the second user in the chat interaction box shown in fig. 2c, or may be presented above the first message sent by the second user as shown in fig. 2 d.
Please refer to fig. 3a to fig. 3c, which are schematic diagrams illustrating another application scenario of the information presentation method according to the embodiment of the present application.
In the scenario shown in fig. 3a, after the second user sends the information of "go to the picnic bar on weekend" to the first user through the second interactive interface 201 of the second terminal 21, the first user replies "good" to the second user through the first interactive interface of the first terminal. The first user continues to enter characters into the information entry box in the first interactive interface 202 through the first terminal 22, as shown in fig. 3 a. The first terminal monitors that the user continues to perform the information input operation in the first interactive interface 202, and may continue to generate the first feedback information and send the first feedback information to the second terminal by using the server. The second terminal 21 may present indication information of "inputting" in the second interactive interface 201 according to the first feedback information. As shown in fig. 3b, the "inputting" word is presented below the "good" message sent by the first user in the second interactive interface 201 of the second terminal 21. At this time, the second user continues to send the information of "which to go" to the first user through the second interactive interface 201 of the second terminal 21, while the first user has not edited the previously edited information, at this time, indication information indicating that the first user is "inputting" is still displayed in the second interactive interface 201 of the second terminal 21 of the second user. At this time, the indication information of "what is being input" may be presented below the information of "what is going" sent by the second user as shown in fig. 3 c. That is, the indication information for indicating the input state of the first user moves with the information transmitted by the second user and is always displayed below the latest message transmitted by the second user.
It should be noted that, after the first user replies to the message sent by the second user, in a preset time period after the first user sends the message, when the second user performs character editing to continue sending the message to the first user, the first interactive interface of the first terminal used by the first user may present input information indicating the input state of the second user.
As shown in fig. 4a-4b, when a first user performs character editing through the first interactive interface 202 presented by the first terminal 22, a second user also performs character editing through the second interactive interface presented by the second terminal, so as to generate information and send the information to the first user. At this time, indication information of the input state "being input" of the first user is presented in the first interactive interface 202 of the first terminal 22 of the first user, as shown in fig. 4 a. The second user then sends the "where to" information to the first user via the second interactive interface of the second terminal. The first interactive interface 202 of the first terminal 22 of the first user is presented with the "where" information sent by the second user, as shown in fig. 4 b.
Continuing to refer to FIG. 5, a flow chart illustrating yet another embodiment of an information presentation method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the information presentation method includes the following steps:
step 501, in response to receiving a first message sent by a second user through a second terminal, monitoring whether a first user has an information input operation in a first interactive interface displaying the first message within a first preset time period.
Step 502, in response to monitoring that the first user has an information input operation in the first interactive interface within a first preset time period, generating first feedback information being input by the first user.
Step 503, the server sends the first feedback information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal presents the indication information within the preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented in the second interaction interface according to the first feedback information.
The specific implementation and beneficial effects of step 501, step 502, and step 503 may refer to the related descriptions in step 101, step 102, and step 103 shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
Step 504, monitor if the information input operation is aborted.
And 505, if the information input operation is monitored to be stopped, accumulating the stop duration.
In this embodiment, the first terminal may continue to listen to the information input operation after sending the first feedback information to the second terminal through the server. If the user continues to perform the information input operation, the first terminal can continuously send the first feedback information to the second terminal through the server. After continuously receiving the first feedback information forwarded by the server, the second terminal may continuously present the indication information within a preset range of the latest chat interaction information presented by the second terminal.
And if the first terminal monitors that the information input operation of the user is stopped. For example, if the information input operation of the user is not monitored for 1s, it may be determined that the information input operation of the user is suspended. At this time, the first terminal may accumulate the suspension duration. The accumulated suspension duration here is counted from when the user starts the suspension information input operation.
Step 506, in response to the pause duration being accumulated to a second preset duration, sending second feedback information of input pause to the second terminal through the server, so that the second terminal hides the indication information in the second interactive interface according to the second feedback information.
The first terminal may generate the second feedback information when the suspension duration is accumulated to a second preset duration. The second preset time period here may be, for example, 5s, 6s, 7s, etc. The specific value of the second preset duration may be set according to an application scenario, and is not limited herein. After generating the second feedback information, the first terminal may first send the second feedback information to a server (i.e., a server). And the server side forwards the second feedback information to the second terminal. After receiving the second feedback information, the second terminal may hide, according to the second feedback information, indication information for indicating the input state of the first user, which is displayed in the second interactive interface displayed thereon.
As can be seen from fig. 5, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment highlights a step of hiding indication information indicating an input state, so that the second user can more accurately know the input state of the first user, thereby further improving the user experience.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, after step 506, the information presenting method in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may further include the following steps:
firstly, in response to the fact that the user is monitored to restart the information input operation, the accumulated suspension duration is stopped, and whether the accumulated suspension duration is less than or equal to a third preset time length or not is determined;
the first terminal may listen to whether the user restarts to start the information input operation in the first interactive interface after the user suspends the input information input operation. If the user resumes the information input operation in response to the monitoring, the accumulation of the suspension duration may be stopped. And determining whether the accumulated suspension duration is less than or equal to a third preset duration. The second preset time period may be longer than the second preset time period. The third preset time period may be, for example, 15s, 20s, etc. The specific value of the third preset duration may be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited herein.
Secondly, if the accumulated pause duration is determined to be less than or equal to a third preset duration, third feedback information is generated;
the first terminal may generate third feedback information when determining that the accumulated suspension duration is less than or equal to a third preset duration. The third feedback information here is used to instruct the user to resume the input.
And sending the third feedback information to the second terminal by using the server, so that the second terminal reappears the indication information in the second interactive interface according to the third feedback information.
The first terminal may send the third feedback information to the second terminal by using the server. After receiving the third feedback information, the second terminal may redisplay the indication information indicating the input state of the first user in a second interactive interface thereon.
In addition, if the accumulated pause duration is determined to be greater than the third preset duration, fourth feedback information is generated; and sending the fourth feedback information to the second terminal by using the server, so that the second terminal terminates the presentation of the indication information in the second interactive interface according to the fourth feedback information.
That is, if the accumulated suspension duration is longer than the third preset duration, the first terminal may determine that the current input of the first user is terminated. The fourth feedback information may be used to instruct the first user to terminate the information input operation. The second terminal may terminate the indication information hidden in the interactive interface thereof for indicating the input state of the first user after receiving the fourth feedback information.
In these alternative implementations, if the pause duration between when the user resumes performing the information input operation and when the user starts pausing the information input operation is less than the third preset duration, then the pause duration is equal to or longer than the second preset duration
And the indicating information used for indicating the input state of the first user is displayed in the interactive interface of the second terminal again. If the accumulated suspension duration is longer than a third preset duration, the indication information can be stopped from being presented in the interactive interface of the second terminal.
In some application scenarios, after receiving the first message, the first terminal may start monitoring an information input operation of the first user in the first interactive interface. And after monitoring that the first user has information input operation in the first interactive interface, sending first feedback information to the server. After the server sends the chat information sent by the second user to the terminal device used by the first user, whether the terminal device used by the first user sends the first feedback information within a preset time period can be detected, so as to detect whether the first user performs input operation through the first interactive interface. When the server receives first feedback information sent by a first terminal used by the first user, it can be determined that the first user is performing input operation. After determining that the user is performing the input operation, the duration of the information input operation of the user may be accumulated, and after the duration of the input operation of the user is greater than a first preset time period, it may be determined that the first user is performing the information input operation. And transmitting indication information indicating the input state of the first user to the second terminal. The second terminal may present the indication in a second interactive interface thereon. The first terminal may listen for a user input operation to cease. The first terminal may transmit the second feedback information to the server. And the server determines that the information input operation of the first user is stopped according to the second feedback information. The first terminal may continuously transmit the second feedback signal to the server. The server may accumulate the suspension duration for which the information input operation of the first user is suspended. When the server accumulates the pause duration to a second preset duration, an instruction for hiding the indication information can be generated. And sending the instruction of hiding the indication information to the second terminal. And the second terminal hides the indication information in a second interactive interface according to the instruction. The first terminal may listen to whether the first user starts to perform the information input operation again. And if monitoring whether the first user starts to perform the information input operation again, sending information that the first user starts to perform the information input operation again to the server. The server stops accumulating the suspension duration. And determining whether the accumulated suspension duration is less than or equal to a third preset time, if so, generating an instruction for re-presenting the indication information, and sending the instruction for re-presenting the indication information to a second terminal, wherein the second terminal re-presents the indication information in a second interactive interface of the second terminal according to the instruction. And if the accumulated suspension duration of the server is longer than a third preset duration, generating an instruction for terminating the presentation of the indication information, and sending the instruction for terminating the presentation of the indication information to the second terminal. And the second terminal terminates presenting the indication information in a second interactive interface of the second terminal according to the instruction.
