The information prompting method can be applied to the terminal and the server, and the terminal can realize the information prompting function through interaction with the server. The terminal comprises any data processing equipment with a display function, and can be a desktop, portable mobile terminal equipment such as a tablet personal computer and a smart phone, and wearable equipment such as a smart band and a smart watch. A server refers to a device that provides computing services, and may be a stand-alone computing device or a computing cluster composed of multiple computing devices.
The information prompting method provided by the application can be stored in the terminal and the server in the form of computer programs, and the terminal and the server respectively execute the corresponding computer programs to realize the information prompting method.
In practical application, the information prompting method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a terminal 102 is connected to a server 106 through a network 104, a client is run on the terminal 102, a user realizes a group call with other users through the client, when the group call is performed, the terminal 102 displays a group session communication interface corresponding to a target group to which a first user belongs, then receives group member input state information sent by the server 106, then, the terminal 102 displays an input state notification bar on the group session communication interface, and performs information prompt on the input state notification bar according to the group member input state information.
Next, each step of the information presentation method provided by the present application will be described in detail from the perspective of the terminal and the server, respectively.
First, referring to a flowchart of an information prompting method shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201: and displaying a group session communication interface corresponding to the target group to which the first user belongs.
Many applications provide group session functionality, where users join a group to enable group sessions with other members of the group. The user can join at least one group, and the group in which the user currently performs the group session is a target group to which the user belongs.
The first user is a user in the group, and during concrete implementation, the terminal displays a group session communication interface corresponding to a target group to which the first user belongs, and the group session communication interface displays chat records of all members in the target group.
S202: and receiving the input state information of the group members sent by the server.
Wherein the group member input state information characterizes group members of the target group other than the first user as being in an input state. In a specific implementation, the group member input state information includes a user identifier of a user in an input state except the first user in the target group, where the user identifier has uniqueness in the target group, and as an example of the present application, the user identifier may be a name of the user in the group, that is, a group member name, also referred to as a group nickname, and of course, the user identifier may also be an account of the user.
In specific implementation, when a login user of a client executes input operation in a group through the client, the client responds to the operation to send an input state notification message to a server to notify the server that the login user of the current client is in an input state in the group, the server determines the input state of each group member in a target group based on the input state notification message sent by at least one client, generates group member input state information based on the input state of each group member, and then returns the group member input state information to a terminal where the client is located.
Wherein, the server can determine the input state of each group member in the group in the following way. Specifically, the client includes a function module for acquiring a user input state, the client acquires the user input state through the function module, and then sends an input state notification message to the server, the server may acquire a group identifier corresponding to a group in which the user is currently located, and then searches for user identifiers of all group members currently included in the group corresponding to the group identifier from a database of the server, that is, which members are currently included in the group, and then acquires the input state corresponding to the group member from the corresponding group member client based on the user identifiers of the group members, so as to generate group member input state information.
S203: and displaying an input state notification bar on the group session communication interface, and performing information prompt on the input state notification bar according to the group member input state information.
Specifically, the group session communication interface comprises a chat window, the terminal can display an input state notification bar in a preset area of the chat window, and information prompt is carried out in the input state notification bar according to the input state information of the group members, so that a login user of the client can acquire the input state of the group members at the first time, meaningless input operation is avoided, and group communication efficiency is improved.
The preset area of the chat window can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset area can be set at the top of the chat window, the bottom of the chat window, or even the side of the chat window, so that the influence on the reading of the chat records by the user is avoided.
In this embodiment, the input state notification bar may be fixed to the preset area, or may be configured to be movable, for example, in a floating window form. When the input state notification bar is set to be movable, the terminal may move the input state notification bar in the group session communication interface in response to a movement operation of the first user with respect to the input state notification bar.
Considering that the first user actually intends to acquire the input state of the message sent by other group members in the target group aiming at the first user, the terminal may further perform the step of displaying the input state notification bar on the group session communication interface only when the time difference between the receiving time point of the group member input state information and the sending time point of the first user sending the message in the group last time is less than the first time threshold. The first time threshold may be set according to actual requirements, and as an example, may be set to 10 s. With the above arrangement, it is possible to avoid displaying an input unrelated to the message of the first user, thereby avoiding unnecessary excitement.
When information prompting is carried out, the method provides two implementation modes, one implementation mode is that the number N of the group members in the input state except the first user in the target group and the name of at least one group member in the N groups are displayed, the prompting mode is concise and clear, the user can quickly determine whether other group members respond or not based on the prompting information, the other implementation mode is that the name of the group member in the input state except the first user in the target group is displayed, and the mode can enable the user to know the detailed condition of the group members.
For the first implementation manner, the terminal may determine, according to the group member input state information, the number N of group members in the target group that are in the input state except the first user, and then display, in the input state notification bar, a prompt message including the number of group members and a name of at least one group member of the N group members. Specifically, referring to fig. 3A, a group session communication interface 300 is shown, where the interface 300 includes a chat window 301, a chat record 302 of a group user is shown in the chat window 301, an input status notification bar 303 is shown at the top of the chat window 301, and a terminal displays a prompt message 304 in the input status notification bar 303, that is, "5 users in the current group, including the user a, are in an input status".
For a second implementation manner, the terminal determines the names of the group members in the input state in the target group, except the first user, according to the group member input state information, and then displays a prompt message in the input state notification bar, where the prompt message includes the names of the group members, and is used to prompt the first user of the group members in the input state in the target group. Specifically, referring to fig. 3B, a group session communication interface 300 is shown, where the interface 300 includes a chat window 301, a chat record 302 of a group user is shown in the chat window 301, an input status notification bar 303 is shown at the bottom of the chat window 301, and a terminal displays a prompt message 304 in the input status notification bar 303, that is, "in the current group, besides the user himself, a user a, a user B, a user C, a user D, and a user E are in an input status".
In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides an information prompting method, in a group chat scenario, a terminal displays a group session communication interface corresponding to a target group to which a first user belongs, receives group member input state information sent by a server, where the group member input state information indicates that group members in the target group except the first user are in an input state, and displays an input state notification bar on the group session communication interface, and performs information prompting on the input state notification bar according to the group member input state information to remind the first user that other group users are currently inputting, so as to help the first user to obtain a group chat state in time, avoid a user performing meaningless input operations, and improve group communication efficiency.
In some possible implementations, the terminal may also display the group members being entered in chronological order of entry. Specifically, the terminal displays the names of the group members in the input state notification bar according to the input sequence of the group members in the input state. In view of the reading experience, the terminal may further display information indicating what the group members are entering. As shown in fig. 4A, a user B, a user C, a user D, and a user E are sequentially input in a chronological order, based on which, the terminal displays names of the group members in the input state notification field 403 in the input chronological order, that is, "the user a, the user B, the user C, the user D, and the user E are sequentially in the input state according to the input time," which indicates that the user a is the first input group member, and other clients receive the information and may stop inputting, thereby avoiding the occurrence of multi-user answering, robbing of a call, or repeated answering.
Of course, in some cases, the user may be more closely related to the designated group member in the target group, which may be more expecting the input status of the closely related group members, based on which the terminal may also display the group members being input in descending order of the degree of affinity with the first user. Specifically, the terminal displays the names of the group members in the input state notification bar in descending order according to the degree of affinity between the group members in the input state and the first user, and further displays the content capable of representing the input of the group members.
The affinity of the group member in the target group to the first user may be determined based on whether the group member is a friend or not and a record of messages to and from the first user, wherein the record of messages to and from the group includes a record of messages to and from the group and a record of messages to and from the first user, and the terminal may obtain an affinity score by performing a weighted average on the above factors, and determine the affinity based on the affinity score.
As shown in fig. 4B, when the terminal determines that the user B is most closely related to the first user, and the user C, the user a, the user D, and the user E are the next time among the 5 users being input, the terminal may display "sort by degree of relationship affinity, with the user B, the user C, the user a, the user D, and the user E in the input state notification field 403 in order of degree of relationship affinity of the user B, the user C, the user a, the user D, and the user E in the input state".
In addition, the terminal can also perform information prompt based on the group members concerned by the first user and being input, so that the first user can acquire the input state of the group members concerned by the first user, and the communication efficiency of the first user in the group and the group members concerned by the first user is improved. The group member concerned by the first user may be a group member identified by the first user in advance, or a group member determined based on an interaction record of the first user with the group member.
Specifically, the terminal screens target group members concerned by the first user from among group members which are in the input state except the first user in the target group according to the group member input state information, and then displays prompt information on the input state notification bar, wherein the prompt information includes the name of the target group member concerned by the first user and is used for prompting the target group member in the input state in the target group to the first user.
As shown in fig. 4C, when the terminal determines that, of the 5 users who are inputting, the user B and the user C are target group members to which the first user pays attention, the terminal may display "the user B and the user C who you pay attention are in an inputting state" in an input state notification bar 403. Considering that the users in the input state in the group are not necessarily all the users who input for the first user, the terminal may display only the group members who perform input operations for the first user, that is, the group members who interact with the first user. Specifically, the terminal determines the group members in the target group which are input by the first user according to the group member input state information, and then displays prompt information in the input state notification bar, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the group members in the target group which are input by the first user.
In a specific implementation, the terminal may detect, by the client, user input content, and when it is detected that the input content is related to the first user, for example, the input content includes a user identifier, where the user identifier includes a group name of the user in a group or a real name of the user, for example, "@ something" is input when performing an input operation, and for example, when a matching degree of the input content and a message sent by the first user reaches a matching degree threshold, it is determined that the current login user of the client performs an input operation with respect to the first user, and the terminal may send an input state notification message to the server, where the input state notification message indicates that the current login user of the client performs an input operation with respect to the first user.
As shown in fig. 4D, when the terminal determines that, of the 5 users who are inputting, the user D and the user E are members of a group for which the first user enters an input operation and is in an inputting state, the "user D and the user E are @ you" is displayed in the input state notification field 403.
In some cases, the terminal may display not only the group member being input for the first user, but also other group members being input. Specifically, the terminal may distinguish the group member being input by the first user from other group members in the target group according to the group member input state information, and then display a distinguishing result in the input state notification bar in a distinguishing manner.
As shown in fig. 4E, when the terminal determines that, of the 5 users being input, the user D and the user E are inputting for the first user, and the user a, the user B, and the user C are not inputting for the first user, the "user D and the user E are @ you, the user a, the user B, and the user C are inputting" is displayed in the input status notification bar 403.
Considering that there may be a case of referring to the previous chat record in the group session, the terminal may further perform differentiated display on the group members referring to the previous chat record, so that the first user can quickly know the user referring to the previous chat record. Specifically, the terminal distinguishes the group member in the input state and other group members in the input state, which introduce the previous chat record into the target group, according to the group member input state information, and the distinguishing result is distinguished and displayed in the input state notification bar.
As shown in fig. 4F, when the terminal determines that the user C introduces the previous chat record in the 5 users who are inputting, the user C and the other users in the 5 users can be displayed in a differentiated manner, that is, the input status notification bar shows "the user C is inputting, and the user a, the user B, the user D, and the user E are inputting". The 'xxx' is a referenced chat record or a part of the referenced chat record, when the 'xxx' is the part of the referenced chat record, the referenced chat record can be positioned by clicking or double clicking the part of the content, and the referenced specific chat record can also be viewed in a mode of touching an expansion control.
In practical application, when an opposite-end user inputs, the situation often occurs, for example, a large segment of characters are input quickly, which indicates that the user is actively inputting, or the characters are deleted repeatedly, which indicates that the user is inputting in a knotted manner.
As shown in fig. 4G, when the terminal determines that, among the 5 users who are inputting, the user C and the user D are actively inputting and the user a, the user B, and the user E are performing the entanglement input, the user C, the user D, and the user a, the user B, and the user E may be displayed in a distinction, that is, "the user C, the user D are actively inputting and the user a, the user B, and the user E are performing the entanglement input" in the input state notification bar.
For the above fig. 4A to 4G, the information is presented in a text description form, and in some cases, the terminal may also use different icons and symbols, or different text styles and colors to perform the differentiated presentation.
It should be noted that the terminals applying the method have various forms, and the sizes of the group session communication interfaces of the terminals of different forms, such as desktop computers and smart phones, are different, and therefore, the sizes of the chat windows thereof are also different. In this case, the preset regions with different sizes may be set for different types of terminals, and corresponding preset size thresholds may be set.
When the content of the prompt message exceeds a preset size threshold, the terminal can also fold the input state notification bar, and display part of the group member names in the input state and the number of the group members in the input state in the folded input state notification bar, when the first user triggers the unfolding operation aiming at the input state notification bar, the terminal can also unfold the input state notification bar in response to the operation so as to display all the group member names in the input state, and thus, the requirements of terminals in different forms on the information prompt content can be met.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, (a) in fig. 5 shows a group conversation communication interface 500 of a collapsed input state notification bar, and (B) in fig. 5 shows a group conversation communication interface 500 of an expanded input state notification bar, the group conversation communication interface 500 includes a chat window 501, chat records 502 of group users are shown in the chat window 501, an input state notification bar 503 is shown at the top of the chat window 501, as shown in (a) in fig. 5, the input state notification bar is in a collapsed state, which shows that "5 people such as user a are in an input state", the input state notification bar 503 carries an expansion control 504, when a user triggers an expansion operation for the input state notification bar 503 by expanding the control 504, as shown in (B) in fig. 5, the terminal expands the input state notification bar 503, and displays a prompt message "user a, user B User B, user C, user D, and user E are in an in-progress state ".
Next, each step of the information presentation method provided by the present application will be described in detail from the perspective of the server. Referring to the flowchart of the information prompting method shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
s601: an input state notification message is received for characterizing that group members of the group other than the target group member are in an in-progress state.
The input state notification message is used for notifying the login user of the client that the login user is in the input state in the group. Based on this, the input status notification message may carry the following information: the user identification of the login user and the group identification of the group where the login user is currently located.
In a specific implementation, in a client in a login state, a client representing that a login user is inputting sends an input state notification message to a server, and the server receives the input state notification message, that is, the login user representing the client is in the input state.
S602: and determining the group member input state information corresponding to the other group members according to the input state notification message.
Specifically, the server classifies the input state notification messages according to the group identifier of the group where the login user is currently located, obtains the input state notification messages of the login user in the target group, and can determine the group member state information of any member in the target group based on the input state notification messages of the login user in the target group.
Specifically, any member of the target group may be a target group member, and the server may determine all group members in the input state except the target group member based on the input state notification message of the login user in the target group, and generate group member input state information corresponding to the target group member according to all group members in the input state except the target group member, where the group member input state information is used to represent that other group members except the target group member are in the input state.
It should be noted that the client may provide an input state notification control, and the server may provide an input state notification service only for a user whose input state notification control is set to start an input state notification function. That is, the server may determine a group member in the target group that has the input state notification function activated as a target group member, and provide an input state notification service for the group member.
S603: and sending the group member input state information corresponding to the other group members to a target group member in the group, so that the group member input state information is displayed on a group session communication interface of the target group member.
Specifically, the server sends the group member input state information to the client terminal logged in by the target group member, so that the client terminal logged in by the target group member displays the group member input state information and prompts information for the user.
Therefore, an information prompting method is provided in an embodiment of the present application, and an information prompting service is provided for a user by receiving an input state notification message sent by a client, where the input state notification message is used to notify that a login user of the client is in an input state in a group, and then determining group member input state information corresponding to a target group member in the group according to the input state notification message, where the group member input state information is used to represent that group members other than the target group member in the group are in the input state, and sending the group member input state information to the client logged in by the target group member, so as to provide an information prompting service for the user, thereby facilitating the user to acquire a group chat state at the first time and avoiding an insignificant input operation.
For the convenience of understanding, the information prompting method provided by the application is also introduced from the perspective of program implementation.
The method is applied to a system architecture as shown in fig. 7, and the system architecture comprises a client and a server, wherein the server comprises a group input state logic module, and the client comprises a group behavior collection module, an input state collection module and a display module, wherein the group behavior collection module is used for collecting behaviors of a user in a group, the input state collection module is used for collecting input states in the current group, and the display module is used for displaying group input states based on group member input state information returned by the group input state logic module of the server. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, a server acquires a group where a user is currently located and a group behavior of the user in the group where the user is currently located.
Specifically, the client acquires a group behavior of a group where the user is currently located and a group behavior of the user in the group where the user is currently located through a group behavior collection module, where the group behavior refers to that the user is always in the group or leaves the group.
In actual application, the server may obtain a current group of the user and a group behavior in the current group through an interface # groupID _ userID _ status, where the groupID identifies the current group of the user, the userID is a user identifier, and the avatar identifies the group behavior of the user, and in one example, when avatar is 1, the representation user is always in the group, and when avatar is 0, the representation user leaves the group.
The data of the client side is communicated with the server through the interface, and is mainly communicated with the group input state logic module in the server.
And 2, the server determines the current group members in the current group based on the current group of the user.
Specifically, based on the group _ ID of the group in which the user is currently located, the server may find, in the database, user information usersID of all group members currently included in the group, where the usersID represents a member currently included in the group, and obviously, a member leaving the group is not included. In practical applications, the server may implement the above steps of the current group member through the server interface # set _ groupID _ usersID.
And 3, the client acquires the input state of the user in the current group.
Specifically, the client can collect the input state of the user in the current group through the input state collection module, the collected input state can be judged through the operation of hoisting the input method, when the input rule representation of the user client is in the input state, otherwise, the user client is in the non-input state.
The client searches whether each member usersID in the group is currently input in the group on each client through the input state collection module through the interface # groupID _ usersID _ input _ status, and judges by the operation of hoisting the input method. The client side carries out data communication with the group input state logic module in the server.
And 4, the client sends the input state to the server.
In a specific implementation, the client may send the input state to the server through the following server interface: # set _ groupID _ usesid _ inputStatus _ inputs. The client may only send the user information in the input state, that is, update the state of the inputStatus, and the inputservers represent the user in the input state.
And 5, the client receives the group member input state information returned by the server and displays the group member input state information.
Specifically, the server receives an input state sent by at least one client, the server can determine users in the input state except the current user in the target group through the input state, generate group member input state information according to the users in the input state except the current user, and return the information to the client. The client receives the information and displays the information through a display interface # show _ inputstatus, wherein the purpose of the interface is to transmit the group member input state information calculated by the server to the client of each user in the current group, and the client displays the group members which are input.
It can be understood that the information prompting method provided by the present application can be applied to a group session scene of any communication application, and the following describes the information prompting method provided by the present application by taking a group session scene of a certain instant communication application as an example.
Referring to an application scenario diagram of the information prompting method shown in fig. 8, the scenario includes a terminal 100 and a server 300, the terminal 100 is installed with a client for instant messaging application, and a user registers on the client through their respective terminals, and can subsequently log in the client to implement instant messaging. The present embodiment takes group session scenes of a user a, a user B, a user C, a user D, and a user E as an example for explanation.
In this scenario, a user a sends a message in a target group consisting of the user a, the user B, the user C, the user D, and the user E through a client on the terminal 100 of the user a, for example, "do you see a movie on weekend", at this time, a group session communication interface corresponding to the target group to which the user a belongs is displayed on the terminal 100 of the user a, and a chat window of the group session communication interface displays a message record.
And the user B sees that the message firstly initiates input operation through the client, and the user C and the user E secondly initiate input operation through respective clients.
The server 300 receives the input state notification message sent by the client, takes any member in the target group as a target group member, and determines group member input state information corresponding to the target group member, where the group member input state information indicates that the group members in the group except the target group member are in the input state.
Specifically, for the user a, the corresponding group member input state information represents that the user B, the user C and the user E are in the input state; aiming at the user B, the corresponding group member input state information represents that the user C and the user E are in the input state; aiming at the user C, the corresponding group member input state information represents that the user B and the user E are in the input state; aiming at a user D, the input state information of the corresponding group members represents that the user B, the user C and the user E are in the input state; for user E, the input state information of the corresponding group members represents that user B and user C are in the input state.
The server 300 returns the corresponding group member input state information to the client of the user, at this time, the terminal 100 displaying the group session communication interface displays an input state notification bar on the group session communication interface, and performs information prompt on the input state notification bar according to the group member input state information corresponding to the user.
For example, the user a, the user B, the user C, and the user E are still in the group, and the clients of the user a, the user B, the user C, and the user E display an input state notification bar on the group session communication interface, where the input state notification bar of the user a displays the prompt information "the user B, the user C, and the user E are inputting", and the input state notification bar of the user B displays the prompt information "the user C and the user E are inputting", and so on, which is not described in detail one by one, so that the information prompt for the user is realized, and the group communication efficiency is improved.
