Before a call between a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal is connected, the first mobile terminal judges whether a contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a chatting contact according to an identifier of the stored contact, and if a certain contact is a chatting contact, the corresponding identifier can be set as A; when a certain contact is a normal contact, the corresponding identifier may be set to B. It can be understood that the identifier that distinguishes whether the contact is a verbalized contact is not limited to that described in the embodiment, as long as the identifier can distinguish between the verbalized contact and a normal contact.
Step S20, if the contact is a verbalized contact, acquiring a target application program operated by a foreground of the first mobile terminal in the history call process of the verbalized contact.
When it is determined that the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a person with the chatting effect, the first mobile terminal searches the historical call record of the chatting effect in the memory, so as to obtain a target application program which is operated in a foreground in the process of the chatting effect. It is to be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the target application does not include a call application. The number of the target application programs can be one or more, and the specific number can be set by a user according to specific needs.
Further, when it is determined that the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is not a verbalized contact but a common contact, the first mobile terminal enters a normal call mode to make a call with the second mobile terminal.
Step S30, displaying an application icon corresponding to the target application program in a call interface of the first mobile terminal, so that the user can start the target application program by clicking the application icon.
And after the first mobile terminal determines the target application program, displaying an application icon corresponding to the target application program in the current call interface so that a user can start the target application program by clicking the application icon. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, as can be seen from fig. 4, when the first mobile terminal determines that the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a chatting contact, the first mobile terminal prompts the user that the current contact is the chatting contact in the call interface, and in fig. 4, the user is prompted that the current contact is the chatting contact by using text information. In other embodiments, the name and/or the phone number corresponding to the contact person may be displayed in a specific color, or the current contact person may be prompted to be the nagged contact person by the user in the form of a blinking prompt light or the like. In fig. 4, an application icon corresponding to the target application program is displayed in the lower right corner of the call interface, and in other embodiments, the application icon corresponding to the target application program may also be displayed in the lower left corner of the call interface or other positions of the call interface.
Further, the mobile terminal conversation method further comprises the following steps:
step a, when a click command for clicking the application icon is detected, setting the call interface to run in a background mode according to the click command, and starting a target application program corresponding to the application icon in a foreground.
When the first mobile terminal displays an application icon of a target application program on a call interface and detects a click instruction for clicking the application icon, the first mobile terminal sets the call interface to run in a background mode and starts the target application program corresponding to the application icon in a foreground according to the click instruction. Specifically, referring to fig. 5 and 6, application icons of three application programs, namely "fruit loser", "hungry shark evolution" and "UC browser", are displayed in the call interface of the first mobile terminal. And when the user clicks the application icon corresponding to the 'fruit ninja', the first mobile terminal retreats the communication interface to the background for operation, starts the 'fruit ninja' in the communication process and enters the 'fruit ninja' application program. It should be noted that, in fig. 4, 5, and 6, if the contact of the current call is a verbalized contact, the current call mode may be defined as a verbalized call mode.
In the embodiment, when the first mobile terminal detects a call instruction with the second mobile terminal, whether a contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a nagging contact is detected according to the call instruction; if the contact is a chatting contact, acquiring a target application program operated by a foreground of the first mobile terminal in the history call process of the chatting contact; and displaying an application icon corresponding to the target application program in a call interface of the first mobile terminal so that a user can start the target application program by clicking the application icon. The method and the device have the advantages that whether the contact of the current call is a chatting person or not is automatically judged in the call process of the mobile terminal, and when the fact that the contact of the current call is the chatting person is confirmed, a user can directly start a commonly used application program in the current call interface, so that the operation flow of starting other application programs in the foreground of the mobile terminal in the call process is simplified.
Further, a second embodiment of the mobile terminal conversation method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment.
The second embodiment of the mobile terminal talking method is different from the first embodiment of the mobile terminal talking method in that, referring to fig. 7, the mobile terminal talking method further comprises:
and step S40, when the first mobile terminal detects an ending instruction for ending the call with the second mobile terminal, calculating the total call times with the second mobile terminal according to the ending instruction.
Step S50, calculating the number of times of the chatting with the second mobile terminal.
When the first mobile terminal detects an ending instruction for ending the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal calculates the total call times between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal according to the ending instruction. It should be noted that the ending instruction may be triggered by the first mobile terminal or may be triggered by the second mobile terminal. And the first mobile terminal adds one to the total call times every time the first mobile terminal detects the ending instruction. The first mobile terminal calculates the number of chatting with the second mobile terminal, and it can be understood that the number of chatting is less than or equal to the total number of chatting.
Step 60, determining whether the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a slewed contact according to the total call times and the slewed call times.
When the first mobile terminal obtains the total call times and the number of the chatting calls between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal determines whether the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is the chatting contact according to the total call times and the number of the chatting calls.
Further, in the process of calculating the total number of calls and the number of chatting calls, the first mobile terminal may only calculate the total number of calls and the number of chatting calls within a certain specific time range in order to reduce the calculation amount and improve the calculation speed. For example, the first mobile terminal may only calculate the total number of calls and the number of chatting calls with the second mobile terminal within half a year.
Further, step S60 includes:
and b, judging whether the total call times are larger than the preset call times.
And c, if the total call times is greater than the preset call times, calculating the time ratio between the call times which are slewed by the chatting and the total call times.
And d, if the frequency proportion is larger than the preset frequency proportion, setting the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal as a chatting contact.
And e, if the frequency proportion is less than or equal to the preset frequency proportion, setting the contact person as a common contact person.
And f, if the total number of calls is less than or equal to the preset number of calls, setting the contact person as a common contact person.
Further, the specific process that the first mobile terminal determines whether the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is the chatting contact according to the total call times and the chatting call times is that the first mobile terminal judges whether the total call times is greater than the preset call times when the first mobile terminal obtains the total call times. If the total call times are larger than the preset call times, the first mobile terminal calculates the time ratio between the call times which are slewed by the chatting and the total call times; and if the total call times are less than or equal to the preset call times, the first mobile terminal sets the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal as a common contact. It can be understood that the value obtained by dividing the number of chatting by the total number of chatting is the number ratio. And after the first mobile terminal calculates the frequency proportion, judging whether the frequency proportion is greater than a preset frequency proportion. When the frequency proportion is larger than a preset frequency proportion, the first mobile terminal sets the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal as a chatting contact; and when the frequency proportion is smaller than or equal to the preset frequency proportion, the first mobile terminal sets the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal as a common contact. In the process that the first mobile terminal sets the contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal as the chatting and common contact, different identifications can be set for the chatting and common contact so as to distinguish the chatting and common contact.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset number of calls and the preset number ratio may be set according to specific needs. As in the present embodiment, the preset number of times of call may be set to 5 times, and the preset number ratio may be set to 0.5. In other embodiments, the number of calls may be set to 6, or 8, etc., and the preset number ratio may be set to 0.4, or 0.6, etc. When the preset number ratio is 0.5, the indication that the number of the chatting calls is greater than half of the total number of the calls is shown.
Further, the mobile terminal conversation method further comprises the following steps:
and g, judging whether the call with the second mobile terminal meets the call condition of the chatting.
Step S50 includes:
and h, if the conversation with the second mobile terminal meets the condition of the chatting, adding one to the chatting frequency between the second mobile terminal and the chatting.
And step i, if the call between the second mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal does not satisfy the call condition of the chatting, maintaining the number of the chatting times between the second mobile terminal and the chatting.
Before calculating the number of times of the chatting between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal judges whether the chatting between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal meets the chatting condition. When the conversation between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal meets the chatting condition, the first mobile terminal adds one to the chatting frequency between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal; when the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal does not satisfy the call condition of the chatting, the first mobile terminal maintains the same number of chatting times of the chatting between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal.
According to the method for judging the chatting contact persons, whether the contact persons corresponding to the second mobile terminal are the chatting contact persons is automatically judged through the total call times and the chatting call times, and the intelligence of the mobile terminal in the call process is improved.
Further, a third embodiment of the mobile terminal communication method of the present invention is proposed based on the second embodiment.
The third embodiment of the mobile terminal talking method is different from the second embodiment of the mobile terminal talking method in that the mobile terminal talking method further comprises:
and j, acquiring a first call duration corresponding to the first mobile terminal user in the call process of the second mobile terminal, and a second call duration corresponding to the second mobile terminal user.
When the first mobile terminal judges whether the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is a chatting call, the first mobile terminal acquires the call duration corresponding to the user of the first mobile terminal in the call process with the second mobile terminal, and records the call duration as the first call duration, and acquires the call duration corresponding to the user of the second mobile terminal, and records the call duration as the second call duration. It can be understood that the first call duration is the speaking time of the first mobile terminal user in the whole call process, the second call duration is the speaking time of the second mobile terminal user in the whole call process, and the sum of the first call duration and the second call duration is equal to the total call duration of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal in the call process. Specifically, the first mobile terminal detects whether a user inputs audio through an audio input device so as to calculate a first call duration; and detecting whether the second mobile terminal user outputs the audio through the audio output device so as to calculate the second call duration. The audio input device may be the microphone of the a/V input unit 104 in fig. 1, and the audio output device may be the audio output unit 103 in fig. 1.
And k, calculating the total call time with the second mobile terminal.
And step l, if the total call duration is greater than the preset duration, calculating the duration proportion between the second call duration and the first call duration.
The first mobile terminal calculates the total call time of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal. In this embodiment, the first mobile station may add the first call duration and the second call duration to obtain a total call duration between the first mobile station and the second mobile station, that is, the total call duration is a time of a call between the first mobile station and the second mobile station. The first mobile terminal can also directly calculate the total call duration with the second mobile terminal without the first call duration and the second call duration. After the first mobile terminal calculates the total call duration between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal judges whether the total call duration is greater than a preset duration. When the total call duration is longer than the preset duration, the first mobile terminal calculates the duration proportion between the second call duration and the first call duration, and the value obtained by dividing the second call duration by the first call duration is the duration proportion. In the embodiment, the preset time length and the preset time length ratio may be set according to specific needs, for example, the preset time length may be set to 8 minutes, 10 minutes, or 12 minutes, and the preset time length ratio may be set to 2, 2.5, or 3, and the like. When the preset time length ratio is 2, it means that the second preset time length should be more than twice as long as the first preset time length.
And m, if the duration proportion is larger than the preset duration proportion and the fact that an application program except for the call application is operated on the foreground of the first mobile terminal is detected in the call process, confirming that the call with the second mobile terminal is a chatting call, acquiring the operation time of the application program in the call process, and correspondingly storing the application program and the operation time with the contact.
When the duration proportion is larger than the preset duration proportion, the first mobile terminal judges whether the first mobile terminal detects that other application programs except the call application are operated in the foreground in the call process. If other application programs except the call application are detected to run in the foreground in the call process, the first mobile terminal determines that the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is a chatting call, obtains the running time of the application program in the call process between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, and correspondingly stores the application program and the running time with a second mobile terminal contact person. Specifically, in this embodiment, if it is detected that a plurality of other application programs except the call application are executed in the foreground of the mobile terminal during the call, the first mobile terminal obtains the execution time of each application program, and stores the application program and the execution time in a corresponding manner during the storage process.
Further, when an application program is stored and the running time of the application program is determined, if the contact person already stores the application program in the memory, the running time of the application program during the call needs to be added to the running time of the application program in the memory, and the result of the addition is used as the running time of the application program.
Further, referring to fig. 8, step S20 includes:
step S21, if the contact is a verbalized contact, acquiring an application corresponding to the verbalized contact.
And step S22, calculating the total running time of the application program in the historical conversation process with the second mobile terminal.
And step S23, selecting a preset number of application programs as target application programs according to the total running time from large to small.
When the first mobile terminal determines that a contact corresponding to the second mobile terminal is a person who is chatting, the first mobile terminal obtains an application program corresponding to the chatting person from a memory of the first mobile terminal, calculates the total running time of the obtained application program in the historical conversation process with the second mobile terminal, and selects a preset number of application programs as target application programs according to the total running time from large to small. The preset number can be set according to specific needs, for example, 1, 2 or 3, and the historical calls can be calls within a certain period of time. If the preset number is set to be 3, the number of the chatting calls is slewed for 5 times, and there are 5 applications corresponding to the chatting contacts, which are D, E, F, G and H respectively, the first mobile terminal calculates the total running time of each application D, E, F, G and H in the 5 chatting calls. When D, E, F, G and H each have a total runtime size relationship of D > G > E > H > F, the target application is D, G and E.
Further, the mobile terminal conversation method further comprises the following steps:
n, if the total call duration is less than or equal to the preset duration, determining that the call with the second mobile terminal is a common call;
and/or if the duration proportion is less than or equal to the preset duration proportion, determining that the call with the second mobile terminal is a common call;
and/or if the fact that the application program except the call application is operated on the foreground of the first mobile terminal is not detected in the call process, the call with the second mobile terminal is confirmed to be a common call.
Further, when the call duration of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is less than or equal to the preset duration, the first mobile terminal confirms that the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is a normal call. And when the time length proportion between the second call time length and the first call time length is less than or equal to the preset time length proportion, the first mobile terminal confirms that the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is a common call. When the first mobile terminal does not detect that other application programs except the call application are operated in the foreground in the call process, the first mobile terminal confirms that the call between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal is a common call.
In this embodiment, whether a current call between a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal is a chatting call is judged by a first call duration corresponding to the first mobile terminal user, a second call duration corresponding to the second mobile terminal user, a total call duration between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal, and whether an application program other than a call application is run on a first mobile terminal foreground in a call process. The method and the device have the advantages that whether the current call is a chatting call is judged through user behaviors, the accuracy of judging the chatting call is ensured, and the intelligence of the call of the mobile terminal is improved.
