In this embodiment, the electronic device may be, but is not limited to, an entity device such as a desktop, a notebook computer, a smart phone, an intelligent wearable device, and a vehicle-mounted device, and may also be a virtual device such as a virtual machine. In addition, the electronic device is not necessarily a single device, but may also be a combination of multiple devices, such as a server cluster, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, a hotel management end, an equipment end, and a client mobile end in the hotel management method can all be implemented by using the electronic device shown in fig. 2.
Based on the hotel management system 100, the embodiments of the present application provide a plurality of hotel management methods, which are respectively applied to the hotel management terminal 101, the device terminal 102, and the client mobile terminal 103 in the hotel management system 100, and a specific implementation process will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a hotel management method applied to a hotel management end according to an embodiment of the present application, where the hotel management method may include the following steps:
step S301: and acquiring the position information of the client mobile terminal.
Step S302: and judging whether the position of the client mobile terminal represented by the position information is within a preset range.
Step S303: and if the position of the client mobile terminal represented by the position information is within a preset range, sending a control instruction to at least one equipment terminal in the hotel so that the equipment terminal controls equipment in the hotel to prepare for serving the client according to the control instruction.
For example, the hotel management side may determine a specific location of a client corresponding to the client mobile side by acquiring location information of the client mobile side. The preset range may be an area set manually, for example, the preset range may be a circular range of 500 meters centered on a hotel, or may be a range of a necessary path for entering the hotel, and the like.
When the position of the client mobile terminal is within the preset range, the client is about to arrive at the hotel, the hotel management terminal can send a control instruction to at least one equipment terminal in the hotel, and the equipment terminal controls corresponding equipment to prepare for serving the client according to the control instruction after receiving the control instruction. For example, the device may specifically be an intelligent luggage cart, and after the corresponding device end receives the control instruction, the intelligent luggage cart may start to operate, reach the door of a hotel within the time specified in the control instruction to receive the customer, and guide the customer to go to a predetermined room after the customer puts the luggage. For another example, the device may be an elevator of a hotel, and after the corresponding device receives the control command, the elevator may arrive at a first floor of the hotel within a specified time to wait for the customer, and after the customer enters the elevator, the customer is sent to a floor corresponding to the predetermined room. As an embodiment, the hotel management side can determine whether a plurality of customers need to take the elevator to go to a predetermined room in a short time, and if the plurality of customers need to take the elevator, the hotel management side can send a control command to control the elevator, and the like, and then send the questions to the corresponding floors respectively after the plurality of customers all take the elevator. In other words, when the number of the hotel room passengers reaches a certain order of magnitude, the hotel management terminal can send a control command to the same elevator in a short time, the elevator receives the control command in the same period and regards the control command as the same command to execute the same action, wherein the upper limit of the one-time maximum passenger carrying number of the elevator is the maximum number of the hotel room management terminal commands executed by the elevator.
In the implementation of the application, when the hotel management terminal detects that the position of the client mobile terminal corresponding to the client is within the preset range, the client is indicated to be about to arrive at the hotel, the hotel management terminal sends a control instruction to at least one equipment terminal in the hotel, so that the equipment corresponding to the equipment terminal is prepared for receiving the client in advance, the problem that the client is not in reception due to insufficient hands of the hotel after the client reaches the hotel is avoided, and the hotel entrance experience of the client is improved.
Further, before step S301, the hotel management method applied to the hotel management side may further include the following steps:
first, receiving client authentication information sent by a client mobile terminal.
And secondly, auditing the client auditing information.
And thirdly, sending the auditing passing information to the client mobile terminal when the client auditing information passes.
For example, a client can browse basic information of a hotel through a client mobile terminal, such as: hotel scale, surrounding environment are supporting, floor room type, internal arrangement, intelligent facility equipment of wisdom hotel, convenient travelling comfort etc. of living in, then select the pleasant hotel from numerous hotels, upload customer verification information through the customer mobile terminal and examine and check the registration, look over the detailed information of hotel through the customer mobile terminal after the registration is successful, for example: at present, the number of rooms which can be checked in, house types, personal credit of hotels for clients, individual demand service and the like are selected, and finally, the floor and house types which are satisfied by the users are selected, and the room number check-in time is determined.
Accordingly, the hotel management terminal can receive client verification information sent by a client who wants to book a hotel, wherein the client verification information is used for real-name authentication of the client. For example, the client authentication information may include: basic information such as contact information, gender and home address of the client, and identity information such as an identity card and a photo of the client. After receiving the information, the hotel management terminal can verify the information to complete the link of real-name authentication in advance. As an implementation mode, the hotel management system can be intercommunicated and shared with the information base of the public security institution personnel and the data in the national social investigation system, after the client uploads the identity card information, the hotel management system can call the data in the information base of the public security institution personnel and the national social investigation system to perform face recognition on the identity card so as to realize real-name authentication on the client, and the time from the client to the real-name authentication of the store is reduced under the condition of ensuring the safety of the client.
It should be noted that, the embodiment of the present application is not limited specifically to a manner in which the client uploads the client authentication information to the hotel management terminal through the client mobile terminal, for example, the client may directly input information such as a contact phone through the client mobile terminal, or may upload a photo taken in advance or a photo taken by calling a camera in the client mobile terminal, and a person skilled in the art may make appropriate adjustments according to actual situations.
In the embodiment of the application, the client can upload the client verification information of the client to perform real-name system identity verification through the client mobile terminal, and the hotel management terminal can avoid the situation that the client can check in after the client arrives at a store and needs to queue for real-name system authentication, so that the hotel check-in experience of the client is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a hotel management method applied to an equipment side according to an embodiment of the present application, where the hotel management method may include the following steps:
