a sending unit 706, configured to send a prompt message if the damage information or the damage identification information does not meet a preset standard, where the prompt message is used to prompt a user that insurance claims cannot be settled.
It is understood that the specific implementation of the claim settling device shown in fig. 7 can also refer to the methods shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, and the detailed description is omitted here.
In the embodiment of the present application, the obtaining unit 701 obtains damage information, where the damage information includes a vehicle fault code; the first receiving unit 702 receives damage identification information, which is used to determine whether the vehicle damage corresponding to the vehicle fault code is normal damage; if the damage information and the damage identification information meet a preset standard, the triggering unit 703 triggers an intelligent contract, and the intelligent contract is used for delivering claim settlement. Therefore, the method and the device can utilize the block chain trusted device to carry out insurance claim settlement on a single vehicle part, and meanwhile, the insurance claim settlement is automatically completed based on the intelligent contract, so that the efficiency of the insurance claim settlement is improved.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another on-board diagnostic device proposed in the present application, where the device includes:
a first receiving unit 801 configured to receive a detection instruction that instructs detection of a target vehicle;
a detection unit 802, configured to detect the target vehicle and generate a vehicle fault code;
a first sending unit 803, configured to send damage information of the target vehicle, where the damage information includes a vehicle fault code.
Further, the above apparatus further comprises:
a second receiving unit 804, configured to receive a trusted query request, where the trusted query request is used to query whether an information provider passes trusted authentication;
a second sending unit 805, configured to send a trusted certificate, where the trusted certificate is used to prove that the trusted certificate has passed the trusted authentication.
It can be understood that the specific implementation of the claim settling device shown in fig. 8 can also refer to the methods shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, and the detailed description is omitted here.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first receiving unit 801 receives a detection instruction for instructing detection of a target vehicle; the detection unit 802 detects the target vehicle and generates a vehicle fault code; the first transmitting unit 803 transmits damage information of the target vehicle, which includes a vehicle fault code. Therefore, the method and the device can utilize the block chain trusted device to carry out insurance claim settlement on a single vehicle part, and meanwhile, the insurance claim settlement is automatically completed based on the intelligent contract, so that the efficiency of the insurance claim settlement is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server includes: at least one processor 901, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), at least one memory 902, at least one transceiver 903, and at least one bus 904. The bus 904 may be a set of parallel data lines for interconnecting the processor 901, the memory 902 and the transceiver 903; the memory 902 may be a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile memory (ROM), such as at least one Read Only Memory (ROM). The server may be the claim settlement device described above.
Specifically, the transceiver 903 acquires damage information, where the damage information includes a vehicle fault code; the transceiver 903 receives damage identification information, where the damage identification information is used to determine whether a vehicle damage corresponding to the vehicle fault code is a normal damage; if the damage information and the damage identification information meet the preset standard, the processor 901 triggers an intelligent contract, and the intelligent contract is used for delivering the claim settlement.
Further, the processor 901 determines whether the damage of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle fault code is within the range of the claim; the processor 901 determines whether the vehicle damage is normal damage according to the damage identification information; if the damage of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle fault code is within the range of the claim and the damage of the vehicle is normal damage, the processor 901 triggers an intelligent contract.
Further, the transceiver 903 receives insurance claim settlement information; the processor 901 generates an intelligent contract according to the insurance claim settlement information.
Further, if the damage information or the damage identification information does not meet a preset standard, the transceiver 903 sends a prompt message to prompt the user that insurance claims cannot be settled.
In particular, the memory 902 may store program instructions, and the processor 901 may be configured to call the program instructions to execute the methods shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the terminal device includes: at least one processor 1001, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), at least one memory 1002, at least one transceiver 1003 and at least one bus 1004. The bus 1004 may be a set of parallel data lines for interconnecting the processor 1001, the memory 1002, and the transceiver 1003; the memory 1002 may be a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a non-volatile memory (ROM), such as at least one Read Only Memory (ROM). The terminal device may be the above-described on-board diagnostic device.
Specifically, the transceiver 1003 receives a detection instruction, where the detection instruction is used to instruct to detect a target vehicle; the processor 1001 detects the target vehicle and generates a vehicle fault code; the transceiver 1003 transmits damage information of the target vehicle, which includes a vehicle fault code.
Further, the transceiver 1003 receives a trusted query request, where the trusted query request is used to query whether the information provider passes trusted authentication; the transceiver 1003 transmits a certificate of authenticity for certifying that the certificate of authenticity has been authenticated.
Specifically, the memory 1002 may store program instructions, and the processor 1001 may be configured to call the program instructions to execute the methods shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing associated hardware, the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, which includes read-only memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), one-time programmable read-only memory (OTPROM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), a compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM) or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage, tape storage, or any other medium readable by a computer that can be used to carry or store data.
The method for claim settlement and the related device disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present application are explained herein by applying specific examples, and the description of the embodiments above is only used to help understand the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, the specific embodiments and the application range may be changed. In view of the above, the description should not be taken as limiting the application.

Claims (10)

1. A method for claim settlement, applied to a server, the method comprising:
acquiring damage information, wherein the damage information comprises a vehicle fault code;
receiving damage identification information, wherein the damage identification information is used for judging whether the vehicle damage corresponding to the vehicle fault code is normal damage or not;
and if the damage information and the damage identification information accord with preset standards, triggering an intelligent contract, wherein the intelligent contract is used for delivering the claim settlement money.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein triggering an intelligent contract if the damage information and the damage-identification information meet a preset criterion comprises:
judging whether the damage of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle fault code is within the range of the claim or not;
judging whether the vehicle damage is normal damage or not according to the damage identification information;
and if the damage of the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle fault code is within the range of the claim and the damage of the vehicle is normal damage, triggering an intelligent contract.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the obtaining the damage information, further comprising:
receiving insurance claim settlement information;
and generating an intelligent contract according to the insurance claim settlement information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the damage information or the damage identification information does not meet the preset standard, sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that insurance claims cannot be settled.
5. A claim settlement method is applied to terminal equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a detection instruction, wherein the detection instruction is used for indicating that a target vehicle is detected;
detecting the target vehicle and generating a vehicle fault code;
and sending damage information of the target vehicle, wherein the damage information comprises a vehicle fault code.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to receiving the detection instruction, the method further comprises:
receiving a trusted inquiry request, wherein the trusted inquiry request is used for inquiring whether an information provider passes trusted authentication or not;
sending a trusted attestation, the trusted attestation being used to attest that the trusted attestation has passed the trusted attestation.
7. The claim settlement device is applied to a server and comprises:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire damage information including a vehicle fault code;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving damage identification information, and the damage identification information is used for judging whether the vehicle damage corresponding to the vehicle fault code is normal damage or not;
and the triggering unit is used for triggering an intelligent contract if the damage information and the damage identification information accord with a preset standard, and the intelligent contract is used for delivering the claim settlement.
8. The claim settlement device is applied to terminal equipment and comprises:
the device comprises a receiving unit, a detecting unit and a judging unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a detection instruction which is used for indicating the detection of a target vehicle;
the detection unit is used for detecting the target vehicle and generating a vehicle fault code;
and the sending unit is used for sending damage information of the target vehicle, and the damage information comprises a vehicle fault code.
9. A server comprising a processor, a memory, and a transceiver; the processor, the memory and the transceiver are connected to each other by a bus; wherein the memory is for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured for invoking the program instructions for performing the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
10. A terminal device comprising a processor, a memory and a transceiver; the processor, the memory and the transceiver are connected to each other by a bus; wherein the memory is for storing a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured for invoking the program instructions for performing the method of any of claims 5 to 6.
