Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In the smart home system, the control device may generally determine, according to the obtained environmental information, a specific smart hardware that needs to be controlled and a specific action that needs to be executed by the specific smart hardware.
It has been found through research that before control is performed, the control device usually needs to query the user, and when receiving a query instruction input by the user, controls specific intelligent hardware to perform a specific action. However, in practical applications, some environment information usually appears repeatedly, and the intelligent hardware and control actions associated with the environment information are consistent, but before each control, the user is required to manually perform a confirmation operation. The control mode has high dependence degree on human-computer interaction and is very inconvenient to use.
Based on the above problems, the application provides an intelligent hardware method, an intelligent hardware device and a control device, which can reduce the dependence degree of intelligent hardware control based on environmental information on human-computer interaction, and are more convenient for users to use. This will be explained in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario provided in an embodiment of the present application. Therein, a plurality of intelligent hardware, such as intelligent hardware 101 and 102 in fig. 1, and a plurality of user terminals, such as user terminals 104 and 105 in fig. 1, may be respectively connected to the gateway 103 in a communication manner. In the embodiment of the application, the intelligent hardware can be a series of household devices such as lamps, refrigerators, air conditioners, water heaters, televisions, doors, windows and door locks, and in addition, the intelligent hardware can also be sensing equipment with a sensing function and used for collecting environmental information of the environment where the intelligent hardware is located. The user terminal can be mobile equipment such as a smart phone and a notebook computer.
The gateway 103 may be communicatively coupled to the server 107 via at least one network device 106, wherein the network device 106 may be a switch, a router, or the like forwarding device.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the user terminal is in the local area network where the gateway 103 is located, the user terminal may be directly in communication connection with the gateway 103. When the user terminal is not in the local area network where the gateway 103 is located, the user terminal can be in communication connection with the server 107, and further, the server 107 is in communication with the gateway 103, so that the intelligent hardware of the access gateway 103 is controlled.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an intelligent hardware control method according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be applied to a control device, where the control device may be the gateway 103 or the server 107 shown in fig. 1. The various steps involved in the method are explained below.
Step S110, receiving a first confirmation instruction input by a user based on the first environment information, wherein the first confirmation instruction represents that the intelligent hardware is allowed to execute a first action.
Step S120, controlling the intelligent hardware to execute the first action based on the first confirmation instruction.
In this embodiment, the control device may obtain the environment information in various ways. In one embodiment, the environmental information may be obtained from a third party system for providing environmental information. For example, in the scenario shown in fig. 1, the server 100 may be communicatively connected to a third-party server providing environment information, obtain the environment information from the third-party server, send a control instruction to the gateway device based on the obtained environment information, and control the connected intelligent hardware by the gateway 103 according to the control instruction.
In another embodiment, this may be achieved by a sensing device located in the environment in which it is located. For example, in the scenario shown in fig. 1, a part of the intelligent hardware connected to the gateway 103 is a sensing device for collecting environment information, and the gateway 103 may obtain the environment information of the environment through the part of the intelligent hardware and control other intelligent hardware to perform a specific action based on the obtained environment information.
In step S110, the first environmental information may be any environmental information that is received by the control device for the first time, for example, the environmental information representing haze that is received by the control device for the first time, and for example, the environmental information representing raining that is received by the control device for the first time may be regarded as the first environmental information. In this embodiment, when receiving each piece of environment information, the control device may first search from the control device whether a corresponding relationship between a user confirmation instruction and the environment information corresponding to the received environment information is recorded, and if not, may determine that the environment information is the first environment information.
In this embodiment, the control device may store a mapping relationship between the environment information and the intelligent hardware and the to-be-executed action of the intelligent hardware. For the received first environment information, the control device may search, according to the stored mapping relationship, the intelligent hardware associated with the first environment information and the first action to be executed by the intelligent hardware, and output the first query information. The first query information includes indication information of the first environment information and information for querying whether to execute the first action on the intelligent hardware, where the indication information may be the first environment information itself or a keyword extracted from the first environment information, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Alternatively, if the control device is the server 107, the control device may send first query information to the gateway 103 or the user terminal, and the user may determine the environmental condition according to the indication information in the first query information, so as to input a confirmation instruction or a rejection instruction on the display interface of the user terminal or the gateway 103 as needed.
If the control device is the gateway 103, the control device may directly display the first query information, and the user may determine the environmental condition according to the indication information in the displayed first query information and decide to input the confirmation instruction or the rejection instruction according to the environmental condition.
In the embodiment of the present application, a rejection instruction input by the user based on the first query information is referred to as a first rejection instruction, and a confirmation instruction input by the user based on the first query information is referred to as a first confirmation instruction. If the control device receives the first rejection instruction, the control device does not process the first rejection instruction, and if the control device receives the first confirmation instruction, the control device represents that the user allows the intelligent hardware to execute the first action when the first environment information is detected, and the control device controls the intelligent hardware to execute the first action.
Step S130, outputting query information, where the query information is used to query whether to record a corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction.
Considering that in the subsequent process, the same or similar environmental information as the first environmental information may also appear, and in order to avoid that the user still needs to manually confirm when the same or similar environmental information appears next time, the control device may ask, after receiving the first confirmation instruction, whether the user records the permitted operation this time, that is, ask whether the user needs to record the corresponding relationship between the first environmental information and the first confirmation instruction.
For convenience of description, in the embodiment of the present application, query information for querying whether to record a corresponding relationship between first environment information and a first confirmation instruction is defined as second query information, a confirmation instruction input by a user based on the second query information is defined as a second confirmation instruction, and a rejection instruction input by the user based on the second query information is defined as a second rejection instruction, so as to be distinguished from the foregoing first query information, first confirmation instruction, and first rejection instruction.
Step S140, if a second confirmation instruction input by the user based on the query information is received, recording a corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction.
After the control device outputs the second inquiry information, if a second rejection instruction is received, no processing is performed, and if a second confirmation instruction is received, the corresponding relation between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction is established and stored, so that when environment information which is the same as or similar to the first environment information is received next time, the confirmation instruction of the user is received by default without manual confirmation by the user again.
Optionally, the corresponding relationship in this embodiment may have different implementation manners, for example, the corresponding relationship may be a data record including the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, or may be a data record including the confirmation identifier and a mapping relationship between the first environment information and the intelligent hardware and the first action.
Step S150, receiving second environment information, and determining whether the second environment information matches the first environment information.
Step S160, if the second environment information matches the first environment information, controlling the intelligent hardware to execute the first action based on the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction.
In this embodiment, the environment information received by the control device after the first environment information may be regarded as the second environment information. And for the received second environment information, the control equipment compares the second environment information with the stored first environment information in each corresponding relation and judges whether the second environment information and the stored first environment information are consistent. And if the second environment information is consistent with the first environment information in a certain corresponding relation, determining the intelligent hardware allowed to be controlled and the first action allowed to be executed according to the first confirmation instruction in the corresponding relation, and controlling the intelligent hardware to execute the first action.
Through the process shown in fig. 2, after the user inputs the first confirmation instruction for the first environmental information, the corresponding relationship between the first environmental information and the first confirmation instruction is recorded, so that the user can be prevented from repeatedly inputting the confirmation instruction for the first environmental information subsequently, the dependence degree of intelligent hardware control based on the environmental information on human-computer interaction is reduced, the control process is simplified, and the control efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an intelligent hardware control method according to another embodiment of the present application, which can be applied to a control device. The steps involved in the method will be explained below, taking as an example that the control device is the server 107 shown in fig. 1.
Step S210, receiving a first confirmation instruction input by a user based on first environment information, wherein the first confirmation instruction represents that the intelligent hardware is allowed to execute the first action.
Step S220, based on the first confirmation instruction, controlling the intelligent hardware to execute a first action.
The implementation of steps S210 and S220 is similar to the previous embodiment, and will be further described with reference to specific examples. Referring to the scenario shown in fig. 1, the intelligent hardware 101 is a window, the intelligent hardware 102 is an air purifier, and the server 107 stores the mapping relationship shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002263871990000071
In the mapping relationship shown in table 1, the environmental information representing the haze corresponds to the smart hardware 101 and 102, where the first action to be executed by the smart hardware 101 is to be closed, and the first action to be executed by the smart hardware 102 is to be opened. The environmental information characterizing the raining corresponds to the smart hardware 101, and the first action to be executed by the smart hardware 101 is to close. The environmental information representing the snowing corresponds to the intelligent hardware 101, and the first action to be executed by the intelligent hardware 101 is to close.
In one example, when receiving the first environmental information a1 representing haze, the server 107 transmits the first query information data1 to the gateway 103 or the user terminal based on the mapping relationship shown in table 1, where the first query information data1 includes: the keyword "haze" and be used for inquiring whether close the window, whether open air purifier's information. The gateway 103 or the user terminal displays the first inquiry information data1, receives an instruction t1 input by the user with respect to the first inquiry information data1, and returns the received instruction t1 to the server 107. The server 107 receives the command t1, judges whether the command t1 is a confirmation command, if yes, determines that a first confirmation command input by a user based on the first inquiry information data1 is received (t1), and further sends a control command for controlling the closing of a window and the opening of an air purifier to the gateway 103. The gateway 103 controls to close the window and to open the air purifier according to the control instruction.
In another example, when receiving the first environmental information B1 indicating rain, the server 107 transmits the first query information data2 to the gateway 103 or the user terminal based on the mapping relationship shown in table 1, where the first query information data2 includes: the keyword "rain" and information for asking whether to close the window. The gateway 103 or the user terminal displays the first inquiry information data2, receives an instruction t2 input by the user with respect to the first inquiry information data2, and returns the received instruction t2 to the server 107. The server 107 receives the command t2, determines whether the command t2 is a confirmation command, and if yes, determines that the first confirmation command input by the user based on the first inquiry information data2 is received (t2), and further transmits a control command to the gateway 103 so that the gateway 103 controls the window closing according to the control command.
Step S230, sending the query information to a plurality of user terminals, and if receiving an instruction returned by at least two of the user terminals for the query information, obtaining respective control weights of the at least two user terminals.
In practical applications, there may be multiple users in an environment, and the multiple users all have control authority over the intelligent hardware in the environment, but the control authority is different in size. For example, in a home, it is possible that father, mother, and child all have different control authority over the smart hardware in the home. In this embodiment, the inquiry information may be sent to a plurality of user terminals having different control rights for the intelligent hardware. The query information in step S230 is second query information for querying whether to record the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction.
In a case where two or more user terminals may return instructions based on the second query information after the second query information is transmitted to the plurality of user terminals, for example, different control instructions transmitted by the respective user terminals of father, mother, and child may be received, and it is difficult to directly perform control.
In this embodiment, the control weight may be used to represent the size of the control authority of the user terminal, the server 107 may store the control weights of different user terminals to the intelligent hardware, and when receiving the instructions returned by the at least two user terminals for the second query information, the server respectively obtains the control weights of the at least two user terminals from the stored control weights, so as to determine the finally executed control instruction from the received at least two instructions according to the obtained at least two control weights.
Step S240, determining whether the instruction returned by the ue with the largest control weight is a second confirmation instruction. If not, go to step S250, and if so, go to step S260.
Step S250, no processing is performed.
Step S260, determining that a second confirmation instruction input by the user based on the query information is received, obtaining a first keyword extracted from the first environmental information, and recording a first association relationship between the first keyword and the first confirmation instruction as a corresponding relationship between the first environmental information and the first confirmation instruction.
In this embodiment, if the server 107 receives an instruction returned by at least two user terminals, for example, the user terminals 104 and 105, for the second query information, the user terminal with the highest control weight, for example, the user terminal 105, may be determined from the user terminals 104 and 105. Then, the server 107 determines whether the instruction returned from the user terminal 105 is a confirmation instruction, by using the instruction returned from the user terminal 105 as an instruction to be executed. If not, the user with the maximum control authority does not need to record the corresponding relation between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, and then the processing is not needed. If the instruction returned by the user terminal 105 is a confirmation instruction, which indicates that the user with the highest control authority needs to record the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, it may be determined that a second confirmation instruction returned by the user based on the second inquiry information is received, so that the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction may be recorded.
In this embodiment, the correspondence may be an association relationship between a keyword extracted from the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, and for convenience of description, the keyword extracted from the first environment information is referred to as a first keyword, and the association relationship between the first keyword and the first confirmation instruction is defined as the first association relationship.
In this embodiment, when receiving the first environment information, the server 107 usually extracts a first keyword from the first environment information for identifying the category of the first environment information. For example, in the above example, when the first environment information a1 representing haze is received, the first keyword "haze" may be extracted therefrom. With respect to the second query information data3 for querying whether to record the first environmental information a1 and the first confirmation instruction t1, if the second confirmation instruction for the second query information data3 is received, the server 107 may acquire the first keyword "haze" that has been extracted from the first environmental information a1, establish a first association relationship of the first keyword "haze" and the first confirmation instruction t1 as a correspondence relationship of the first environmental information a1 and the first confirmation instruction t 1.
As another example, upon receiving the first environmental information B1 representing rain, the first keyword "rain" may be extracted therefrom. With respect to the second query information data4 for querying whether to record the correspondence relationship of the first environmental information B1 with the first confirmation instruction t2, if the second confirmation instruction for the second query information data4 is received, the server 107 may acquire the first keyword "rain" that has been extracted from the first environmental information B1, establish a first association relationship of the first keyword "rain" with the first confirmation instruction t2 as the correspondence relationship of the first environmental information B1 with the first confirmation instruction t 2.
In this embodiment, the server 107 may extract the first keyword from the first environment information in various ways. In one approach, a trained deep learning model may be used to extract a keyword representing a category of environmental information from the first environmental information as the first keyword. Alternatively, the server 107 may store or be communicatively coupled to a device storing a database storing a plurality of keywords for characterizing the category of the environmental information. When receiving the first environment information, the server 107 may search a keyword identical to any keyword in the database from the first environment information as the first keyword, and extract the searched first keyword.
It is understood that the above two ways are only examples, and the server 107 may also extract the first keyword from the first environment information by other ways.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the control device may store an effective duration of each corresponding relationship, for example, store an effective duration of a corresponding relationship between the first environmental information a1 and the first confirmation instruction, where the effective duration may be flexibly set according to requirements, for example, the effective duration may be 0.5 day to 1 day, and for example, the effective duration may be 1 week to 1 month, which is not limited in this embodiment. In this case, the intelligent hardware control method provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
and when the corresponding relation between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction is recorded, timing is started, and if the timing duration reaches the effective duration of the corresponding relation, the corresponding relation is deleted.
In this embodiment, taking the correspondence between the first environment information a1 and the first confirmation command as an example, after deleting the correspondence, when the server 107 receives the environment information representing "haze" again, the server regards the environment information as the first environment information, and performs the processing again according to the above-described steps S210 to S260.
Step S270, receiving second environment information, and extracting a second keyword from the second environment information.
In this embodiment, after receiving the second environment information, the server 107 may extract a second keyword that may represent a category of the environment information from the second environment information, so as to serve as an index to match the first keyword in the corresponding relationship of the record. It should be noted that the manner of extracting the second keyword from the second environment information by the server 107 is similar to the manner of extracting the first keyword from the first environment information, and is not repeated herein.
Step S280, determining whether the second keyword is the same as the first keyword. If so, step S290 is performed, and if not, step S2100 may be performed.
Step S290, determining that the second environment information matches the first environment information, and controlling the intelligent hardware to execute the first action based on the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction.
In an example, the server 107 receives the second environment information a2 representing haze, may extract the second keyword "haze" from the second environment information a2, compare the extracted second keyword with the first keyword in each recorded first association relationship, may determine that the second keyword is the same as the first keyword extracted from the first environment information a1 in the above example, and may determine that the second environment information a2 matches the first environment information a 1.
The server 107 determines that the first confirmation command t1 allows the intelligent hardware 101 to be controlled to be closed and the intelligent hardware 102 to be controlled to be opened according to the correspondence between the first environment information a1 and the first confirmation command, and outputs a corresponding control command to the gateway 103, so that the gateway 103 controls the intelligent hardware 101 to be closed and the intelligent hardware 103 to be opened according to the control command.
In another example, the server 107 receives the second environment information B2 representing rain, may extract the second keyword "rain" from the second environment information B2, compare the extracted second keyword with the first keyword in each of the recorded first association relations, may determine that the second keyword is the same as the first keyword extracted from the first environment information B1 in the above example, and may determine that the second environment information B2 coincides with the first environment information B1. The server 107 may determine that the first confirmation command t2 allows the intelligent hardware 101 to be controlled to be closed according to the corresponding relationship between the first environment information B1 and the first confirmation command t2, and then output a corresponding control command to the gateway 103, so that the gateway 103 controls the intelligent hardware 101 to be closed according to the control command.
Step S2100, obtaining a third keyword associated with the first keyword according to the second association relationship, and determining whether the second keyword is the same as the third keyword. If yes, go to step S290, otherwise go to step S250.
In practical applications, the intelligent hardware corresponding to some environmental information and the action to be performed by the intelligent hardware may be similar, for example, the environmental information representing rain and the environmental information representing snow both correspond to the closing action of the intelligent hardware 101. In the case where the server 107 stores only the correspondence between one of the environmental information and the first confirmation command, if another environmental information is received, the control may be performed directly based on the recorded correspondence without manual confirmation by the user.
Based on this, in this embodiment, for at least two pieces of environment information corresponding to the same intelligent hardware and the same action to be executed, the association relationship of the keywords extracted from the at least two pieces of environment information may be recorded in the server 107, and the association relationship is defined as the second association relationship so as to be distinguished from the first association relationship in the foregoing. For example, the server 107 may store a second association relationship between a first keyword "rain" extracted from environmental information representing rain and a third keyword "snow" extracted from environmental information representing snow.
Then, when receiving the second environment information C representing snowing, the server 107 extracts the second keyword "snow" from the second environment information, compares the extracted second keyword with the first keyword in each recorded first association relationship, and cannot find the first keyword that is the same as the second keyword. In this case, the server 107 may acquire the third keyword associated with the first keyword in each first association according to the second association, and compare the acquired third keyword with the second keyword "snow", and may determine that the third keyword "snow" associated with the first keyword "rain" extracted from the first environmental information B1 is the same as the second keyword "snow", so that it may be determined that the second environmental information C coincides with the first environmental information B1. At this time, the server 107 may determine the smart hardware 101 permitted to be controlled and the shutdown operation to be performed according to the correspondence between the first environment information B1 and the first confirmation command t2, so that the server transmits a corresponding control command to the gateway 103 to cause the gateway 103 to control the shutdown of the smart hardware 101 according to the control command.
In practical applications, after the server 107 records the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, the user's requirement may change, for example, the control action allowed by the first confirmation instruction does not need to be executed with respect to the first environment information. In consideration of this situation, after step S290 is executed, the intelligent hardware control method provided in this embodiment may further include the steps shown in fig. 4:
step S2110, receiving a control instruction input by a user, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent hardware to execute a second action and judging whether the second action is the same as the first action. If so, step S2120 is executed, and if not, step S2130 is executed.
Step S2120, obtaining current environment information, and deleting the corresponding relation if the current environment information is consistent with the first environment information.
Step S2130, extending the effective duration of the correspondence.
In the implementation process, after the server 107 executes the corresponding first action based on the recorded corresponding relationship, if a control instruction input by the user is received and the control instruction is used to control the intelligent hardware that the first confirmation instruction allows to control, but a second action indicated by the control instruction is different from the first action allowed by the first confirmation instruction, it may be further determined whether the current environment information is the same as the first environment information corresponding to the first confirmation instruction, and if the current environment information is the same as the first environment information, which indicates that the control requirement of the user for the first environment information has changed, the recorded corresponding relationship may be deleted according to step S2120. After the server executes the corresponding control action based on the recorded corresponding relationship, if the received control instruction is used for controlling the intelligent hardware which is allowed to be controlled by the first confirmation instruction, and the second action indicated by the control instruction is the same as the first action allowed by the first confirmation instruction, it may indicate that the control requirement of the user has not changed, and the effective duration of the corresponding relationship may be appropriately extended, for example, by 1-5 hours, such as 3 hours. The extended duration can be flexibly set according to the actual situation, and the embodiment does not limit the extended duration.
According to the flow from step S2110 to step S2130, the recorded correspondence between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction better meets the actual control requirement of the user, and further improves the user experience.
Through the flows shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the user can be prevented from repeatedly inputting a confirmation instruction for the same or similar environment information, so as to allow the intelligent hardware associated with the environment information to execute the associated control action, thereby simplifying the control flow and improving the control efficiency.
It can be understood that, when the control device is the gateway 103, the implementation flow of the intelligent hardware control method provided in the embodiment of the present application is similar to that shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, except that, in the case that the received second environment information is determined to be consistent with the first environment information, the gateway 103 may directly control the intelligent hardware that is allowed to be controlled by the first confirmation instruction according to the corresponding relationship between the first environment information and the first confirmation instruction, and execute the first action that is allowed by the first confirmation instruction.
