Another object of the present application is to provide an air purification control device, an air conditioner, and a computer-readable storage medium.
To achieve at least one of the above objects, according to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided an air purification control method including: and responding to the concentration detection result of the specified air pollutants, controlling to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply, or controlling to open the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct for air supply, wherein purification modules for purifying the specified air pollutants are arranged in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct.
In the technical scheme, a sensor for detecting the concentration of the specified air pollutants is arranged on the air conditioner so as to detect the concentration of the specified air pollutants through the sensor, further based on the obtained concentration detection result, the air supply of the upper air outlet duct is determined to be opened, or the air supply of the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct is opened simultaneously, so as to realize the purification function of the air outlet duct based on the air conditioner to the specified air pollutants and ensure that the purification module has higher utilization rate, on one hand, the air outlet duct is controlled to be opened to supply air through the purification module, as long as the air conditioner is opened to supply air, the purification function can be realized, thereby being beneficial to improving the continuity of the purification effect so as to ensure the purification degree and the health of the air in the room, on the other hand, the purification effect of the specified air pollutants is guaranteed, and meanwhile the service life of the purification module is prolonged.
Wherein the designated air pollutant may be formaldehyde or other volatile organic compounds, etc.
In addition, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the air conditioners described in the present application may be a single air conditioner or an air conditioner group, and for an air conditioner group having only one air outlet duct, the opening number of the air outlet duct corresponds to the opening number of the air conditioner.
For the air conditioner with a plurality of air outlet channels, the air outlet channels in the air conditioners with different structures are arranged in different modes, for example, the air outlet channels can be longitudinally arranged and also can be transversely arranged.
In above-mentioned technical scheme, in response to appointed air contaminant's concentration detection result, the control is opened the air-out wind channel air supply, or the control is opened the air-out wind channel and is supplied air with lower air-out wind channel, specifically includes: if the concentration of the specified air pollutants is detected to be less than or equal to a first concentration threshold value, the upper air outlet duct is controlled to be opened for air supply, if the concentration is detected to be greater than the first concentration threshold value, the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct are controlled to be opened for air supply, wherein the first concentration threshold value is greater than a safety concentration threshold value.
The safe concentration threshold value is a safe concentration value which is specified by national standards or is universal internationally and does not influence the health of the user.
In this technical scheme, the floor air conditioner includes relative last air-out wind channel and the lower air-out wind channel that sets up at least, through rationally setting up first concentration threshold value, confirms only to open the air supply of last air-out wind channel, still opens the air supply together of last air-out wind channel and lower air-out wind channel to realize the adaptation between appointed air contaminant's the purification efficiency and this gaseous concentration.
Specifically, because the purification efficiency of air supply through the upper air outlet duct is higher than that of the lower air outlet duct, the air conditioner can be controlled to be started as long as the concentration of specified air pollutants in a room is detected to be greater than 0, and air is supplied through the upper air outlet duct, so that efficient air purification is realized.
In addition, the purification modules with the same purification principle can be arranged in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct, and the purification modules with different purification principles can also be arranged, for example, the persistent purification modules can be arranged in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct, the periodic purification modules can also be arranged, one of the persistent purification modules can be arranged, and the other periodic purification module can be arranged.
In any one of the above technical schemes, a persistent purification module is arranged in the upper air outlet duct, and a periodic purification module is arranged in the lower air outlet duct.
In this technical scheme, as a specific mode of setting, because it has higher purification efficiency to go up the air-out wind channel air supply, consequently can set up the persistence in last air-out wind channel and purify the module, set up the periodicity in air-out wind channel down and purify the module to compromise purification efficiency and set up the cost.
Wherein, the periodic purification module can be a replaceable purification net.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the method further includes: and determining the corresponding rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the concentration detection result so as to control the indoor fan to operate and supply air according to the rotating speed of the indoor fan, wherein the concentration detection result and the rotating speed of the indoor fan are in positive correlation.
Wherein, the positive correlation means that the higher the detected concentration is, the higher the indoor fan rotating speed is, and the lower the detected concentration is, the lower the indoor fan rotating speed is.
In the technical scheme, after the corresponding air outlet duct is opened based on the concentration detection result, the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be further determined based on the concentration detection result so as to further ensure the purification efficiency of the purification module.
Specifically, the concentration detection result and the indoor fan rotating speed can be based on the positive correlation, namely the detected concentration is higher, the indoor fan rotating speed is higher, the detected concentration is lower, the indoor fan rotating speed is lower, efficient purification can be realized at a high rotating speed, and energy conservation can be favorably realized at a low rotating speed.
In any one of the above technical solutions, determining a corresponding indoor fan rotation speed according to the concentration detection result specifically includes: if the detected concentration is smaller than the second concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the first rotating speed; if the detected concentration is greater than or equal to the second concentration threshold value and less than or equal to the first concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a second rotating speed; and if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a third rotating speed, wherein the second concentration threshold value is less than the first concentration threshold value, the first rotating speed is less than the second rotating speed, and the second rotating speed is less than the third rotating speed.
In the technical scheme, as a specific control mode, on the basis of defining the first concentration threshold, a second concentration threshold is additionally defined, so as to divide three concentration threshold intervals based on the first concentration threshold and the second concentration threshold, wherein each concentration threshold interval corresponds to the first fan rotating speed, namely the first rotating speed to the third rotating speed, and particularly, under the low rotating speed of the indoor fan, the purification module can continuously decompose the air pollutants, so that the phenomenon that the concentration of the air pollutants is increased due to continuous release of the air pollutants is inhibited.
In any one of the above technical solutions, determining a corresponding indoor fan rotation speed according to the concentration detection result, further comprising: if the wind speed adjusting instruction is obtained, determining the relation between the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed of the wind speed adjusting instruction; if the current rotating speed is greater than or equal to the target rotating speed, maintaining the current rotating speed; and if the current rotating speed is less than the target rotating speed, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the target rotating speed.
In the technical scheme, if the wind speed adjusting instruction is obtained, a larger value between the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed of the wind speed adjusting instruction is determined, and the indoor fan is controlled to continue to operate based on the larger value so as to ensure the air purification effect.
Wherein, the wind speed adjusting instruction can be obtained in a cooling mode, a heating mode or other operation modes of the air conditioner.
In any one of the above technical solutions, a persistent purification module is disposed in the upper air outlet duct, and a periodic purification module is disposed in the lower air outlet duct, and the air purification control method further includes: and if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value and the decrease rate of the concentration is less than or equal to the first rate threshold value, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to replace the periodic purification module.
In the technical scheme, if the persistent purification module is arranged in the upper air outlet duct and the periodic purification module is arranged in the lower air outlet duct, when the concentration is detected to be greater than the first concentration threshold value, namely under the working condition that the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct work, the attenuation condition of the periodic purification module is detected, and whether the periodic purification module is replaced or not is determined based on the first speed threshold value so as to ensure the purification efficiency.
In any one of the above technical solutions, the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct are both provided with periodic purification modules, and the air purification control method further includes: if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value and the decrease rate of the concentration is less than or equal to the first rate threshold value, generating prompt information; or if the concentration is detected to be less than or equal to a first concentration threshold value and the descending rate of the concentration is detected to be less than or equal to a second rate threshold value, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to replace the periodic purification module, and the first rate threshold value is greater than the second rate threshold value.
In the technical scheme, whether the purification module needs to be replaced is determined according to the change of the concentration reduction rate based on continuous detection of the concentration, when the concentration is detected to be greater than a first concentration threshold value, the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct work, so that the overall purification efficiency is higher, a higher rate threshold value is limited, namely the first rate threshold value, whether the periodic purification module needs to be replaced is detected, and when the concentration is less than or equal to the first concentration threshold value, only the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct work, the purification efficiency is relatively lower, so that a smaller second rate threshold value is correspondingly set, whether the periodic purification module needs to be replaced is detected, and the purification efficiency is ensured by replacing the periodic purification module in time.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, an air purification control method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
and 102, responding to a concentration detection result of the specified air pollutants, and controlling to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply or controlling to open the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct for air supply, wherein purification modules for purifying the specified air pollutants are arranged in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct.
In this embodiment, a gas sensor for detecting the concentration of a specified air contaminant is provided on the air conditioner, to detect the concentration of the specified air contaminant by the sensor, further based on the obtained concentration detection result, the air supply of the upper air outlet duct is determined to be opened, or the air supply of the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct is opened simultaneously, so as to realize the purification function of the air outlet duct based on the air conditioner to the specified air pollutants and ensure that the purification module has higher utilization rate, on one hand, the air outlet duct is controlled to be opened to supply air through the purification module, as long as the air conditioner is opened to supply air, the purification function can be realized, thereby being beneficial to improving the continuity of the purification effect so as to ensure the purification degree and the health of the air in the room, on the other hand, the purification effect of the specified air pollutants is guaranteed, and meanwhile the service life of the purification module is prolonged.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 2, according to the air purification control method of an embodiment of the present application, the method of this embodiment includes an upper air outlet duct and a lower air outlet duct based on the air outlet duct, and specifically includes:
the concentration of the specified air pollutant is continuously detected, step 202.
In this embodiment, adopt gas sensor to gather appointed air contaminant's concentration, gas sensor sets up in the air intake and/or the air outlet department of air conditioner body.
And 204, if the concentration of the specified air pollutants is detected to be less than or equal to a first concentration threshold, controlling to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply, wherein the first concentration threshold is greater than a safety concentration threshold.
And step 206, if the concentration is detected to be greater than the first concentration threshold value, controlling to open the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct for air supply.
In this embodiment, taking a floor air conditioner as an example, the floor air conditioner at least includes an upper air outlet duct and a lower air outlet duct which are arranged oppositely, and determines whether to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply or to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply together with the lower air outlet duct for air supply by reasonably setting a first concentration threshold value, so as to realize the adaptation between the purification efficiency of the specified air pollutants and the concentration of the air.
In any of the above embodiments, a persistent purification module is disposed in the upper air outlet duct, and a periodic purification module is disposed in the lower air outlet duct.
In this embodiment, as a specific setting mode, because the air supply of the upper air outlet duct has higher purification efficiency, a persistent purification module can be arranged in the upper air outlet duct, and a periodic purification module is arranged in the lower air outlet duct, so as to take both purification efficiency and setting cost into consideration.
Wherein, the periodic purification module can be a replaceable purification net.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 3, an air purification control method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
and step 302, responding to the concentration detection result of the specified air pollutants, and controlling to open the upper air outlet duct for air supply, or controlling to open the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct for air supply.
In this embodiment, be provided with in the air-out wind channel and be used for purifying appointed air contaminant's purification module.
And 304, determining the corresponding rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the concentration detection result, and controlling the indoor fan to operate to supply air through the upper air outlet duct or supply air together with the lower air outlet duct according to the rotating speed of the indoor fan, wherein the concentration detection result and the rotating speed of the indoor fan are in positive correlation.
In this embodiment, after opening the air outlet duct that corresponds based on concentration detection result, can also further confirm indoor fan rotational speed based on concentration detection result to further guarantee the purification efficiency of purification module.
In some embodiments, one possible implementation manner of the step 304 is: if the detected concentration is smaller than the second concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the first rotating speed; if the detected concentration is greater than or equal to the second concentration threshold value and less than or equal to the first concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a second rotating speed; and if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a third rotating speed, wherein the second concentration threshold value is less than the first concentration threshold value, the first rotating speed is less than the second rotating speed, and the second rotating speed is less than the third rotating speed.
In this embodiment, as a specific control manner, on the basis of defining the first concentration threshold, the second concentration threshold is additionally defined, so as to divide three concentration threshold intervals based on the first concentration threshold and the second concentration threshold, each concentration threshold interval corresponds to the first fan rotation speed, i.e. the first rotation speed to the third rotation speed, and especially at the low rotation speed of the indoor fan, the purification module can continuously decompose the air pollutants, thereby inhibiting the phenomenon that the concentration of the air pollutants is increased due to the continuous release of the air pollutants.
Specifically, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed and the third rotating speed respectively correspond to a low-speed wind gear, a medium-speed wind gear and a high-speed wind gear on the control device, the three concentration threshold intervals sequentially correspond to light pollution, medium pollution and severe pollution, the light pollution corresponds to the low-speed wind gear, the medium pollution corresponds to the medium-speed wind gear, and the severe pollution corresponds to the high-speed wind gear.
Example four:
because the air conditioner also has the functions of refrigeration, heating and the like, the air conditioner can also synchronously carry out refrigeration or heating operation while executing air purification, the control process of refrigeration or heating also comprises the regulation of the rotating speed of the fan, and in combination with the function of regulating the rotating speed of the fan, the air purification control method also comprises the following steps: if the wind speed adjusting instruction is obtained, determining the relation between the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed of the wind speed adjusting instruction; if the current rotating speed is greater than or equal to the target rotating speed, maintaining the current rotating speed; and if the current rotating speed is less than the target rotating speed, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to the target rotating speed.
In this embodiment, if the wind speed adjustment instruction is obtained, a larger value between the current rotation speed and the target rotation speed of the wind speed adjustment instruction is determined, and the indoor fan is controlled to continue to operate based on the larger value, so as to ensure the air purification effect.
Wherein, the wind speed adjusting instruction can be obtained in a cooling mode, a heating mode or other operation modes of the air conditioner.
In any of the above embodiments, a persistent purification module is disposed in the upper air outlet duct, and a periodic purification module is disposed in the lower air outlet duct, and the air purification control method further includes: and if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value and the decrease rate of the concentration is less than or equal to the first rate threshold value, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to replace the periodic purification module.
In this embodiment, if a persistent purification module is disposed in the upper air outlet duct and a periodic purification module is disposed in the lower air outlet duct, when the concentration is detected to be greater than the first concentration threshold, that is, under the working condition that the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct are both working, the attenuation condition of the periodic purification module is detected, and based on the first rate threshold, whether to replace the periodic purification module is determined, so as to ensure the purification efficiency.
In any of the above embodiments, the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct are both provided with periodic purification modules, and the air purification control method further includes: if the detected concentration is greater than the first concentration threshold value and the decrease rate of the concentration is less than or equal to the first rate threshold value, generating prompt information; or if the concentration is detected to be less than or equal to a first concentration threshold value and the descending rate of the concentration is detected to be less than or equal to a second rate threshold value, generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user to replace the periodic purification module, and the first rate threshold value is greater than the second rate threshold value.
In this embodiment, whether the purification module needs to be replaced is determined according to the change of the concentration decrease rate based on the continuous detection of the concentration, when the concentration is detected to be greater than the first concentration threshold, the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct and the lower air outlet duct work, so that the overall purification efficiency is higher, a higher rate threshold, namely the first rate threshold, is defined to detect whether the periodic purification module needs to be replaced, and when the concentration is less than or equal to the first concentration threshold, because only the purification modules in the upper air outlet duct work, the purification efficiency is relatively low, a smaller second rate threshold is correspondingly set to detect whether the periodic purification module needs to be replaced, so that the purification efficiency is ensured by replacing the periodic purification module in time.
Example five:
the air purification control method defined in the present application is further specifically described based on a specific air pollutant, specifically formaldehyde, comprising: the method comprises the steps of acquiring indoor formaldehyde concentration data in real time, adjusting the rotating speed of an indoor fan according to the indoor formaldehyde concentration, controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a high wind gear when the concentration data exceeds a safe concentration threshold, and controlling the indoor fan to operate according to a low wind gear when the concentration data is lower than the safe concentration threshold.
Specifically, the formaldehyde concentration is divided into three levels (such as light, moderate and severe), and the formaldehyde concentration corresponding to the light, moderate and severe levels is more than 0.06-0.1 mg/m3, 0.1-0.15 mg/m3 and 0.15mg/m3 respectively. When the current indoor formaldehyde concentration is detected to be 0.12mg/m3 and the indoor formaldehyde concentration is moderate pollution, adjusting the air quantity to a medium wind level; when the current indoor formaldehyde concentration is detected to be 0.08mg/m3 and the current indoor formaldehyde concentration is slight pollution, adjusting the air volume to a low-speed wind gear; when the current indoor formaldehyde concentration is detected to be 0.2mg/m3 and the pollution is severe, adjusting the air quantity to a high-speed wind gear; and when the concentration of the formaldehyde is continuously reduced to be slight (below a national standard safety value), adjusting the air quantity gear in real time. For example, the first set point may be 0.06mg/m3 and the second set point may be 0.1mg/m 3. When the indoor formaldehyde concentration is lower than 0.06mg/m3, only the upper air supply mode can be started, the operation is continuously carried out at a low-speed wind gear, and the formaldehyde is continuously removed; and when the indoor formaldehyde concentration is higher than 0.1mg/m3, synchronously starting the upper air outlet mode and the lower air outlet mode.
Under the upper air outlet mode, the indoor fan can operate at a medium-speed wind gear or a low-speed wind gear, and the air quantity is adjusted according to the real-time formaldehyde concentration.
As shown in fig. 4, the air purification control apparatus 40 according to the embodiment of the present application is characterized by including: a memory 402 and a processor 404.
A memory 402 for storing program code.
