Technical Field

Background
The super-strong laser output capability of high power laser devices depends on a large number and variety of large aperture optical elements. Taking an NIF laser device as an example, the whole device comprises 7360 large-caliber optical elements (0.5-1.0 m). The use of high power laser devices places very high demands on the surface cleanliness of the optical elements. In laser emission, the main laser light or stray light is irradiated onto the optical element, and a large amount of aerosol and particulate contaminants may be generated, and the aerosol and particulate contaminants may adhere to the optical element. When strong laser interacts with particulate contaminants on the surface of the optical element, thermal damage is caused, severely damaging the optical element, reducing beam quality, and causing laser emission failure. The large-caliber optical element is very expensive, the production and processing period is longer, and the cost of replacing the optical element is higher. Therefore, the surface cleaning work for the large-caliber optical element is very critical, and is an important measure for guaranteeing the long-term stable operation of the laser device.
At present, a clean air knife blowing technology, a clean gas laminar flow replacement technology, an electrostatic adsorption technology and the like are adopted in a laser device to keep the surrounding environment of an optical element clean. However, the above measures do not remove macroscopic contaminating particles. For larger particulate contaminants, wiping clean is required, i.e. mechanical forces are used to strip off contaminants from the surface of the optical element. The large-caliber optical element wiping and cleaning work usually needs two people to cooperate, one person holds the stable illumination light source to scan the illumination optical element in a near-grazing incidence mode, the other person performs fine wiping and cleaning work, or a single person performs double-hand operation, one hand holds the illumination light source, and the other hand performs wiping work, but the single person often cannot simultaneously hold the stable illumination light source and fine wiping and cleaning work, so that the working efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at overcoming various defects in the prior art, in order to solve the problems, a portable lighting device for cleaning larger particle pollutants on the surface of a large-caliber optical element and a use method thereof are provided so as to improve the working efficiency and meet the requirement of cleaning the surface of a large number of large-caliber optical elements.
